WHAT YOU WILL GET

Professional, consistent, ready-to-use branding for your business.

This package gives your business a complete visual identity foundation for your website, social media, business cards, email communication, documents, presentations, and marketing materials.

Package Overview

The Complete Brand Identity Package is designed for businesses that need a professional, consistent, and ready-to-use visual identity.

This is not just a logo design service. It is a complete visual identity package created to make your business look polished, professional, and consistent everywhere your customers see your brand.

The process starts with a brand discovery questionnaire so we can understand your business, audience, style preferences, competitors, and overall brand direction.

We then begin logo concept development and continue creating or refining logo directions until the final visual direction is selected. Once the final logo direction is approved, we polish the selected logo and build the full brand identity system around it.

Logo Concept Development Until Final Direction Is Selected

We do not limit the branding process to only one or two logo concepts.

Your business will receive logo concept development until a final logo direction is selected. We will continue creating and refining logo directions based on your feedback until we identify the visual style that fits your business, industry, audience, and brand positioning.

Once the final direction is approved, we will polish the selected logo and prepare the complete logo suite for web, print, social media, and business use.

The included Copyright / IP Ownership Transfer Document covers the final approved logo and final approved brand identity assets created and delivered as part of this project after full payment is received.

Trademark registration is not included. If you want to legally register your business name, slogan, or logo as a trademark, that should be handled separately through a qualified trademark attorney or trademark filing service.

GoHighLevel Lead-to-Appointment Suite

Turn every qualified click into a confirmed appointment.

Create one connected HighLevel journey from campaign landing page through lead capture, instant follow-up, routing, nurture and booking—so your team can respond faster, reduce missed opportunities and measure the conversion path.

Map the Lead-to-Appointment Journey First

We begin by confirming one approved customer path from campaign click to confirmed appointment: the audience and offer, the page they reach, the information they provide, the first response they receive, the person who owns the enquiry, the booking step and the outcome that should be measured. The suite is then configured around that practical path so lead generation and appointment booking work as one connected journey.

Build One Focused Acquisition Funnel

One HighLevel acquisition funnel is built with up to five approved funnel or landing-page steps. This can include a primary landing page, supporting qualification or offer page, form or booking step, confirmation page and thank-you experience. Client-approved brand direction, copy, images and offer details are applied to the included pages; full website redesigns, advanced custom code, ad creative and traffic acquisition are separate services.

Capture the Information That Moves a Lead Forward

Up to three HighLevel lead-capture forms are prepared for the agreed enquiry points, with up to 12 approved fields per form. Fields are mapped to the right contact or opportunity information, along with agreed source values, tags and a confirmation message or redirect. Embed code is provided for any approved external placement; building or redesigning external website pages is not included.

Give Every Enquiry a Clear Stage and Context

One lead-to-appointment opportunity pipeline with up to eight approved stages is configured so the team can see the next step for each lead. The scope includes up to 15 approved Contact or Opportunity custom fields, source and service-interest mapping, and practical pipeline rules for new enquiries, contact attempts, qualified leads, booked appointments and completed or closed outcomes. Large data migrations, data cleanup and historical-record remediation are separate.

Keep New Conversations in One Workspace

One shared HighLevel Conversations workspace is organized around up to three client-authorized channels: one email inbox, one existing SMS-capable number, and one supported web chat or social inbox where access and approvals allow. Up to six reusable email, SMS or chat response templates are prepared for practical first responses, booking prompts, follow-up and handoff messages, keeping the conversation beside the correct lead record.

Route Enquiries to the Right Owner Quickly

Up to three routing or assignment rules are configured around the agreed business process, such as lead source, service interest, territory, team availability or selected booking path. The rules can notify a team member, assign ownership, create a task or move the opportunity to the correct stage using the native HighLevel capabilities available on the client’s plan. Custom APIs and external routing systems are outside this package.

Follow Up While Interest Is Still High

Up to six native HighLevel workflows are configured across the approved capture, routing, nurture, booking and reminder path. They may acknowledge a new enquiry, send approved follow-up, notify an owner, create a task, update an opportunity or invite a lead to book. Each workflow is limited to up to 10 standard native actions; long-term campaign programs, complex branching and external automation platforms are separate services.

Make Booking Simple for the Customer

Up to two personal, service or round-robin booking calendars are configured around the approved services and team availability. The scope includes availability for up to five team members, a supported calendar connection and conflict-checking approach, service or meeting details, notice periods, buffers, limits, rescheduling and cancellation rules, booking links, page settings and embed code.

Confirm, Remind and Recover the Appointment

One coordinated appointment-notification approach is configured for the included calendars using the channels and delivery capabilities available on the active HighLevel plan. Approved confirmation, reminder, reschedule or no-show follow-up actions are connected to the agreed workflow path, so customers receive the right next message and the team can see appointment status without manual chasing.

Measure What Happens After the Click

One simple manager dashboard and reporting routine are configured around the agreed lead, source, opportunity, appointment and conversion indicators. This gives the team a practical view of where leads are entering, whether they are receiving a response, how many reach booking and where the journey needs attention. Attribution and available reporting depend on the client’s plan, connected sources and data quality; external BI, warehouse work and ad-spend management are separate.

Validate the Full Customer Path

Before handoff, we run controlled testing across up to 15 approved scenarios covering form submission, lead creation, routing, first response, booking, reminders, opportunity movement and dashboard visibility. One fixed-scope correction round is included for issues within the agreed configuration. Carrier filtering, channel verification, provider outages and third-party approval decisions remain outside our control.

Hand Off a System Your Team Can Run

The bundle closes with a 90-minute administrator handoff covering the funnel, forms, daily lead process, conversations, routing, calendars, workflows and reporting routine, followed by 14 days of launch support for practical in-scope questions. HighLevel subscriptions, domains, phone and message usage, channel approvals, ad spend, paid apps, custom integrations and third-party fees are separate from the bundle.
