WHAT YOU WILL GET

Professional, consistent, ready-to-use branding for your business.

This package gives your business a complete visual identity foundation for your website, social media, business cards, email communication, documents, presentations, and marketing materials.

Package Overview

The Complete Brand Identity Package is designed for businesses that need a professional, consistent, and ready-to-use visual identity.

This is not just a logo design service. It is a complete visual identity package created to make your business look polished, professional, and consistent everywhere your customers see your brand.

The process starts with a brand discovery questionnaire so we can understand your business, audience, style preferences, competitors, and overall brand direction.

We then begin logo concept development and continue creating or refining logo directions until the final visual direction is selected. Once the final logo direction is approved, we polish the selected logo and build the full brand identity system around it.

Brand Discovery Questionnaire

Before the design process starts, we collect the key information needed to build your brand identity.

  • Target audience

Logo Concept Development Until Final Direction Is Selected

We do not limit the branding process to only one or two logo concepts.

Your business will receive logo concept development until a final logo direction is selected. We will continue creating and refining logo directions based on your feedback until we identify the visual style that fits your business, industry, audience, and brand positioning.

Once the final direction is approved, we will polish the selected logo and prepare the complete logo suite for web, print, social media, and business use.

The included Copyright / IP Ownership Transfer Document covers the final approved logo and final approved brand identity assets created and delivered as part of this project after full payment is received.

Trademark registration is not included. If you want to legally register your business name, slogan, or logo as a trademark, that should be handled separately through a qualified trademark attorney or trademark filing service.

GoHighLevel Local Business Starter Suite

Give every local customer a clear path from first enquiry to the next appointment.

Set up one practical HighLevel system for customer records, enquiries, conversations, booking, follow-up and reviews—so your team can operate from one connected foundation instead of disconnected tools.

Start with One Local Customer Journey

We begin by confirming how one approved local customer journey should work: where an enquiry enters, who responds, when an appointment is offered, how the opportunity moves forward, and when a review should be requested. The suite is then configured around that practical path so the business has one connected foundation instead of separate tools and scattered follow-up.

Build a Clean Customer Database

One HighLevel sub-account is organized as the shared customer record for the business. The scope includes contact architecture, lead-source and service-interest values, up to 20 approved Contact or Opportunity custom fields, and one prepared CSV import of up to 2,000 contacts. We configure only the information the team needs to qualify, book, serve and follow up; broad data cleanup, enrichment and historical-record remediation are separate services.

Give Each Opportunity a Clear Next Step

One opportunity pipeline with up to eight approved stages is configured around the agreed sales or service process. Each stage is given a practical purpose, expected next action and ownership approach so the team can see which enquiries need a response, which appointments are booked and which customers need follow-up. Up to five working views and one simple manager dashboard keep daily pipeline work visible without turning this starter suite into a custom reporting project.

Capture Enquiries Directly into the Right Record

Up to three HighLevel lead or contact forms are prepared for the most important enquiry points, such as a general request, service enquiry or appointment request. Each form may include up to 12 approved fields, with agreed source values, contact mapping and a confirmation message or redirect. Embed code is supplied for the client or website team to place on approved pages; building or redesigning those pages is outside this package.

Bring Customer Messages into One Workspace

One shared Conversations workspace is organized around up to three client-authorized channels: one email inbox, one existing SMS-capable number, and one supported web chat or social inbox where access and approvals allow. Up to three routing or assignment rules and five reusable response templates help the team give customers a fast, consistent first response while retaining the conversation beside the correct customer record.

Make Booking Simple for Customers

Up to two personal, service or round-robin booking calendars are configured around the business's approved services and availability. The scope includes availability settings for up to five team members, service or meeting details, notice periods, buffers, limits, rescheduling and cancellation rules, booking links, page settings and embed code. The goal is a clear booking experience that offers the right time with the right person without manual back-and-forth.

Keep Appointments Connected to the Customer Record

One supported calendar-provider connection and conflict-checking approach are configured where the client provides the required access. Appointment records, booking outcomes and the agreed calendar details remain connected to the same HighLevel contact and opportunity process, so the team can see the customer context before responding or meeting. One appointment-notification set is configured using the channels and delivery capabilities available on the client's active plan.

Put Essential Follow-Up on Rails

Up to five native HighLevel workflows are configured across the approved capture, routing, booking, follow-up and review-request path. These may acknowledge a new enquiry, notify or assign an owner, create a task, send an approved appointment reminder, update an opportunity or request a review after a completed service. Each workflow is limited to up to 10 standard native actions; custom APIs, complex branching, long-term campaign programs and external automation platforms are separate.

Request Reviews at the Right Moment

One connected Google Business Profile or supported review source is prepared for the approved reputation process. We configure the review link, up to two email or SMS request messages, reminder timing and duplicate-request safeguards, along with one basic review widget or trust display where supported. Ongoing review monitoring, reply writing, dispute handling, incentives and platform-policy decisions are not included.

Give the Team Everyday Control

Access, ownership and visibility are configured for up to eight named team members using the available HighLevel role and permission controls. The team receives practical daily views for contacts, opportunities, conversations and appointments, while managers can use the included dashboard to see core activity. This is a focused operating foundation, not a replacement for a full business-intelligence, finance or workforce-management system.

Validate the Connected Customer Path

Before handoff, we run controlled testing across up to 12 approved scenarios covering form submission, record creation, inbox routing, booking, notification, opportunity movement and review-request delivery. One fixed-scope correction round is included for issues within the agreed configuration. External channel delivery, carrier filtering, account verification, provider outages and third-party approval decisions remain outside our control.

Hand Off a Foundation Your Team Can Run

The package closes with a 90-minute administrator handoff covering the daily customer path, working views, ownership, bookings, messages and review process, followed by 14 days of launch support for practical in-scope questions. HighLevel subscriptions, phone and message usage, email sending, channel approvals, paid apps, custom integrations, website work and third-party fees are separate from the bundle.
