WHAT YOU WILL GET

Professional, consistent, ready-to-use branding for your business.

This package gives your business a complete visual identity foundation for your website, social media, business cards, email communication, documents, presentations, and marketing materials.

Package Overview

The Complete Brand Identity Package is designed for businesses that need a professional, consistent, and ready-to-use visual identity.

This is not just a logo design service. It is a complete visual identity package created to make your business look polished, professional, and consistent everywhere your customers see your brand.

The process starts with a brand discovery questionnaire so we can understand your business, audience, style preferences, competitors, and overall brand direction.

We then begin logo concept development and continue creating or refining logo directions until the final visual direction is selected. Once the final logo direction is approved, we polish the selected logo and build the full brand identity system around it.

Logo Concept Development Until Final Direction Is Selected

We do not limit the branding process to only one or two logo concepts.

Your business will receive logo concept development until a final logo direction is selected. We will continue creating and refining logo directions based on your feedback until we identify the visual style that fits your business, industry, audience, and brand positioning.

The included Copyright / IP Ownership Transfer Document covers the final approved logo and final approved brand identity assets created and delivered as part of this project after full payment is received.

Trademark registration is not included. If you want to legally register your business name, slogan, or logo as a trademark, that should be handled separately through a qualified trademark attorney or trademark filing service.

Website design, landing pages, social media management, advertising setup, CRM setup, and marketing automation can be added separately.

Logo concept development continues until the final direction is selected, based on the original business brief and project scope. Major changes to the business name, industry, offer, target audience, or creative direction after approval may require additional work and may be quoted separately.

GoHighLevel Reporting & Attribution Setup

See what is moving the business—and what needs attention.

Build a practical HighLevel reporting foundation around the numbers your team needs to manage leads, pipeline, appointments, revenue, attribution and owner performance with confidence.

Start With the Decisions You Need to Make

We begin by mapping one practical reporting plan around the decisions your team needs to make every week or month. Together, we identify the audience for the reporting, the core business questions, the reporting rhythm, the responsible owners and the actions each number should support. The result is a focused measurement plan—not a dashboard full of metrics that no one uses.

Define Up to Ten Meaningful KPIs

Up to ten approved KPIs are defined around the parts of the business you want to manage, such as lead volume, lead source, opportunity movement, pipeline value, appointment outcomes, closed revenue, conversion rates and team activity. Each KPI receives a plain-language definition so your team understands what it measures, why it matters and how it should be interpreted.

Confirm the Data Behind Each Number

We review the existing HighLevel records, pipelines, appointment settings, owner assignments and source data needed for the approved KPIs. This ensures the dashboard is based on fields and events your account actually captures. Historical data cleanup, data reconstruction, deduplication, enrichment and correction of inconsistent past records are outside this package.

Set Clear Measurement Rules

We document the agreed reporting rules for date ranges, pipeline stages, appointment statuses, revenue visibility, owner attribution and source naming. These rules help prevent the same metric from being interpreted differently by sales, marketing and leadership. New operational processes or a full CRM redesign are separate services.

Build One Focused Performance Dashboard

One HighLevel dashboard is configured around the approved scorecard, with up to eight supported native widgets. The dashboard can combine the available views of leads, opportunities, pipeline progress, appointments, revenue, conversion and responsible team members. Widget availability depends on the client’s HighLevel plan, connected tools and the data already present in the account.

Prepare Up to Four Native Reporting Views

Up to four supporting native reporting views, filters or report configurations are prepared for the questions that need a closer look beyond the main dashboard. These may focus on a selected pipeline, a date period, appointment activity, opportunity performance, owner activity or other supported HighLevel data. Custom database queries, warehouse modeling and unsupported reporting requests are not included.

Clarify Source and Attribution Visibility

One approved source and attribution approach is configured using the tracking fields, source information and native HighLevel reporting available in the account. We make it easier to see how a lead entered the system and how that source connects to downstream opportunity, appointment or revenue results where the underlying data supports it. Cross-platform, multi-touch attribution and attribution for missing or untracked historical data are outside this package.

Create One Management Report

One focused custom report is prepared from the approved reporting layout, with up to six selected dashboard widgets or supported report elements. Where the client’s HighLevel plan supports it, we configure one approved delivery or export routine so leaders can review the same core numbers without rebuilding the report manually. Additional client-reporting packages, recurring analysis and narrative performance commentary are separate.

Set Access and Export Controls

We configure the appropriate dashboard sharing and export settings for up to five approved users or roles, using the access levels available in HighLevel. This gives managers, team members and stakeholders the right visibility without broadly opening editing or data-export access. Broader team-permission redesign and agency-level governance are not included.

Validate the Lead-to-Revenue View

Before handoff, we run one controlled validation cycle using representative records and agreed scenarios. We check the included KPI definitions, dashboard visibility, selected filters, report output, source visibility, access settings and available revenue or appointment outcomes. One fixed-scope correction round is included while the approved measurement plan remains unchanged.

Establish a Practical Review Routine

Your team receives a simple operating routine for using the dashboard: what to review daily, weekly or monthly; which metrics signal a follow-up need; and when to investigate a reporting gap. The package delivers the reporting foundation and review structure, not ongoing data analysis, sales coaching, campaign optimization or management reporting on your behalf.

Hand Off the System and Support the Launch

You receive a practical Reporting & Attribution setup summary and one 60-minute live handoff session for the administrator, manager or reporting owner. The package also includes 14 calendar days of post-launch support for questions and minor corrections within the delivered scope. HighLevel subscriptions, connected analytics or ad-platform access, data cleanup, external BI tools, custom integrations, paid applications, external services and third-party fees are purchased or quoted separately.
