WHAT YOU WILL GET

Professional, consistent, ready-to-use branding for your business.

This package gives your business a complete visual identity foundation for your website, social media, business cards, email communication, documents, presentations, and marketing materials.

Package Overview

The Complete Brand Identity Package is designed for businesses that need a professional, consistent, and ready-to-use visual identity.

This is not just a logo design service. It is a complete visual identity package created to make your business look polished, professional, and consistent everywhere your customers see your brand.

The process starts with a brand discovery questionnaire so we can understand your business, audience, style preferences, competitors, and overall brand direction.

We then begin logo concept development and continue creating or refining logo directions until the final visual direction is selected. Once the final logo direction is approved, we polish the selected logo and build the full brand identity system around it.

Logo Concept Development Until Final Direction Is Selected

We do not limit the branding process to only one or two logo concepts.

Your business will receive logo concept development until a final logo direction is selected. We will continue creating and refining logo directions based on your feedback until we identify the visual style that fits your business, industry, audience, and brand positioning.

The included Copyright / IP Ownership Transfer Document covers the final approved logo and final approved brand identity assets created and delivered as part of this project after full payment is received.

Trademark registration is not included. If you want to legally register your business name, slogan, or logo as a trademark, that should be handled separately through a qualified trademark attorney or trademark filing service.

GoHighLevel Website Hub Setup

Give every visitor a clear path to become a customer.

Build a professional HighLevel website with clear navigation, branded pages, lead capture, booking access, customer record delivery and practical measurement—so your website supports the way your team actually works.

Map the Website Before Building

We begin by mapping one approved business website: the audience it serves, the services or offers it needs to explain, the information visitors need before they act, the core pages they should see, and the primary next steps you want them to take. The HighLevel website is then organized around that practical customer journey rather than a collection of disconnected pages.

Build One Connected HighLevel Website

One website is configured inside one HighLevel sub-account (location). The setup uses an available HighLevel template or an approved existing website as the starting point, then creates a polished business website with clear navigation, lead capture, booking access, and connection to the records already used by your team. A full website redesign outside the included pages, multiple websites, e-commerce catalog, membership portal, course platform, or custom application is not included.

Structure Up to Seven Core Pages

Up to seven approved core website pages are prepared, such as a home page, about page, services page, individual service or offer page, testimonials page, contact page, FAQ page, or another agreed business page. Each included page receives an approved page name, URL path, primary call to action, and logical place in the visitor journey. Blogs, campaign-specific landing pages, additional service-detail pages, multilingual versions, and extensive page variants are scoped separately.

Create Clear Navigation, Header, and Footer

We configure one shared website header, primary navigation, mobile navigation, footer, and approved internal links across the included pages. The structure gives visitors a consistent path to learn about the business, explore services, contact the team, submit an inquiry, or book an appointment. Complex mega menus, custom navigation scripts, client portals, multilingual navigation, and external directory structures are not part of this package.

Apply Your Approved Brand and Page Content

We apply the client-provided brand direction, final copy, images, logo, links, testimonials, and required legal language to the included pages. Setup covers practical layout, typography, colors, buttons, sections, and calls to action available in the HighLevel website builder. Original copywriting, brand strategy, custom illustration, video production, source graphic design, custom CSS, custom JavaScript, and custom-coded components are not included.

Connect One Lead-Capture Form to Contact Records

One simple HighLevel form with up to eight approved fields is placed on the included website and connected to the agreed Contact record fields. The form can create or update a contact, apply an approved tag, display an approved thank-you behavior, and notify one designated internal recipient where the necessary services are active. Conditional paths, complex surveys or quizzes, multi-step applications, advanced workflow logic, campaign copy, and broader CRM architecture are separate services.

Place One Existing Booking Calendar

One existing HighLevel booking calendar is linked or placed on an approved included page so visitors can move directly from the website to the agreed appointment experience. We configure the practical placement, approved call to action, and post-booking page or message behavior available within the existing calendar setup. Calendar creation, availability rules, team distribution, conflict checking, reminders, payments, and appointment workflows are covered separately by the GoHighLevel Calendar & Booking Hub Setup.

Establish Your Domain and SEO Foundation

One client-owned domain or subdomain can be connected to the approved website when the required registrar or DNS access is provided. We prepare the included page paths and basic on-page SEO settings for up to seven pages, including client-approved page titles, meta descriptions, headings, and image alternative text where applicable. Domain purchase, ownership transfers, email-domain authentication, legal-policy drafting, keyword research, technical SEO remediation, backlink work, and ranking guarantees are outside the package.

Add One Existing Tracking Connection

We confirm the available native HighLevel website statistics and add one client-supplied existing tracking connection, such as a Google Analytics 4 measurement tag, Google Tag Manager container, or Meta Pixel base code, where the selected platform and client authorization support it. Advertising-account setup, event architecture, Conversions API, server-side tracking, tag-manager administration, attribution modeling, and campaign optimization are separate services.

Review the Website on Desktop and Mobile

Every included page is reviewed in HighLevel's desktop and mobile views. We make practical responsive adjustments to the available layout, spacing, text, images, buttons, navigation, and conversion elements so the website remains clear and usable across both views. Browser-specific redesigns, accessibility certification, performance engineering, and custom front-end development are not included.

Test the Complete Website Journey

One controlled test cycle is completed using approved sample scenarios. We verify the page paths, navigation, internal links, lead-capture form, Contact record delivery, existing calendar connection, confirmation behavior, published domain or URL, responsive presentation, and available tracking visibility before handoff. One fixed-scope correction round is included when the original approved website structure remains unchanged.

Publish, Train, and Support the Launch

The client receives a concise website configuration summary and one 60-minute live handoff session for the administrator or responsible team member. The package also includes 14 calendar days of post-launch support for questions and minor corrections within the delivered scope. HighLevel subscriptions, domain fees, phone, SMS, email, WhatsApp, AI or other usage, paid applications, custom integrations, external services, and third-party fees are purchased or quoted separately.
