WHAT YOU WILL GET

Professional, consistent, ready-to-use branding for your business.

This package gives your business a complete visual identity foundation for your website, social media, business cards, email communication, documents, presentations, and marketing materials.

Package Overview

The Complete Brand Identity Package is designed for businesses that need a professional, consistent, and ready-to-use visual identity.

This is not just a logo design service. It is a complete visual identity package created to make your business look polished, professional, and consistent everywhere your customers see your brand.

The process starts with a brand discovery questionnaire so we can understand your business, audience, style preferences, competitors, and overall brand direction.

We then begin logo concept development and continue creating or refining logo directions until the final visual direction is selected. Once the final logo direction is approved, we polish the selected logo and build the full brand identity system around it.

Logo Concept Development Until Final Direction Is Selected

We do not limit the branding process to only one or two logo concepts.

Your business will receive logo concept development until a final logo direction is selected. We will continue creating and refining logo directions based on your feedback until we identify the visual style that fits your business, industry, audience, and brand positioning.

HubSpot Complete Customer Platform

Run the complete customer journey from one connected HubSpot platform.

Unify marketing, sales, service, content, data, revenue operations and leadership reporting in one practical customer platform your team can run day to day.

Design one complete customer journey

Map how your organization attracts, captures, qualifies, sells to, supports and retains customers, then translate that journey into one practical HubSpot operating model. The implementation is designed around standard HubSpot configuration, approved source data and client-provided content rather than custom code or a full legacy-system migration.

Configure the platform and team access

Set up one HubSpot portal for up to 40 named users, with practical role-based access, team structure, ownership conventions and publishing, sales, service, revenue and reporting permissions aligned to the included solution.

Establish unified customer data

Audit up to 100,000 existing records across up to eight standard HubSpot objects, document up to 200 fields and create a source-of-truth plan that connects customer, deal, ticket and revenue context across the platform. The work includes up to 100 new, revised or consolidated properties.

Connect, clean and govern the data

Configure up to six supported standard data-sync connections and up to 300 total field mappings, with agreed sync direction, filters, matching and conflict settings. Improve the starting data through one controlled cleanup update of up to 50,000 records, review up to 1,000 system-identified duplicate records or pairs, and establish up to 40 data-quality, formatting, validation or monitoring rules.

Build the branded content foundation

Connect one approved domain or subdomain, configure one client-selected ready-made HubSpot theme, and establish shared brand settings, global header, footer and navigation. Build up to eight template-based website pages and one blog foundation with up to five authors, 20 tags and formatting for up to 10 client-provided articles.

Launch conversion paths and lead capture

Create up to eight landing pages, 12 lead-capture forms and 10 calls to action, then connect them into up to five defined conversion paths. Configure up to 20 active or static lists so teams can segment contacts and act on lead behaviour consistently.

Run connected marketing operations

Prepare up to eight campaigns, 12 marketing email templates or reusable campaign emails, subscription settings and sender configuration for the included assets. Website tracking, basic SEO settings and campaign attribution are configured around the approved customer journey and selected HubSpot edition.

Qualify and route new demand

Set lifecycle stages, lead stages and ownership rules that give marketing and sales one shared definition of progress. Configure one lead-scoring model when supported, together with native qualification, routing and sales-handoff logic within the included automation allowance.

Equip the sales team to execute

Build up to three deal pipelines with up to 12 stages each, six meeting links or scheduling pages, 20 reusable sales templates, snippets or saved responses, and up to six sales sequences with up to eight steps each. The result gives sellers a connected way to manage activity, follow-up, deals and customer history from the same records.

Connect sales handoff to service

Define the information and milestones that move from a closed deal into onboarding, support or customer-success work. Configure up to four standard sales-to-service handoff automations, record associations and owner notifications so customer context does not reset after the sale.

Launch support and customer success operations

Set up one Help Desk with up to three included inbound channels, two ticket pipelines, up to 25 ticket properties, 15 saved replies or snippets and 15 service views. The foundation also includes one knowledge-base structure with up to 20 client-provided articles, two feedback-survey foundations, one Customer Success workspace, up to four customer-success views and one health score when supported.

Standardize products, quotes and approvals

Build a revenue foundation for up to 150 products, services or recurring offerings, 20 product categories and four pricing or billing models. Configure up to four branded quote templates, 20 standard quote packages, five approval paths with up to two approval steps each, one quote-to-contract lifecycle and up to 20 related properties.

Connect billing and payment visibility

Configure up to 10 invoice or billing scenarios, one HubSpot Payments or Stripe connection, 15 payment links and 15 recurring billing, subscription or renewal configurations. One supported QuickBooks Online or Xero connection can be included when the client has an eligible account and compatible setup.

Automate cross-team processes

Build up to 18 native workflows with up to 15 actions each across marketing nurture, lead routing, record ownership, deal progression, quote and billing handoff, service routing, customer-success signals and data maintenance. Automations are tested against agreed sample records and designed to keep routine work moving without custom-coded actions.

Give management a connected view

Configure up to two Data Studio datasets or equivalent reporting data sources when supported, 40 customer-lifecycle, marketing, sales, service and revenue reports, and six dashboards for marketing, sales, service, customer success, revenue operations and executive management.

Document the operating model

Provide a reusable data dictionary, field-mapping and sync summary, lifecycle and handoff blueprint, workflow register, reporting guide, publishing guide and practical customer-platform governance checklist for the configured environment.

Test, train and stabilize the launch

Run end-to-end functional testing and fixed-scope refinements across the included configuration, then deliver six 60-minute live training sessions for administrators and the relevant marketing, sales, service, revenue and leadership teams. The package concludes with 45 calendar days of post-launch support for questions and reasonable adjustments within the original scope.
