WHAT YOU WILL GET

Professional, consistent, ready-to-use branding for your business.

This package gives your business a complete visual identity foundation for your website, social media, business cards, email communication, documents, presentations, and marketing materials.

Package Overview

The Complete Brand Identity Package is designed for businesses that need a professional, consistent, and ready-to-use visual identity.

This is not just a logo design service. It is a complete visual identity package created to make your business look polished, professional, and consistent everywhere your customers see your brand.

The process starts with a brand discovery questionnaire so we can understand your business, audience, style preferences, competitors, and overall brand direction.

We then begin logo concept development and continue creating or refining logo directions until the final visual direction is selected. Once the final logo direction is approved, we polish the selected logo and build the full brand identity system around it.

Logo Concept Development Until Final Direction Is Selected

We do not limit the branding process to only one or two logo concepts.

Your business will receive logo concept development until a final logo direction is selected. We will continue creating and refining logo directions based on your feedback until we identify the visual style that fits your business, industry, audience, and brand positioning.

HubSpot CRM Migration Package

Move customer and sales data into a CRM your team can trust.

Assess, clean, map and move approved customer and sales records from one source into a structured HubSpot CRM environment—with staged imports and practical validation before handoff.

Plan a Safe Move to HubSpot

We begin with a migration discovery session to understand the approved source, the customer and sales records the team relies on, the target HubSpot process, and the data that must be retained. The result is a practical migration plan that identifies the included records, fields, relationships, cleanup decisions, testing approach, and launch sequence before any production import is performed.

Review One Approved Source and Up to Four Standard Objects

The package covers one approved source system or one coordinated export set and up to four standard HubSpot objects, such as contacts, companies, deals, and tickets. We review the available source files, record counts, identifiers, ownership values, dates, stages, field formats, relationship keys, and practical import readiness. Direct database access, custom APIs, live syncs, and consolidation of multiple independent sources are quoted separately.

Map Up to 75 Source Fields Into HubSpot

Up to 75 approved source columns are mapped to the appropriate standard, existing, or newly created HubSpot properties. The mapping plan documents the source field, destination property, object, data type, allowed values, transformation rule, and treatment of blank or unavailable data so the client can approve the migration before the data is loaded.

Prepare the Destination CRM Structure

Up to 30 approved HubSpot properties are created, revised, or organized to receive the included information. Where relevant to the migrated records, we also align one approved lifecycle framework and one deal pipeline with up to 10 stages. The destination structure is designed around the client’s approved operating process rather than simply duplicating unnecessary fields or stages from the old system.

Clean and Standardize Up to 20,000 Records

Up to 20,000 total included records are prepared for migration using controlled bulk cleanup steps. This can include removing empty columns, normalizing approved values, standardizing capitalization and simple formatting, separating consistent values, aligning source options with HubSpot properties, and flagging incomplete records for the client’s review. Manual research, enrichment, restoration of missing history, and row-by-row reconstruction of unreliable data are not included.

Reduce Duplicate and Relationship Risks

We apply an approved matching approach to identify duplicate risk before import and can review up to 250 duplicate candidates or pairs using client-approved merge rules. Up to five standard association types are prepared where usable source identifiers exist, such as contacts to companies, deals to contacts and companies, or tickets to contacts and companies. Associations that cannot be reliably established from the source are documented rather than guessed.

Build Import-Ready Files and Migration Controls

We prepare the included CSV import files, required unique identifiers, property headers, stage values, ownership values, and association keys in the format needed for the approved HubSpot import method. Record counts, mapping logic, import order, exception handling, and rollback considerations are documented so the client has a clear control point before the production move begins.

Run a Controlled Test Import

A representative test batch is imported into the approved HubSpot structure before the full migration. We verify field mapping, formatting, ownership, lifecycle and pipeline values, associations, duplicate behavior, and record visibility with approved sample records. The client reviews the result and approves any fixed-scope corrections before the production import is completed.

Complete the Standard-Object Migration

Following written approval of the mapping and test results, we complete the production import for up to 20,000 included standard records from the approved source. Import sequencing is organized to preserve the available customer, company, deal, ticket, and relationship context. One controlled post-import correction cycle is included for approved mapping adjustments or import exceptions within the original volume and scope.

Validate Records, Counts, and Important Fields

After import, we reconcile source and HubSpot record counts, inspect mapped fields, review association results, and test representative records across the included objects. We also review the key exceptions identified during import and provide a validation summary showing completed work, known source-data limitations, and any recommended next steps outside the package scope.

Give the Team Practical Visibility and Documentation

Up to five saved CRM views and one data-migration dashboard with up to five practical reports are configured using the data available in the portal. The client receives the approved mapping plan, property register, import summary, validation summary, and a practical migration-governance checklist for future imports, field changes, and CRM administration.

Train Administrators and Support the Launch

The package includes two 60-minute live sessions for administrators and the relevant operations team: one for migration review and one for HubSpot handoff. We also provide 14 calendar days of post-launch support for configuration questions and minor corrections within the original approved scope. HubSpot subscriptions, seats, paid applications, third-party fees, and work outside the approved migration plan are purchased or quoted separately.
