WHAT YOU WILL GET

Professional, consistent, ready-to-use branding for your business.

This package gives your business a complete visual identity foundation for your website, social media, business cards, email communication, documents, presentations, and marketing materials.

Package Overview

The Complete Brand Identity Package is designed for businesses that need a professional, consistent, and ready-to-use visual identity.

This is not just a logo design service. It is a complete visual identity package created to make your business look polished, professional, and consistent everywhere your customers see your brand.

The process starts with a brand discovery questionnaire so we can understand your business, audience, style preferences, competitors, and overall brand direction.

We then begin logo concept development and continue creating or refining logo directions until the final visual direction is selected. Once the final logo direction is approved, we polish the selected logo and build the full brand identity system around it.

Logo Concept Development Until Final Direction Is Selected

We do not limit the branding process to only one or two logo concepts.

Your business will receive logo concept development until a final logo direction is selected. We will continue creating and refining logo directions based on your feedback until we identify the visual style that fits your business, industry, audience, and brand positioning.

Once the final direction is approved, we will polish the selected logo and prepare the complete logo suite for web, print, social media, and business use.

The included Copyright / IP Ownership Transfer Document covers the final approved logo and final approved brand identity assets created and delivered as part of this project after full payment is received.

HubSpot Marketing-to-Sales Suite

Turn every qualified lead into a managed sales opportunity.

Bring campaigns, lead capture, nurturing, qualification, sales follow-up, pipeline visibility and revenue reporting into one connected HubSpot journey.

Design One Measurable Marketing-to-Sales Journey

We begin by mapping how an ideal visitor becomes a known contact, how marketing qualifies and nurtures that person, when sales takes ownership, and how the journey is measured through to revenue. HubSpot Smart CRM, Marketing Hub, Sales Hub, lead capture, and automation are configured around one approved customer-acquisition process so source data, lifecycle stages, ownership, activity, and commercial results stay connected.

Configure the Core Portal and Team Access

Core portal settings, company information, account preferences, and practical access are prepared for one approved HubSpot portal. Up to 15 named users are configured with roles and permissions supported by the client’s active subscriptions and available seats, so marketing, sales, and administrators can work in the tools relevant to their responsibilities.

Build the CRM, Lifecycle, and Qualification Foundation

Contacts, companies, deals, activity history, ownership, and core record views are organized around the approved growth process. Up to 50 approved contact, company, deal, or lead properties are created or configured to capture lead source, campaign, qualification details, product interest, territory, owner, lifecycle stage, lead status, and agreed reporting information. The package also aligns the lifecycle and lead-stage definitions that govern the handoff from marketing to sales.

Bring Existing Prospects into the New Foundation

One controlled import of up to 5,000 clean, client-provided contact and company records is prepared and loaded using the approved field mapping. This gives the team a usable starting database for segmentation, nurturing, ownership, and reporting without treating the package as a full legacy-system migration or data-cleanup project.

Build Lead Capture and Segmentation Assets

HubSpot tracking is prepared for one approved website using the access or installation method provided by the client. Up to eight approved forms, up to 12 active or static lists, up to four template-based landing pages, and up to six native calls to action are configured using client-provided copy and approved assets. Each included asset is connected to the CRM structure so new inquiries can be captured, segmented, and acted on consistently.

Prepare Campaign and Email Operations

Up to four approved HubSpot campaigns are organized with the included lead-capture assets, emails, and reporting context. Up to six client-approved marketing emails or reusable email templates are prepared with practical sender, subscription-type, branding, and tracking settings supported by the client’s edition. This creates a repeatable foundation for campaign launches without including ongoing email production or campaign management.

Build Nurturing and Qualification Automation

Up to three native lead-nurturing workflows are configured, with up to 12 actions in each workflow. They can deliver approved follow-up emails, update records, add or remove contacts from lists, create tasks, notify users, and move contacts through the agreed journey. One lead-scoring or qualification model is also configured when supported by the active HubSpot edition, helping the team identify contacts that have reached the agreed sales-ready threshold.

Route Qualified Leads into Sales Ownership

Up to five approved routing and handoff automations are configured to turn qualified marketing activity into clear sales action. These rules may assign an owner, create a task, notify the right team member, update lifecycle or lead-stage information, enroll an approved sales sequence, or create another practical next step. The result is an agreed, visible handoff rather than a lead sitting unclaimed in the database.

Equip Sales Teams for Consistent Follow-Up

Up to two approved deal pipelines are configured with up to 10 stages each, along with stage outcomes, practical views, and agreed ownership cues. The package also includes up to four meeting links or scheduling pages, up to 15 reusable sales templates, snippets, or saved responses, and up to four approved sales sequences with up to eight steps each when supported by the client’s edition. Sales users can then follow up with qualified leads while keeping context and activity inside the same CRM record.

Create Repeatable Conversion Paths

Up to three complete conversion paths are assembled from the included calls to action, landing pages, forms, email follow-up, qualification, and handoff rules. Each path is designed around one approved offer, audience, or acquisition goal, giving the team a practical model they can reuse when launching future campaigns.

Build Marketing-to-Revenue Reporting

Up to 20 approved native reports and three dashboards are configured using the data available in the portal. Reporting can cover lead source, website conversion, form performance, email engagement, campaign activity, lifecycle movement, qualified-lead volume, response activity, meetings, pipeline contribution, deal value, close rate, and closed revenue. Attribution or journey reporting is included where supported by the client’s active HubSpot edition and available data.

Test, Train, and Support the Launch

The agreed customer journey is tested from first conversion through qualification, assignment, sales follow-up, opportunity creation, and reporting. The package includes three 60-minute live training sessions for administrators, marketing users, and sales users, plus 21 calendar days of post-launch support for configuration questions and practical refinements within the original approved scope.
