WHAT YOU WILL GET

Professional, consistent, ready-to-use branding for your business.

This package gives your business a complete visual identity foundation for your website, social media, business cards, email communication, documents, presentations, and marketing materials.

Package Overview

The Complete Brand Identity Package is designed for businesses that need a professional, consistent, and ready-to-use visual identity.

This is not just a logo design service. It is a complete visual identity package created to make your business look polished, professional, and consistent everywhere your customers see your brand.

The process starts with a brand discovery questionnaire so we can understand your business, audience, style preferences, competitors, and overall brand direction.

We then begin logo concept development and continue creating or refining logo directions until the final visual direction is selected. Once the final logo direction is approved, we polish the selected logo and build the full brand identity system around it.

Logo Concept Development Until Final Direction Is Selected

We do not limit the branding process to only one or two logo concepts.

Your business will receive logo concept development until a final logo direction is selected. We will continue creating and refining logo directions based on your feedback until we identify the visual style that fits your business, industry, audience, and brand positioning.

HubSpot Reporting & Dashboard Package

See the numbers that move the business.

Plan, configure, validate and hand off focused HubSpot reports and dashboards for the teams and leaders who need clear customer, sales, marketing, service or revenue visibility.

Start With the Decisions Your Team Needs to Make

We begin with a focused reporting discovery session to define the questions each dashboard should answer. You can prioritize sales performance, marketing results, service activity, revenue visibility, executive oversight, or a combination of approved areas. For each included audience, we document the key metrics, reporting period, comparison point, filters, owners, and intended decision so the finished dashboards are useful in day-to-day management—not just visually polished.

Create a Clear KPI and Reporting Plan

We turn the approved priorities into a practical KPI plan covering up to 15 core metrics. This includes defining metric names, record sources, calculation logic where supported, date ranges, pipeline or lifecycle filters, target comparisons, and the intended dashboard placement. We also identify which metrics should be viewed by leadership versus the teams responsible for acting on them.

Review the Available HubSpot Data Foundation

Before configuring reports, we review the relevant standard objects, properties, pipelines, lifecycle stages, activity data, campaign data, ticket data, revenue data, and existing dashboards that support the approved plan. We flag obvious gaps, inconsistent definitions, missing fields, or reporting limitations that could affect interpretation. Data cleanup, property architecture, large-scale migration, and unrelated HubSpot configuration are not included in this package.

Configure Up to 10 Focused Reports

The package includes up to 10 approved HubSpot reports, including standard, single-object, funnel, attribution, custom, or other supported report types available in the client’s HubSpot subscription. Reports can cover areas such as lead sources, lifecycle movement, campaign conversion, sales activity, pipeline health, deal outcomes, ticket volume, response performance, customer trends, invoices, payments, or revenue progress. A report may include reasonable filters, breakdowns, date settings, visualizations, and saved views within the agreed reporting plan.

Build Up to Two Purpose-Built Dashboards

We organize the included reports into up to two dashboards for clearly defined audiences—for example, an executive dashboard plus a sales, marketing, service, or revenue-operations dashboard. Each dashboard can include up to 10 included report placements, selected dashboard filters, logical ordering, descriptive titles, and short section labels where useful. Additional dashboards or reporting audiences can be added as a separate scope.

Use Consistent Filters, Date Ranges, and Definitions

We apply agreed reporting logic so users read the dashboards consistently. This can include the relevant pipeline, team, owner, lifecycle stage, campaign, ticket category, source, deal type, date range, or business-unit filters available in the portal. We also document any key assumptions, such as what counts as a qualified lead, a closed deal, a resolved ticket, or recognized revenue, so the team has a shared interpretation of the numbers.

Configure Dashboard Access and Visibility

We configure access for up to 10 named users or approved HubSpot teams, using the dashboard-sharing and report-visibility options available in the client’s subscription. This helps leaders see cross-team results while keeping operational dashboards focused on the people who need them. The client remains responsible for its broader HubSpot user permissions, data-access policy, and decisions about sensitive customer or financial information.

Validate Results Against Sample Records

Each included report and dashboard receives one controlled validation cycle using approved sample records, known outcomes, and client feedback. We check that report filters, chart configuration, calculations where supported, dashboard placement, access settings, and displayed totals align with the approved plan. One fixed-scope correction round is included when the underlying data and original reporting decisions remain unchanged.

Prepare an Executive-Ready View of Performance

Where an executive dashboard is included, we structure it to show the most useful high-level picture without burying leadership in operational detail. This may include selected demand, conversion, pipeline, revenue, service, retention, or team-performance measures that the available data can support. Forecasting, financial accounting, custom data warehousing, and advanced business-intelligence development are outside the package unless separately quoted.

Document the Reports and Dashboard Logic

The client receives a practical reporting register listing each delivered report and dashboard, its purpose, primary audience, key filters, metric definitions, and access assignments. This gives future administrators a clear reference when they need to adjust a date range, add a viewer, retire an outdated metric, or request an expansion to the reporting system.

Handoff, Training, and Launch Support

One 60-minute live handoff session is included for the relevant administrator, manager, or leadership representative. We walk through the dashboards, explain the approved reporting logic, and show the team how to access, filter, and use the delivered views. The package also includes 14 calendar days of post-launch support for questions and minor corrections within the original scope. HubSpot subscriptions, seats, paid reporting features, custom code, external integrations, data cleanup, and third-party fees are purchased or quoted separately.
