WHAT YOU WILL GET

Professional, consistent, ready-to-use branding for your business.

This package gives your business a complete visual identity foundation for your website, social media, business cards, email communication, documents, presentations, and marketing materials.

Package Overview

The Complete Brand Identity Package is designed for businesses that need a professional, consistent, and ready-to-use visual identity.

This is not just a logo design service. It is a complete visual identity package created to make your business look polished, professional, and consistent everywhere your customers see your brand.

The process starts with a brand discovery questionnaire so we can understand your business, audience, style preferences, competitors, and overall brand direction.

We then begin logo concept development and continue creating or refining logo directions until the final visual direction is selected. Once the final logo direction is approved, we polish the selected logo and build the full brand identity system around it.

Logo Concept Development Until Final Direction Is Selected

We do not limit the branding process to only one or two logo concepts.

Your business will receive logo concept development until a final logo direction is selected. We will continue creating and refining logo directions based on your feedback until we identify the visual style that fits your business, industry, audience, and brand positioning.

Once the final direction is approved, we will polish the selected logo and prepare the complete logo suite for web, print, social media, and business use.

HubSpot Revenue Operations Suite

Build one accountable revenue operation from customer data to payment.

Unify revenue data, sales pipelines, quoting, approvals, billing, payment collection, automation and management reporting in one connected HubSpot system.

Design One Connected Revenue Operations System

We begin by mapping how customer data, leads, deals, products, quotes, approvals, invoices, payments, and revenue reporting should work together. HubSpot Smart CRM, Sales Hub, Data Hub, and Revenue Hub are then configured around one approved quote-to-payment operating model so sales, operations, and finance teams can work from the same customer records instead of disconnected spreadsheets and handoffs.

Configure the Core Portal and Team Access

Core portal settings, company information, account preferences, and practical access are prepared for one approved HubSpot portal. Up to 25 named users are configured with roles and permissions supported by the client’s active subscriptions and available seats, so sales, revenue operations, administrators, and finance stakeholders can use the records, revenue tools, data tools, and reporting relevant to their responsibilities.

Audit and Structure Shared Revenue Data

Up to 50,000 existing records across up to six approved standard HubSpot objects are reviewed to identify the customer, deal, product, quote, invoice, payment, ownership, and reporting fields the business relies on. A practical data dictionary and source-of-truth plan cover up to 125 fields, while up to 60 approved properties may be created, revised, consolidated, or prepared for retirement to give the revenue process a cleaner shared structure.

Connect and Standardize Revenue Data Sources

Up to five supported standard data-sync connections are configured using the native capabilities available in the client’s subscriptions and connected applications. Up to 200 total field mappings are prepared across the included connections, with agreed direction, filters, matching behavior, and conflict handling. The aim is to keep approved customer and revenue information aligned without turning the package into custom API, middleware, or data-warehouse engineering.

Clean, Consolidate, and Govern the Data

One controlled cleanup update covering up to 25,000 records is prepared and applied using client-approved rules. The package includes duplicate-management configuration, review and resolution of up to 500 system-identified duplicate records or pairs, and up to 25 quality, formatting, validation, or monitoring rules. This creates a more dependable operating base for quoting, billing, automation, reporting, and AI-supported work.

Build Sales Pipelines and Revenue Ownership

Up to three approved deal pipelines are configured with up to 12 stages each, allowing the client to manage core sales, renewals, expansions, partner business, or another approved commercial motion. Stages, practical views, ownership cues, required information, and available deal probabilities are aligned with the agreed revenue process. Up to five meeting links or scheduling pages may also be configured when supported by the client’s edition.

Build the Product and Commercial Foundation

Up to 100 approved products, services, or recurring offerings are created or organized in the HubSpot product library using client-provided names, SKUs, descriptions, prices, tax treatment, billing frequency, and required details. Up to 15 product categories or collections and up to four approved pricing or billing models are prepared to support consistent one-time, recurring, retainer, milestone, discount, or another supported commercial structure.

Create Repeatable Quote-to-Cash Assets

Up to three branded quote templates are prepared with client-provided branding, commercial terms, and standard sections supported by the active Revenue Hub edition. Up to 15 approved quote packages, product bundles, or common line-item combinations are standardized from the included catalog, giving sales users a reliable starting point for the most common commercial scenarios while preserving appropriate flexibility for approved exceptions.

Set Up Commercial Approvals and Contract Visibility

Up to four approved quote-approval paths are configured, with up to two sequential approval steps in each path when supported. Approval criteria may use available properties such as quote amount, discount, product, billing frequency, payment terms, owner, or another approved commercial condition. One practical quote-to-contract or billing lifecycle is also configured using the features available in the client’s active Revenue Hub edition, along with up to 20 agreed commercial, contract, or renewal properties.

Prepare Billing, Invoices, and Payment Collection

Up to eight approved invoice or billing scenarios are configured and tested, such as one-time, deposit, milestone, recurring, renewal, or another supported payment flow. One HubSpot Payments or Stripe connection is configured where regionally available and approved by the provider, along with up to 10 payment links and up to 10 recurring billing, subscription, or renewal configurations. Invoice, payment, subscription, and deal information stays connected to the relevant customer record wherever supported by HubSpot.

Connect Accounting and Payment Visibility

One supported QuickBooks Online or Xero connection may be configured when the client has an eligible account, required permissions, and a compatible setup. We prepare the agreed invoice, payment, or sales-order sync behavior available through the native connection, with any approved payment-status or accounting handoff actions included within the workflow allowance below. Reconciliation, bookkeeping, chart-of-accounts design, tax filing, legal review, merchant underwriting, and payment disputes remain outside the configured scope.

Automate Revenue Operations and Internal Handoffs

Up to 10 approved native revenue and data-maintenance workflows are configured, with up to 15 actions in each workflow. Automation may assign ownership, request approval, create follow-up tasks, update records, manage data-quality conditions, notify stakeholders, create an invoice from an approved revenue event where supported, flag payment status, manage renewal timing, or perform another agreed routine operation. The focus is repeatable operational work, not custom-coded process development.

Build Data Studio, Reporting, and Management Dashboards

One Data Studio dataset or equivalent reporting data source is configured when supported by the client’s active edition and connected data. Up to 25 approved reports and four dashboards are then built around the available data. Reporting can cover data health, source and ownership, pipeline coverage, forecasting inputs, quote activity, approval activity, invoice status, payment collection, overdue balances, recurring revenue, renewals, product performance, revenue operations workload, and management trends.

Document Revenue Governance and Operating Standards

The completed system is documented through a data dictionary, field-mapping summary, source-of-truth guide, product-catalog and quote guide, billing and payment configuration summary, workflow register, and practical revenue-governance checklist. These materials give the client a usable operating reference after launch rather than leaving the system dependent on undocumented configuration decisions.

Test, Train, and Support the Launch

The approved data, sales, quote, billing, payment, automation, and reporting flows are tested with client-approved sample records before launch. The package includes four 60-minute live training sessions for administrators, sales users, revenue operations users, and finance stakeholders, plus 30 calendar days of post-launch support for configuration questions and practical refinements within the original approved scope.
