WHAT YOU WILL GET

Professional, consistent, ready-to-use branding for your business.

This package gives your business a complete visual identity foundation for your website, social media, business cards, email communication, documents, presentations, and marketing materials.

Package Overview

The Complete Brand Identity Package is designed for businesses that need a professional, consistent, and ready-to-use visual identity.

This is not just a logo design service. It is a complete visual identity package created to make your business look polished, professional, and consistent everywhere your customers see your brand.

The process starts with a brand discovery questionnaire so we can understand your business, audience, style preferences, competitors, and overall brand direction.

We then begin logo concept development and continue creating or refining logo directions until the final visual direction is selected. Once the final logo direction is approved, we polish the selected logo and build the full brand identity system around it.

Logo Concept Development Until Final Direction Is Selected

We do not limit the branding process to only one or two logo concepts.

Your business will receive logo concept development until a final logo direction is selected. We will continue creating and refining logo directions based on your feedback until we identify the visual style that fits your business, industry, audience, and brand positioning.

Once the final direction is approved, we will polish the selected logo and prepare the complete logo suite for web, print, social media, and business use.

Salesforce Lead-to-Revenue Suite

Give every qualified lead a controlled path toward revenue.

Configure Salesforce Sales Cloud around structured lead routing, consistent qualification, governed opportunity stages, focused automation, commercial approvals and forecast visibility—so sellers can move deals forward while managers retain clearer control over pipeline quality and expected revenue.

Start with One Governed Lead-to-Revenue Journey

We begin by defining how a new lead enters Salesforce, how it is routed, what qualification means, when it should convert, how an opportunity progresses, which commercial exceptions require approval, and how management reviews pipeline and forecast. Salesforce Sales Cloud is then configured around one approved journey so lead ownership, opportunity stages, activities, automation, approvals, and forecasting use shared definitions instead of separate spreadsheets and informal rules.

Build a Trusted Sales Data Foundation

One client-provided Salesforce org with active Sales Cloud licenses is organized around Lead, Account, Contact, Opportunity, Activity, Campaign, Product, Price Book, and Opportunity Product records where applicable. Up to 35 approved custom fields and up to six focused page-layout or Lightning-record-page refinements can be configured across the included standard sales objects. Large data-model redesign, extensive custom objects, industry clouds, and master-data-management programs remain separate.

Route New Leads with Clear Ownership

One primary lead-assignment rule with up to eight approved routing entries and up to three lead queues can be configured using supported criteria such as source, geography, product interest, company profile, or another available field. One default ownership path and up to five straightforward assignment notifications or tasks can support follow-up. Territory planning, round-robin engines requiring custom development, account-based routing, partner distribution, and third-party routing platforms remain separate.

Create One Consistent Qualification Process

One lead process with up to seven approved statuses is configured around the client’s qualification model. Up to 12 approved qualification fields, criteria, or guided prompts can help sellers capture fit, need, timing, authority, interest, or another agreed factor. One Lead Path with stage-specific guidance and key fields can be prepared where supported. Predictive lead scoring, third-party enrichment, complex account matching, and AI-based qualification remain separate.

Control Lead Conversion and Handoff

One standard lead-conversion approach is aligned with the included Account, Contact, and Opportunity structure. Up to 15 approved lead-field mappings can be reviewed or configured where Salesforce supports the target field types. One focused conversion checklist, notification, or follow-up action can help users complete required information before or after conversion. Custom deduplication engines, mass conversion, external onboarding, and complex record-merging programs remain separate.

Structure the Opportunity Pipeline

One opportunity sales process with up to nine approved stages is configured with agreed probabilities, entry and exit expectations, required information, and management definitions. One Opportunity Path with stage guidance and key fields can be prepared where supported. Up to six focused list views and up to eight straightforward validation rules can improve pipeline consistency. Multiple business-unit pipelines, advanced territory models, complex renewals, partner sales, and Revenue Cloud configuration remain separate.

Connect Activities, Products, and Commercial Context

One focused activity-management approach is prepared for tasks, events, follow-up dates, and approved sales actions. Where the client uses standard Salesforce products, one primary price book and up to 25 client-provided products or services can be organized for opportunity-level revenue visibility. Quoting, configuration, complex pricing, discount matrices, contracts, orders, billing, subscriptions, and revenue recognition are not included in this Sales Cloud bundle.

Automate Essential Sales Work

Up to four straightforward Salesforce flows can be configured across the included lead and opportunity journey. The automation can support field updates, task creation, ownership notifications, stage controls, follow-up reminders, conversion handoffs, or guided user actions. Up to three reusable subflows and up to 15 approved decision outcomes or exception conditions can be included where appropriate. Apex, Flow Orchestration, high-volume architecture, external APIs, and complex cross-cloud automation remain separate.

Create One Controlled Approval Journey

One opportunity or commercial-exception approval journey can be configured using a standard Salesforce approval process or Flow Approval Process where supported. The included journey supports up to three approval levels and up to eight approved entry, routing, approval, rejection, recall, or reassignment conditions. Parallel approvals, complex authority matrices, legal negotiation, advanced discounting, Slack orchestration, and Revenue Cloud Advanced Approvals remain separate.

Establish Forecasting Discipline

One Collaborative Forecasts foundation is configured for one sales team where the client’s Salesforce edition supports it. The setup includes one primary revenue forecast type, opportunity-stage-to-forecast-category alignment, one focused forecast hierarchy for up to 15 named users, and up to two approved forecast adjustments or display refinements where supported. Quotas can be loaded only when the client supplies complete approved values in a Salesforce-supported format. Advanced forecasting, predictive forecasting, territory forecasting, product-family forecasting, and custom forecast models remain separate.

Give Managers Focused Pipeline Visibility

Up to 15 approved Salesforce reports and up to two sales-management dashboards with up to eight supported components each are configured using the included data. Reporting can cover lead volume, source, routing, response, qualification, conversion, opportunity value, stage, age, activity, approval status, forecast category, close date, owner, and another approved sales KPI. CRM Analytics, Tableau, external data, historical reconstruction, and advanced statistical forecasting remain separate.

Test, Document, Train, and Launch

We run one controlled test cycle across up to 30 agreed scenarios covering lead creation, routing, qualification, conversion, opportunity stages, activities, products where included, flows, approvals, permissions, forecasts, reports, and dashboards. One fixed-scope correction round is included when the approved requirements remain unchanged. The client receives a lead-to-revenue process map, field and stage inventory, automation and approval outline, forecast configuration summary, report inventory, test record, launch checklist, two 60-minute handoff sessions, and 21 calendar days of launch support. Salesforce licenses, Sales Engagement, Revenue Cloud, Data 360, Agentforce or AI, additional teams or pipelines, advanced forecasting, data migration, custom development, integrations, and third-party fees are separate.
