WHAT YOU WILL GET

Professional, consistent, ready-to-use branding for your business.

This package gives your business a complete visual identity foundation for your website, social media, business cards, email communication, documents, presentations, and marketing materials.

Package Overview

The Complete Brand Identity Package is designed for businesses that need a professional, consistent, and ready-to-use visual identity.

This is not just a logo design service. It is a complete visual identity package created to make your business look polished, professional, and consistent everywhere your customers see your brand.

The process starts with a brand discovery questionnaire so we can understand your business, audience, style preferences, competitors, and overall brand direction.

We then begin logo concept development and continue creating or refining logo directions until the final visual direction is selected. Once the final logo direction is approved, we polish the selected logo and build the full brand identity system around it.

Salesforce Revenue Operations Suite

Control the commercial journey from opportunity to contract.

Connect Salesforce Sales Cloud and Revenue Cloud around one governed commercial process—from opportunity and product selection through pricing, quotes, approvals, contracts and leadership reporting—so your team can move business forward without losing control of what was sold, priced or agreed.

Put every commercial decision in one connected process

Revenue operations breaks down when sales, pricing, approvals and contracts live in separate spreadsheets, inboxes or systems. This suite configures one approved Salesforce operating model that keeps each decision connected to the customer and opportunity. The path is clear: identify the opportunity, select approved products, apply controlled pricing, issue a quote, secure approval and preserve the commercial agreement.

Start with a sales opportunity that carries the right context

The implementation organizes Lead, Account, Contact, Opportunity and Activity records around the information sales and revenue teams need. Stages, ownership, fields, page layouts, validation rules and working views follow the agreed commercial journey. Sellers can see customer context, deal value, timing, product, price status and next action without parallel records; leaders can assess pipeline quality, quote readiness and commercial risk.

Build a product catalog your team can trust

A quote is only reliable when the underlying products and services are organized. We configure one commercial catalog using client-provided names, descriptions, codes, categories and active status. Products connect to the relevant price books so sellers use a controlled offering set rather than ad hoc line items. The delivered structure is practical to maintain; complex product modeling and large-scale cleanup remain separate.

Make pricing visible, consistent and governed

The suite establishes the price-book and pricing structure for the included catalog. Sales teams can distinguish standard pricing from the permitted price book or adjustment supported by the active Salesforce edition. Where the licensed Revenue Cloud capability supports it, straightforward discount, adjustment, eligibility or bundle rules can be configured. Complex matrices, consumption pricing and bespoke calculation engines are separate.

Move from opportunity to a controlled quote

One opportunity-to-quote handoff lets sellers create the appropriate quote without losing customer, product or pricing context. The quote workspace, fields, layouts, status approach and permitted output configuration follow the agreed sales process. Client-provided quote language, terms, branding and legal notices are placed only where Salesforce supports them. The result is a usable foundation that reduces rekeying and makes the customer-facing commercial version traceable.

Add approval at the points where control matters

Not every quote needs executive review, but exceptions should be visible before they are sent or accepted. We configure the agreed native approval path for such events as a discount threshold, nonstandard pricing or quote-status change, subject to the client’s Salesforce capabilities. Approvers, criteria, routing, notifications and expectations are documented. This creates an accountable handoff without turning routine selling into a manual bottleneck. Legal review rules and complex approval redesign are separate.

Keep contracts tied to what was sold

With applicable Salesforce Contracts or Revenue Cloud entitlement, the suite prepares one contract foundation connected to the approved process. Contract fields, lifecycle status, layout, ownership and selected relationships let the team see the agreement beside the opportunity and relevant customer information. Where supported, an approved quote can carry into the contract process rather than be recreated elsewhere. The client supplies final legal language and templates; this implementation configures the operational record flow and does not provide legal drafting or advice.

Automate routine handoffs without hiding the process

Selected native Salesforce Flow automations handle predictable actions: creating a follow-up task, notifying an owner, updating status, preparing a related record or reminding an approver. They are limited to the agreed scenario and use clear ownership and testable triggers. The team should understand why a record changed and what happens next. Custom Apex, high-volume orchestration, external APIs and complex cross-cloud integrations are separately scoped.

Give the right people the right commercial access

Access is configured for included internal users through the role hierarchy, profiles, permission sets or permission-set groups supported by the client’s licenses. Sellers work with assigned opportunities and quotes; managers and revenue operators gain the visibility required for review, pricing or approval. This supports practical separation of duties without overengineering security. External portals, advanced territory models and enterprise sharing redesign remain outside the bundle unless approved separately.

Show leadership where revenue can move or stall

Revenue operations needs a shared view of pipeline, quote activity, approval status and commercial conversion. We configure Salesforce reports and dashboards around the data created by the delivered process. Leaders can review stage value, quote progress, approval turnaround, pricing exceptions, contract status and selected conversion points. Reporting is based on agreed system definitions, providing a practical operating view rather than another manual spreadsheet.

Bring in prepared commercial data with care

One controlled CSV import supports the foundation for products, price book entries, accounts, contacts or opportunities. The client supplies prepared, deduplicated data in the agreed template and approves the mapping before loading. This gives the new process useful starting data without turning implementation into an uncontrolled migration. Historical quotes, legacy contracts, attachments, billing history, enrichment and reconciliation beyond the included import remain separate.

Test the full commercial path and launch with confidence

Before launch, the team runs controlled testing across the agreed opportunity, product selection, price book, quote, approval, contract and reporting scenarios. Confirmed fixed-scope issues are corrected, and configuration is documented for administrators and business owners. Handoff sessions explain the operating process, catalog and pricing ownership, approval decisions and leadership reporting. Launch support gives the organization time to stabilize the workflow. Salesforce subscriptions, paid add-ons, billing, payments, tax, complex CPQ, custom development and third-party fees remain separate.
