WHAT YOU WILL GET

Professional, consistent, ready-to-use branding for your business.

This package gives your business a complete visual identity foundation for your website, social media, business cards, email communication, documents, presentations, and marketing materials.

Package Overview

The Complete Brand Identity Package is designed for businesses that need a professional, consistent, and ready-to-use visual identity.

This is not just a logo design service. It is a complete visual identity package created to make your business look polished, professional, and consistent everywhere your customers see your brand.

The process starts with a brand discovery questionnaire so we can understand your business, audience, style preferences, competitors, and overall brand direction.

We then begin logo concept development and continue creating or refining logo directions until the final visual direction is selected. Once the final logo direction is approved, we polish the selected logo and build the full brand identity system around it.

Logo Concept Development Until Final Direction Is Selected

We do not limit the branding process to only one or two logo concepts.

Your business will receive logo concept development until a final logo direction is selected. We will continue creating and refining logo directions based on your feedback until we identify the visual style that fits your business, industry, audience, and brand positioning.

Once the final direction is approved, we will polish the selected logo and prepare the complete logo suite for web, print, social media, and business use.

Salesforce Small Business Growth Suite

Give your growing team one connected place to manage customers.

Configure Salesforce Starter or Pro Suite around a shared customer foundation, structured sales pipeline, practical service journey, focused marketing activity, essential Flow automation and clear reporting—so a growing team can manage customer relationships without building an unnecessarily complex CRM environment.

Start with One Connected Customer Journey

We begin by defining how the business attracts a lead, qualifies interest, manages an opportunity, responds to a customer request, communicates with its audience, and measures progress. The selected Salesforce Starter or Pro Suite environment is then configured around one connected customer-management journey so sales, service, marketing, automation, and reporting use shared records and consistent ownership.

Prepare One Small-Business Salesforce Workspace

One client-provided Salesforce org with active Starter Suite or Pro Suite licenses is reviewed and prepared for one growing team. The setup includes foundational company settings, practical navigation, naming conventions, user readiness, and the standard apps required for the included sales, service, marketing, and reporting process. Additional Salesforce orgs, separate business units, multi-brand architecture, and enterprise environment strategy remain separate.

Create a Trusted Customer and Lead Foundation

The core structure is organized around Lead, Account, Contact, Opportunity, Activity, Campaign, and Case records available in the selected suite. Up to 25 approved custom fields and up to five focused page or workspace refinements can be configured where the active edition supports them. The client remains responsible for confirming field definitions, record ownership, required values, privacy requirements, and the accuracy of customer data supplied for setup.

Build One Practical Sales Pipeline

One lead and opportunity journey is configured with up to eight approved sales stages or status values, clear ownership points, and straightforward qualification expectations. Up to three focused list views, one lead-routing approach, and up to six supported sales productivity refinements can be prepared. Advanced territory management, complex forecasting, large quoting programs, revenue lifecycle management, partner sales, and extensive custom sales architecture remain separate.

Create a Focused Customer-Service Journey

One basic case-management process is configured with up to eight approved case statuses, one service queue, and one supported Email-to-Case, Web-to-Case, or another available intake method. Up to five client-provided Knowledge articles or reusable service responses can be organized where the selected suite supports them. Live chat, a customer portal, entitlement management, milestones, telephony, Digital Engagement, and advanced routing remain separate unless expressly included and licensed.

Establish One Essential Marketing Process

One focused marketing campaign structure is prepared for the included team with up to three approved audience segments or lists and up to two client-approved email templates. One supported sign-up form, landing page, or campaign flow can be configured where available in the client’s suite and org. The client supplies approved copy, branding, sender details, consent language, and audience criteria. Additional email capacity, complex nurture programs, advertising integrations, SMS, and full Marketing Cloud implementation remain separate.

Automate Repetitive Work with Focused Flows

Up to three straightforward Salesforce flows can be configured where the selected Starter or Pro Suite edition supports the required trigger, elements, and automation limits. The included automation can update records, create tasks, route approved work, send supported notifications, or guide users through a focused action. Pro Suite may provide broader customization and automation options, while Starter Suite implementations remain within the capabilities available in that edition.

Align Sales and Service Handoffs

One focused handoff structure is configured so customer context can move between sales and service without unnecessary duplicate entry. Up to six approved field updates, notifications, task creations, or ownership controls can support transitions such as qualified lead to opportunity, closed sale to onboarding, or customer issue to service follow-up. Complex cross-cloud orchestration, order management, project delivery, billing, and external operational integrations remain separate.

Set Up Practical Access for the Team

Basic access alignment is included for up to 10 named users using the standard permission sets, permission set groups, profiles, roles, or available suite controls appropriate for the included responsibilities. The setup covers focused access to the included sales, service, marketing, flow, and reporting functions. Enterprise security architecture, complex sharing models, delegated administration, external users, single sign-on, identity migration, and compliance certification remain separate.

Make Performance Visible

Up to 10 approved Salesforce reports and one small-business management dashboard with up to eight supported components are configured using the records and fields available in the selected suite. Reporting can cover leads, pipeline, activities, conversion, cases, campaign engagement, ownership, aging, or another approved KPI represented in Salesforce. Forecasting, CRM Analytics, Tableau, predictive analytics, historical reconstruction, and external data reporting remain separate.

Validate the Connected Process

One controlled test cycle covers up to 25 agreed scenarios across customer records, lead handling, opportunity stages, case intake, service ownership, marketing assets, flows, notifications, permissions, reports, and dashboard results. One fixed-scope correction round is included when the original requirements remain unchanged. Production results remain dependent on user adoption, source-data quality, email and automation limits, permissions, other active configuration, and the capabilities of the selected Salesforce suite.

Document, Train, and Hand Off

The client receives a customer-journey map, configuration summary, field and process inventory, automation outline, report inventory, user-access summary, launch checklist, two 60-minute handoff sessions, and 21 calendar days of launch support. Salesforce Starter or Pro Suite subscriptions, users, email sends, transactions, AI or consumption charges, commerce, payments, live chat, Help Center, additional apps, AppExchange products, Data 360, Agentforce, Marketing Cloud, advanced Flow features, data migration, custom development, integrations, ongoing administration, and third-party fees are separate.
