WHAT YOU WILL GET

Professional, consistent, ready-to-use branding for your business.

This package gives your business a complete visual identity foundation for your website, social media, business cards, email communication, documents, presentations, and marketing materials.

Package Overview

The Complete Brand Identity Package is designed for businesses that need a professional, consistent, and ready-to-use visual identity.

This is not just a logo design service. It is a complete visual identity package created to make your business look polished, professional, and consistent everywhere your customers see your brand.

The process starts with a brand discovery questionnaire so we can understand your business, audience, style preferences, competitors, and overall brand direction.

We then begin logo concept development and continue creating or refining logo directions until the final visual direction is selected. Once the final logo direction is approved, we polish the selected logo and build the full brand identity system around it.

Logo Concept Development Until Final Direction Is Selected

We do not limit the branding process to only one or two logo concepts.

Your business will receive logo concept development until a final logo direction is selected. We will continue creating and refining logo directions based on your feedback until we identify the visual style that fits your business, industry, audience, and brand positioning.

Salesforce Starter & Pro Suite Setup

Start with one connected Salesforce customer platform.

Configure a practical Salesforce Starter or Pro Suite foundation that brings sales, service, marketing and basic commerce into one customer workflow—so a small team can capture leads, manage customer requests, follow up consistently and see what is happening.

Start with the Salesforce Suite That Fits Your Business Today

We begin with one focused discovery session to confirm whether the client’s Salesforce Starter Suite or Pro Suite is the right foundation for the approved small-business customer journey. The configuration is shaped around how enquiries arrive, how a lead becomes an opportunity, how customers receive service, which communications matter, and what management needs to see. This creates one practical operating system rather than separate sales, service, marketing, and commerce tools with no shared process.

Build One Shared Customer and Lead Foundation

One client-provided Salesforce Starter Suite or Pro Suite org is prepared around the core customer record, including the available Lead, Account, Contact, Opportunity, Activity, and related standard records. Up to 15 approved standard-object custom fields are configured where supported by the selected Suite, along with agreed lead source, service interest, customer status, ownership, and essential qualification values. Custom objects, complex formula logic, extensive historical restructuring, and industry-specific data models are separate scope.

Give Sales One Clear Path from Enquiry to Deal

One lead process with up to six approved statuses and one opportunity process with up to seven approved stages are configured around the client’s primary sales journey. The setup includes practical stage names, outcome expectations, core record views, and up to five saved list views so the team can quickly identify new enquiries, active work, follow-up needs, and closed business. Multiple sales divisions, advanced forecasting design, territory management, and extensive sales-process redesign are not included.

Prepare the Everyday Sales Workspace

One focused Lightning workspace is organized with the relevant navigation, standard records, activity access, list views, reports, and dashboard links needed for daily work. Up to five reusable client-approved sales email templates or quick texts can be configured using supplied copy, helping the team acknowledge enquiries and follow up consistently. Email content strategy, copywriting, deliverability remediation, and large template libraries are separate services.

Organize a Simple Service Request Process

One basic case or customer-request process is configured using the service capabilities available in the selected Suite. The scope includes one case process with up to five approved statuses, priority values, ownership approach, up to five case fields where supported, and one client-authorized support email or other supported service intake channel. Knowledge-base production, complex omnichannel design, service console customization, entitlement management, and high-volume support operations are outside this starter package.

Set Up a Focused Marketing Follow-Up Foundation

One approved audience segment or list and up to two reusable branded email templates are configured using the selected Suite’s available marketing tools. One straightforward email campaign or nurture send is prepared from client-provided copy, links, sender details, consent language, and final audience criteria. Strategy, copywriting, visual asset creation, paid advertising, complex multi-branch journeys, and compliance or legal review remain separate.

Establish a Basic Commerce Structure

Where the selected Suite and client account make the feature available, up to 10 approved product or service records are organized with client-provided names, descriptions, prices, and applicable customer-facing details. One simple commerce, storefront, checkout, or order-management foundation is configured using the native capability available to the client. Product photography, catalog strategy, tax or legal configuration, shipping design, payment-processing fees, inventory integrations, and full ecommerce implementation are separate.

Route Important Customer Work to the Right Owner

Up to two straightforward native routing, assignment, or notification rules are configured across the approved lead, opportunity, case, marketing, or commerce process where supported by the selected Suite. For a Pro Suite org, up to three simple native Flow automations may be used for routine actions such as assigning a new lead, notifying an owner, creating a follow-up task, or updating an approved field. Apex, complex branching, approvals, cross-cloud orchestration, and custom integrations are intentionally outside this package.

Give a Small Team Practical Access

Access is configured for up to five named users using the roles, profiles, permission sets, and sharing controls available in the client’s selected Salesforce Suite and licenses. The objective is a clear practical structure that lets users see and update the records relevant to their work while keeping administration manageable. Enterprise sharing redesign, delegated administration, advanced permission architecture, and access for additional users are separate scope.

Bring in One Prepared Customer List

One prepared CSV import of up to 1,000 approved Lead, Account, Contact, or related standard records in total is mapped and loaded into the included Salesforce org. The client provides cleaned, deduplicated data in the agreed file template. Broad cleanup, enrichment, historical activity migration, file repair, data matching, deduplication projects, and migration from another CRM are not part of this starter setup.

Make Essential Performance Visible

Up to four approved Salesforce reports and one simple management dashboard with up to four supported components are configured around the included data and processes. Reporting can cover new leads, opportunity progress, open service requests, selected marketing activity, or another agreed measure supported by the selected Suite. Advanced analytics, CRM Analytics, cross-system reporting, complex historical trend architecture, and executive data warehousing are separate services.

Test, Train, and Support the Initial Launch

We complete one controlled validation cycle across up to 12 agreed scenarios, covering the approved customer records, lead and opportunity progress, service intake, marketing or commerce foundation, user access, routing, reports, and dashboard. One fixed-scope correction round, a practical configuration summary, one 60-minute live handoff session, and 14 calendar days of post-launch support are included. Salesforce licenses, paid add-ons, usage, third-party apps, and any functionality unavailable in the client’s selected Suite are separate.
