WHAT YOU WILL GET

Professional, consistent, ready-to-use branding for your business.

This package gives your business a complete visual identity foundation for your website, social media, business cards, email communication, documents, presentations, and marketing materials.

Package Overview

The Complete Brand Identity Package is designed for businesses that need a professional, consistent, and ready-to-use visual identity.

This is not just a logo design service. It is a complete visual identity package created to make your business look polished, professional, and consistent everywhere your customers see your brand.

The process starts with a brand discovery questionnaire so we can understand your business, audience, style preferences, competitors, and overall brand direction.

We then begin logo concept development and continue creating or refining logo directions until the final visual direction is selected. Once the final logo direction is approved, we polish the selected logo and build the full brand identity system around it.

Brand Discovery Questionnaire

Before the design process starts, we collect the key information needed to build your brand identity.

Logo Concept Development Until Final Direction Is Selected

We do not limit the branding process to only one or two logo concepts.

Your business will receive logo concept development until a final logo direction is selected. We will continue creating and refining logo directions based on your feedback until we identify the visual style that fits your business, industry, audience, and brand positioning.

Once the final direction is approved, we will polish the selected logo and prepare the complete logo suite for web, print, social media, and business use.

The included Copyright / IP Ownership Transfer Document covers the final approved logo and final approved brand identity assets created and delivered as part of this project after full payment is received.

Trademark registration is not included. If you want to legally register your business name, slogan, or logo as a trademark, that should be handled separately through a qualified trademark attorney or trademark filing service.

Website design, landing pages, social media management, advertising setup, CRM setup, and marketing automation can be added separately.

Logo concept development continues until the final direction is selected, based on the original business brief and project scope. Major changes to the business name, industry, offer, target audience, or creative direction after approval may require additional work and may be quoted separately.

CONNECTED CLIENT ACCESS

Give Customers and Partners a Clear Place to Work With You

A premium Zoho implementation that brings portal access, support requests, live conversations, permission-based records, and document signing into one connected customer or partner experience.

Define the Client and Partner Access Model

We begin by agreeing what a customer or partner should be able to see, submit, request, and sign without relying on email for every step. The implementation is built around one approved access model: the relevant CRM records, support path, document needs, ownership rules, and internal team responsible for each action.

Build the CRM Portal Foundation

One Zoho CRM portal is configured for up to two approved portal user types, such as clients and partners. Up to three approved CRM modules and 20 approved portal-visible fields are prepared with the relevant native permissions, record relationships, and one approved document or attachment access model. Portal capabilities depend on the client’s active Zoho CRM edition, portal-user licences, and enabled features.

Connect Customer Information to Support

Zoho CRM and Zoho Desk are connected around the approved Accounts and Contacts structure, with up to 10 shared customer fields mapped where supported. One Zoho Desk department, up to two support teams, up to eight agents, one primary support email channel, five ticket statuses, and up to two custom ticket fields are configured around the client’s agreed service process.

Prepare a Clear Help and Request Experience

One branded Zoho Desk Help Center is prepared so portal users can find approved support information, submit a ticket, and follow its status. The scope includes the Help Center structure, one approved support form, and up to five client-provided knowledge-base articles placed in the agreed categories. Article writing, translation, and legal review remain with the client.

Add Live Communication with SalesIQ

One Zoho SalesIQ widget is configured for one approved domain, including visitor tracking, pre-chat capture, one chat-routing rule, and one simple four-choice welcome flow. The flow can route an eligible visitor to the appropriate support team or capture the information needed for follow-up. Website code placement is completed by the client’s website administrator or developer.

Prepare the Document-Signing Path

Zoho Sign is prepared for one approved client or partner document process, such as an acknowledgement, agreement, or onboarding document. Up to two client-provided document templates can be configured with up to three recipient roles and 20 fillable fields per template. The setup prepares the technical signing path and test transaction; it does not draft, negotiate, or validate legal documents.

Control Access and Measure Service

Access settings are configured for up to eight named internal CRM and Desk users, together with the approved portal permission model. The service includes up to five Zoho Desk or CRM reports and one manager dashboard focused on request volume, ticket status, response performance, portal activity, and the agreed support priorities.

Test, Refine, and Hand Off

We test the agreed portal access, CRM record visibility, support-ticket path, Help Center, SalesIQ chat flow, and available signing scenario using approved test records and users. Practical in-scope refinements are completed before one 90-minute live administrator handoff, so the client team can manage the connected experience after launch.
