WHAT YOU WILL GET

Professional, consistent, ready-to-use branding for your business.

This package gives your business a complete visual identity foundation for your website, social media, business cards, email communication, documents, presentations, and marketing materials.

Package Overview

The Complete Brand Identity Package is designed for businesses that need a professional, consistent, and ready-to-use visual identity.

This is not just a logo design service. It is a complete visual identity package created to make your business look polished, professional, and consistent everywhere your customers see your brand.

The process starts with a brand discovery questionnaire so we can understand your business, audience, style preferences, competitors, and overall brand direction.

We then begin logo concept development and continue creating or refining logo directions until the final visual direction is selected. Once the final logo direction is approved, we polish the selected logo and build the full brand identity system around it.

Logo Concept Development Until Final Direction Is Selected

We do not limit the branding process to only one or two logo concepts.

Your business will receive logo concept development until a final logo direction is selected. We will continue creating and refining logo directions based on your feedback until we identify the visual style that fits your business, industry, audience, and brand positioning.

GoHighLevel Multi-Location Growth System

Grow locations without rebuilding your operating system each time.

Standardize the customer journey across multiple locations while preserving local calendars, teams, communications and reporting—so every location can operate locally while leadership keeps one consistent foundation.

Map the Multi-Location Operating Model

We begin with a practical workshop for the initial rollout of up to three approved HighLevel locations. Together, we define what must remain consistent across the business, what must stay local, how a customer moves from enquiry to booking or follow-up, which team owns each next step, and which data leadership needs to see. The outcome is one operating model that can be repeated without forcing every location into identical day-to-day behavior.

Confirm Agency and Location Readiness

Before configuration begins, we review the available agency plan, sub-account capacity, user access, connected domains, phone and messaging readiness, calendar access, existing data and required client approvals. We identify which functions are available in the current HighLevel environment and which would require a different plan, connected provider, channel approval or separately scoped service. The implementation configures only supported features that are available at the time of rollout.

Build a Reusable Snapshot Foundation

One reusable Snapshot is prepared as the common foundation for the included locations. It organizes the agreed CRM structure, pipeline, fields, tags, views, templates, workflows and reporting components that can be safely standardized. The Snapshot is designed to reduce repeated setup work as locations grow, while large template libraries, custom code, external applications and unapproved location-by-location redesigns remain separate.

Standardize the Customer and Opportunity Structure

We configure one shared customer and opportunity architecture with up to 25 approved Contact or Opportunity custom fields and one pipeline of up to 10 stages for the included locations. The structure can capture the common information needed to identify a customer, record a location, track service interest, assign ownership and move an opportunity forward. Historical data cleanup, complex custom objects, unapproved migration work and a full replacement of a prior CRM are not included.

Keep Local Ownership and Access Clear

Access, role and assigned-data visibility are configured for up to 20 named users across the included location accounts. This gives managers and location teams a practical way to work in the information they are responsible for without exposing every record or workflow to every user. Final staffing structure, security policy, permission approvals and ongoing user administration remain the client’s responsibility.

Configure Local Calendars and Booking Paths

Up to two standardized booking calendars are prepared for each included location, with availability for up to 15 total team members. We configure the agreed appointment types, booking rules, links, confirmation settings, calendar pages and embed code so customers can reach the appropriate local schedule. Staff availability, external calendar-provider access, service capacity, rescheduling policy and reminder wording remain client-controlled.

Route Local Enquiries to the Right Team

One approved local enquiry path is configured for each included location, with up to three native routing or assignment rules per location. The process can direct an incoming lead, booked appointment or customer reply to the right location, owner, queue or follow-up action using the data available in HighLevel. Complex territory engines, external call-routing platforms, unsupported social channels and custom API logic are separate services.

Deploy Reusable Automation Across Locations

Up to eight reusable native HighLevel workflows are built into the shared foundation and deployed across the included locations with approved local values where supported. These workflows may support lead acknowledgement, owner assignment, appointment confirmation, reminders, follow-up, task creation, missed-contact recovery or internal alerts. Each workflow is limited to up to 10 standard native actions; advanced branching, large campaign programs, custom integrations and ongoing optimization are separately scoped.

Prepare Consistent Local Communications

Up to 12 reusable email, SMS or chat templates are prepared for the customer moments agreed in the rollout plan, such as a first reply, booking confirmation, reminder, reschedule notice, follow-up or handoff acknowledgement. Local names, links and details can be structured for the included locations where HighLevel supports the configuration. The client provides approved copy, consent language, sender details, legal notices and local business information; full copywriting and campaign production are not included.

Create Management Visibility Without Losing Local Context

We configure one practical reporting structure using supported native dashboards, reports or scheduled-report options available on the client’s active HighLevel plan. It can focus on the agreed measures across the included locations, such as new leads, appointments, opportunity movement, response activity, bookings and revenue-related outcomes where data is available. Agency-level roll-up reporting, custom metrics, data sources and report scheduling depend on plan eligibility, connected sources and data quality; external BI and data-warehouse work are separate.

Roll Out, Test and Correct the Included Locations

The shared foundation is deployed to the approved initial location group through one controlled rollout. We test up to 20 agreed scenarios covering record creation, local ownership, booking, routing, workflow actions, communications, permissions and reporting visibility. One fixed-scope correction round is included when the agreed operating model and account environment remain unchanged; additional locations, late design changes and new business processes are quoted separately.

Hand Off the System and Support the Launch

You receive a practical multi-location operating summary and two 60-minute live handoff sessions for administrators, location managers and the team responsible for rollout. The implementation includes 30 calendar days of post-launch support for configuration questions and minor corrections within the delivered scope. HighLevel subscriptions and sub-account fees, domains, phone, SMS and email usage, carrier or channel approvals, paid applications, custom integrations, data migration, external services and third-party fees are purchased or quoted separately.
