WHAT YOU WILL GET

Professional, consistent, ready-to-use branding for your business.

This package gives your business a complete visual identity foundation for your website, social media, business cards, email communication, documents, presentations, and marketing materials.

Package Overview

The Complete Brand Identity Package is designed for businesses that need a professional, consistent, and ready-to-use visual identity.

This is not just a logo design service. It is a complete visual identity package created to make your business look polished, professional, and consistent everywhere your customers see your brand.

The process starts with a brand discovery questionnaire so we can understand your business, audience, style preferences, competitors, and overall brand direction.

We then begin logo concept development and continue creating or refining logo directions until the final visual direction is selected. Once the final logo direction is approved, we polish the selected logo and build the full brand identity system around it.

Logo Concept Development Until Final Direction Is Selected

We do not limit the branding process to only one or two logo concepts.

Your business will receive logo concept development until a final logo direction is selected. We will continue creating and refining logo directions based on your feedback until we identify the visual style that fits your business, industry, audience, and brand positioning.

The included Copyright / IP Ownership Transfer Document covers the final approved logo and final approved brand identity assets created and delivered as part of this project after full payment is received.

Trademark registration is not included. If you want to legally register your business name, slogan, or logo as a trademark, that should be handled separately through a qualified trademark attorney or trademark filing service.

Website design, landing pages, social media management, advertising setup, CRM setup, and marketing automation can be added separately.

Logo concept development continues until the final direction is selected, based on the original business brief and project scope. Major changes to the business name, industry, offer, target audience, or creative direction after approval may require additional work and may be quoted separately.

GoHighLevel Payments & Contracts Setup

Turn approved work into a signed agreement and a paid invoice.

Build a connected HighLevel payment and document process that moves customers from a clear proposal or estimate to agreement, invoice, payment confirmation and internal follow-up—with fewer manual handoffs.

Map the Payment-to-Signature Customer Journey

We begin by mapping one approved commercial process: how your team presents products or services, prepares an estimate or proposal, sends an agreement, collects a signature and payment, follows up on outstanding records, and marks the customer step complete. The goal is a practical customer flow your team can repeat without rebuilding every document from scratch.

Set Up One Connected Payments & Contracts Workspace

One HighLevel sub-account is organized as the shared workspace for products, estimates, invoices, proposals, contracts and payment activity. We establish the included working statuses, ownership expectations and handoff points so sales, operations and finance can see where a customer is in the process. Historic invoice migration, accounting-system implementation and ongoing bookkeeping are not included.

Build the Core Product and Service List

Up to 20 approved one-time product or service items are configured with the agreed names, descriptions, pricing and basic billing details needed for the included documents. The client provides final product information, prices, taxes and terms. A large catalog rebuild, product imports, inventory setup, recurring-subscription architecture and tax strategy are separate services.

Prepare Reusable Estimates and Invoices

We prepare one reusable estimate template and one reusable invoice template around the approved customer flow. The setup applies your available brand elements, standard information, product selection method, payment timing and approved customer-facing wording, so your team can prepare consistent documents without manually recreating the same layout every time.

Create Your Core Proposals, Agreements or Contracts

Up to two reusable Documents & Contracts templates are configured for the client’s approved use case, such as a proposal and service agreement or an agreement and change order. Each included template can use approved content blocks, contact details, pricing information, product lists and status tracking available in HighLevel. The client supplies final legal language and remains responsible for legal review, enforceability and regulatory requirements.

Add E-Signature Fields and Signer Roles

We place the required e-signature and basic fillable fields in the included document templates, then configure the approved signer roles and document settings available in the account. This keeps the signing experience clear for the customer and internal team. Complex multi-party approval chains, custom PDF engineering, notarization and legal signing-policy advice are outside this package.

Connect the Approved Payment Method

One supported payment-provider connection or approved existing payment connection is configured for the selected collection path. We confirm the account settings needed for the included process and apply the available payment options to the relevant invoice, estimate or document flow. Merchant approval, underwriting, supported payment methods, transaction limits, processor disputes and processing fees are controlled by the payment provider and are separate.

Link Signing, Billing and Payment Collection

One approved collection route is configured so the customer has a clear next step after a proposal, agreement or invoice is sent. Depending on the selected HighLevel capability and approved process, that route can use an invoice, payment link or direct payment attached to the relevant document. Additional collection paths, subscription billing programs, payment plans, refund operations and accounting reconciliation are separate.

Keep Customers and the Team Informed

Up to two approved notification sets are prepared for the included document and payment journey. These can cover an estimate or proposal being sent, a contract ready for signature, an invoice shared, a successful payment, or an internal alert when a customer action needs attention. The client provides approved wording, sender identity, compliance language and any required links.

Automate the Routine Follow-Up Steps

Up to two native HighLevel document or payment workflows are configured to support the agreed process. Each workflow can use up to eight standard actions, such as sending an approved document, notifying the owner, creating a task, applying a tag, updating a field, waiting for an agreed period or escalating an incomplete customer step. Advanced automation, external accounting actions, custom API work and new campaign copy are separate services.

Test the Complete Customer Flow

One controlled testing cycle is completed using approved representative customer data. We verify the included products, estimate, invoice, document templates, signer fields, payment collection route, status visibility, notifications and workflows before launch. One fixed-scope correction round is included when the approved payment and contract process has not changed.

Train the Team and Support the Launch

The client receives a practical Payments & Contracts setup summary and one 60-minute live handoff session for the administrator or responsible team members. The package also includes 14 calendar days of post-launch support for questions and minor corrections within the delivered scope. HighLevel subscriptions, payment-provider access and transaction fees, tax or legal review, paid apps, integrations, external services and third-party fees are separate.
