WHAT YOU WILL GET

Professional, consistent, ready-to-use branding for your business.

This package gives your business a complete visual identity foundation for your website, social media, business cards, email communication, documents, presentations, and marketing materials.

Package Overview

The Complete Brand Identity Package is designed for businesses that need a professional, consistent, and ready-to-use visual identity.

This is not just a logo design service. It is a complete visual identity package created to make your business look polished, professional, and consistent everywhere your customers see your brand.

The process starts with a brand discovery questionnaire so we can understand your business, audience, style preferences, competitors, and overall brand direction.

We then begin logo concept development and continue creating or refining logo directions until the final visual direction is selected. Once the final logo direction is approved, we polish the selected logo and build the full brand identity system around it.

Logo Concept Development Until Final Direction Is Selected

We do not limit the branding process to only one or two logo concepts.

Your business will receive logo concept development until a final logo direction is selected. We will continue creating and refining logo directions based on your feedback until we identify the visual style that fits your business, industry, audience, and brand positioning.

The included Copyright / IP Ownership Transfer Document covers the final approved logo and final approved brand identity assets created and delivered as part of this project after full payment is received.

Trademark registration is not included. If you want to legally register your business name, slogan, or logo as a trademark, that should be handled separately through a qualified trademark attorney or trademark filing service.

Website design, landing pages, social media management, advertising setup, CRM setup, and marketing automation can be added separately.

Logo concept development continues until the final direction is selected, based on the original business brief and project scope. Major changes to the business name, industry, offer, target audience, or creative direction after approval may require additional work and may be quoted separately.

HubSpot App Integration Setup

Connect the tools your team already relies on.

Review, connect, map, test and document one approved HubSpot Marketplace application around the standard connector capabilities available for your business process.

Review One Approved Marketplace Application

We begin by confirming that the selected application is an approved HubSpot Marketplace app with a standard connector that can be configured without custom API development or middleware. We review the intended business process, connected account, relevant HubSpot records, available app capabilities, required permissions, and known connector limitations before any sync is activated. Applications that require custom development, an unsupported connector, or an unapproved legacy version are quoted separately.

Define One Clear Integration Outcome

The package is designed around one approved business process—for example, keeping customer records aligned, bringing qualified activity into HubSpot, or giving teams visibility into information held in a connected system. Together, we define the records involved, the key information that should move, the direction of the data flow, the record owner, and the outcome the team expects. This keeps the integration useful and prevents a simple connection from becoming an undefined systems project.

Connect the Approved Application Securely

We connect one approved application to one HubSpot portal using the application’s standard authorization method. The client supplies the required administrator access, credentials, licenses, and any required consent or approval from the connected platform. We confirm the connection status and document the connected account so the team has a clear record of the delivered configuration.

Review Supported Objects, Actions, and Sync Rules

Every Marketplace connector exposes a different set of objects, actions, field types, directions, matching options, and sync rules. We review the options actually available in the selected application and configure up to two supported standard object syncs or equivalent connector data flows. Features unavailable in the connector, the client’s HubSpot edition, or the connected application are not substituted with custom work under this package.

Configure Up to 20 Available Field-Mapping Decisions

We review, enable, disable, or configure up to 20 standard field-mapping decisions across the included data flows. This can include the connector’s default mappings and, where the selected app and HubSpot subscription permit it, available custom mappings. Each mapping is checked for a practical business purpose, compatible field type, expected direction, and clear source of truth. New property architecture, complex transforms, and mapping beyond the included allowance are separately scoped.

Set Available Matching, Direction, and Conflict Controls

When the connector exposes these options, we configure the approved record-matching method, one-way or two-way sync direction, and data-conflict preference for the included flows. We also review any standard filters, record limits, or exclusion rules available in the app so unnecessary records do not enter the sync. The final settings are based on the client’s written decision about which system should control important data.

Keep the Setup Within Standard Connector Capabilities

This package configures the integration through the selected application’s published, standard interface. It does not include custom API development, webhooks, middleware engineering, custom-coded actions, custom data transformations, unsupported objects, multi-system orchestration, or a full CRM migration. If the review identifies a larger integration requirement, the client receives a clear recommendation for the next scope rather than an unstable workaround.

Test the Connection With Representative Records

Before launch, we complete one controlled testing cycle with up to 10 representative sample records or events supplied by the client. We verify connection status, eligible record matching, field behavior, available sync direction, expected updates, and visible errors or warnings. One fixed-scope correction round is included when the original process, connector capability, and approved mapping decisions remain unchanged.

Activate and Verify the Initial Sync

After the client approves the test results, we activate the included configuration and verify the initial sync or data flow within the connector’s normal processing behavior. We review the first available status information, confirm that expected sample data is visible, and flag any access, data-quality, or vendor-side issues that require client or third-party action. Bulk cleanup, manual record repair, and external vendor troubleshooting are outside the package.

Document the Delivered Configuration

The client receives a practical integration summary covering the connected application, selected data flows, approved objects, field-mapping decisions, sync direction, matching or conflict settings where available, test outcome, and key operational limits. This gives the administrator a clear reference for future reviews and makes it easier to identify when a requested change goes beyond the original configuration.

Handoff and Initial Support

One 45-minute live handoff session is included for the relevant administrator or operations owner. We walk through the connection, the delivered rules, and the first places to review sync status or errors. The package includes seven calendar days of post-launch support for questions and minor corrections within the original approved scope. HubSpot subscriptions, Marketplace-app licenses, usage fees, premium connector features, custom development, external-system permissions, data cleanup, and third-party fees are purchased or quoted separately.
