WHAT YOU WILL GET

Professional, consistent, ready-to-use branding for your business.

This package gives your business a complete visual identity foundation for your website, social media, business cards, email communication, documents, presentations, and marketing materials.

Package Overview

The Complete Brand Identity Package is designed for businesses that need a professional, consistent, and ready-to-use visual identity.

This is not just a logo design service. It is a complete visual identity package created to make your business look polished, professional, and consistent everywhere your customers see your brand.

The process starts with a brand discovery questionnaire so we can understand your business, audience, style preferences, competitors, and overall brand direction.

We then begin logo concept development and continue creating or refining logo directions until the final visual direction is selected. Once the final logo direction is approved, we polish the selected logo and build the full brand identity system around it.

Logo Concept Development Until Final Direction Is Selected

We do not limit the branding process to only one or two logo concepts.

Your business will receive logo concept development until a final logo direction is selected. We will continue creating and refining logo directions based on your feedback until we identify the visual style that fits your business, industry, audience, and brand positioning.

The included Copyright / IP Ownership Transfer Document covers the final approved logo and final approved brand identity assets created and delivered as part of this project after full payment is received.

Trademark registration is not included. If you want to legally register your business name, slogan, or logo as a trademark, that should be handled separately through a qualified trademark attorney or trademark filing service.

HubSpot Data Hub Setup

Turn scattered customer data into a cleaner operational foundation.

Audit, connect, clean and document the customer data your teams rely on for CRM activity, automation, reporting and AI-powered work.

Design a Cleaner Customer Data Foundation

We review how customer information enters HubSpot, where it is stored, which systems update it, and how teams use it for automation, reporting, and AI. HubSpot Data Hub is then organized around one approved data-management model so the business can reduce disconnected fields, unclear ownership, and unreliable downstream activity.

Audit Up to Four Core Objects and 25,000 Records

We profile up to 25,000 existing records across up to four approved standard HubSpot objects, such as contacts, companies, deals, and tickets. The audit reviews property usage, missing values, inconsistent formatting, duplication indicators, source-system conflicts, and other practical data-quality risks that can affect everyday operations.

Create a Data Dictionary and Field-Mapping Plan

Up to 100 approved fields are documented in a working data dictionary and mapping plan. The documentation identifies field purpose, object, format, source of truth, destination, ownership, and sync behavior so administrators understand how important customer data should be created, updated, and used.

Organize Properties and the Core Data Model

Up to 30 approved HubSpot properties are created, revised, consolidated, or prepared for retirement within the supported standard objects. Property labels, internal purpose, field type, options, descriptions, and access considerations are aligned with the approved data dictionary. Destructive changes require client approval and an appropriate backup or export.

Configure Up to Three Standard Data Sync Connections

Up to three supported standard HubSpot data sync integrations are connected using client-provided administrator access. Configuration includes approved objects, sync direction, initial scope, record filters, matching behavior, and available conflict-resolution settings. Custom API development, middleware engineering, and data warehouse connections are outside this package.

Map Up to 100 Fields Across Connected Systems

Up to 100 total standard or custom field mappings are configured across the included sync connections when supported by the client’s subscriptions and the selected applications. We review data types, source and destination behavior, one-way or two-way sync requirements, and available match fields before the client approves activation.

Complete One Controlled Data Cleanup Update

One approved bulk cleanup or update is prepared for up to 10,000 HubSpot records using an approved CSV, native bulk-edit method, workflow, or supported Data Hub tool. The cleanup may standardize selected values, correct approved formatting, populate mapped fields, or retire obsolete values. Manual row-by-row research and external data verification are not included.

Reduce Duplicate and Incomplete Records

Duplicate-management settings and an approved matching approach are prepared using the tools available in the client’s edition. Up to 200 system-identified duplicate records or pairs are reviewed and resolved using client-approved criteria, and practical recommendations are documented for preventing avoidable duplication at imports, forms, integrations, and manual entry.

Create Data Quality Rules and Monitoring

Up to 15 approved native formatting, validation, monitoring, or data-quality rules are configured when supported. Rules may address capitalization, phone and address consistency, required operational fields, allowed values, incomplete records, import behavior, or another agreed issue identified during the audit.

Automate Data Maintenance and Operational Handoffs

Up to five approved native workflows are configured with up to 10 actions in each workflow. Automation may standardize values, copy or calculate data, assign ownership, flag incomplete records, update lifecycle information, create internal tasks, or notify responsible users. Enrollment criteria, exceptions, and final actions are approved before activation.

Prepare Data Studio and Reporting Visibility

One reusable Data Studio dataset or equivalent reporting data source is prepared when supported by the client’s active edition and available credits. Up to 15 approved data-health or operational reports and two dashboards are configured to monitor sync status, record completeness, duplicates, source distribution, workflow activity, and other agreed indicators.

Document Governance and Ongoing Ownership

The client receives the approved data dictionary, field-mapping plan, sync configuration summary, quality-rule register, workflow register, and practical governance checklist. The documentation identifies system ownership, administrator responsibilities, review frequency, and the process for approving future property or integration changes.

Test, Train, and Support the Initial Launch

The included mappings, syncs, cleanup actions, quality rules, workflows, dataset, reports, and dashboards are tested with approved sample records before final activation. The package includes two 60-minute live administrator and operations-team training sessions plus 14 calendar days of post-launch support for configuration questions and minor adjustments within the original approved scope.
