WHAT YOU WILL GET

Professional, consistent, ready-to-use branding for your business.

This package gives your business a complete visual identity foundation for your website, social media, business cards, email communication, documents, presentations, and marketing materials.

Package Overview

The Complete Brand Identity Package is designed for businesses that need a professional, consistent, and ready-to-use visual identity.

This is not just a logo design service. It is a complete visual identity package created to make your business look polished, professional, and consistent everywhere your customers see your brand.

The process starts with a brand discovery questionnaire so we can understand your business, audience, style preferences, competitors, and overall brand direction.

We then begin logo concept development and continue creating or refining logo directions until the final visual direction is selected. Once the final logo direction is approved, we polish the selected logo and build the full brand identity system around it.

Logo Concept Development Until Final Direction Is Selected

We do not limit the branding process to only one or two logo concepts.

Your business will receive logo concept development until a final logo direction is selected. We will continue creating and refining logo directions based on your feedback until we identify the visual style that fits your business, industry, audience, and brand positioning.

The included Copyright / IP Ownership Transfer Document covers the final approved logo and final approved brand identity assets created and delivered as part of this project after full payment is received.

HubSpot Workflow Automation Package

Turn repeatable work into reliable HubSpot automation.

Map, configure, test and activate native HubSpot workflows that keep customer, sales, marketing and service work moving at the right time.

Map the Processes Worth Automating

We begin with a workflow discovery session to turn up to five approved repeatable processes into clear automation briefs. For each included process, we define the business goal, record type, entry condition, owner, actions, timing, decision points, expected outcome, and exceptions that need human review. This ensures the automation supports the team’s actual process instead of simply adding activity inside HubSpot.

Review Relevant Existing Automation and Dependencies

Before building, we review up to five related existing workflows and the relevant properties, forms, lists, pipelines, or notifications that could affect the new automation. We flag obvious overlaps and dependency risks so the included workflows can be designed around the client’s current HubSpot environment. A full workflow audit, repair project, or redesign of unrelated automation is quoted separately.

Build Up to Five Native HubSpot Workflows

The package includes up to five native HubSpot workflows in one approved portal. They can support customer, lead, deal, marketing, service, or internal operational processes using the objects and features available in the client’s HubSpot subscription. New workflow builds, or fixed-scope revisions to existing workflows, are counted toward the same five-workflow allowance.

Set Safe Enrollment and Re-enrollment Rules

We configure the included workflows with approved enrollment triggers and guardrails based on standard records, properties, forms, lists, lifecycle stages, deal or ticket stages, dates, or eligible events. We also define re-enrollment behavior, exclusion rules, and manual-enrollment needs so records enter at the appropriate time and do not receive repeated actions unintentionally.

Configure Actions That Move Work Forward

Each included workflow can contain up to 12 native actions, for a total of up to 60 configured actions. Depending on the client’s subscription and approved process, actions can update properties, create tasks, assign ownership, send internal notifications, apply delays, create supported records, enroll records in another workflow, or send an existing client-approved automated email. Email copywriting and design are not included.

Route Decisions With Conditional Branches

Up to two conditional branch points can be configured in each included workflow. These paths can direct a record based on approved property values, form responses, activity, action outcomes, or supported workflow outputs, allowing different follow-up, notifications, assignments, or timing for relevant scenarios. Complex multi-layer logic, custom-coded actions, and advanced AI-agent configuration are scoped separately.

Apply Timing, Goals, and Exit Safeguards

We configure appropriate timing and safety controls to help automation behave predictably, including standard delays, approved weekday or time windows, workflow goals where available, unenrollment conditions, and suppression rules. These controls help prevent unnecessary follow-up when a record’s status changes or a team member completes the action manually.

Connect Team Notifications and Handoffs

We structure the approved notifications and task-based handoffs so owners know what should happen next. The package can include internal email notifications, task creation, ownership updates, and relevant CRM property updates; the exact actions are selected during mapping. External messaging apps, paid connectors, external systems, and ongoing routing administration are not included.

Test Each Workflow Before It Goes Live

Each included workflow receives one controlled testing cycle using representative sample records and approved test scenarios. We check enrollment, branches, action sequence, timing, notifications, data updates, task creation, and expected exit behavior. The client reviews the results before activation, and one fixed-scope correction round is included when the original process assumptions remain unchanged.

Activate in a Controlled Sequence

Following written approval, we activate the approved workflows in a controlled order and verify initial enrollment activity and workflow history. We monitor the first launch period for configuration issues within scope, then make minor adjustments necessary to align the delivered build with the approved workflow brief. Changes to the underlying business process or expansion to new workflows are separately scoped.

Document, Train, and Support the Team

The client receives a practical workflow register with each workflow’s purpose, enrollment criteria, actions, branches, owners, dependency notes, and activation status. One 60-minute live handoff session is included for the relevant administrator or operations team, along with 14 calendar days of post-launch support for questions and minor corrections within the original approved scope. HubSpot subscriptions, seats, credits, paid applications, custom code, custom APIs, middleware, external integrations, and third-party fees are purchased or quoted separately.
