WHAT YOU WILL GET

Professional, consistent, ready-to-use branding for your business.

This package gives your business a complete visual identity foundation for your website, social media, business cards, email communication, documents, presentations, and marketing materials.

Package Overview

The Complete Brand Identity Package is designed for businesses that need a professional, consistent, and ready-to-use visual identity.

This is not just a logo design service. It is a complete visual identity package created to make your business look polished, professional, and consistent everywhere your customers see your brand.

The process starts with a brand discovery questionnaire so we can understand your business, audience, style preferences, competitors, and overall brand direction.

We then begin logo concept development and continue creating or refining logo directions until the final visual direction is selected. Once the final logo direction is approved, we polish the selected logo and build the full brand identity system around it.

Logo Concept Development Until Final Direction Is Selected

We do not limit the branding process to only one or two logo concepts.

Your business will receive logo concept development until a final logo direction is selected. We will continue creating and refining logo directions based on your feedback until we identify the visual style that fits your business, industry, audience, and brand positioning.

Salesforce Account Engagement Setup

Turn B2B engagement into a clear path for sales.

Configure Salesforce Account Engagement around structured lead capture, campaign organization, scoring, grading, segmentation, nurture and sales handoff—so marketing can identify stronger prospects and sales can follow up with clearer engagement context.

Start with One Defined B2B Funnel

We begin by confirming how the business attracts prospects, what information marketing needs to capture, how engagement and fit should be evaluated, when a prospect becomes sales-ready, who receives the handoff, and what leadership needs to measure. Salesforce Account Engagement is then configured around one approved B2B funnel so lead capture, qualification, nurture, sales follow-up, and campaign reporting operate from one shared model.

Connect One Account Engagement Business Unit to Salesforce

One client-provided Salesforce org and one active Account Engagement business unit are reviewed and configured around the supported Salesforce connector. The setup includes a focused connector-health review, core synchronization settings, and user-sync alignment where supported by the client’s licenses and current environment. Additional Salesforce orgs, Account Engagement business units, legacy connector remediation, complex identity architecture, and cross-business-unit governance remain separate.

Build a Clean Prospect Data Foundation

The included prospect structure is aligned with the standard Salesforce Lead, Contact, Campaign, and Opportunity relationships used by the approved marketing-to-sales process. Up to 30 approved custom prospect fields can be created or mapped to compatible Salesforce fields, subject to field type, permissions, connector behavior, and existing data conditions. The client remains responsible for confirming source data, field ownership, lawful data use, and the final values required for segmentation and qualification.

Organize Marketing Assets for Daily Use

One practical folder, naming, and asset-organization structure is prepared for the included business unit. Forms, landing pages, email templates, lists, automation rules, campaigns, and nurture assets are organized around the approved B2B funnel so administrators can understand what each asset supports and where it belongs. Large-scale cleanup of historical assets, duplicate remediation, archival programs, and multi-brand governance are not included.

Capture Demand with Forms and Landing Pages

Up to three approved Account Engagement forms or form handlers in total and up to two native landing pages can be configured using client-provided copy, privacy language, brand assets, field requirements, and thank-you content. Straightforward completion actions can route prospects into the included campaign, list, assignment, or follow-up process. Custom front-end development, advanced JavaScript, complex calculators, multilingual experiences, external form-platform integrations, and original copy or creative production remain separate.

Connect Campaign Structure to Salesforce

One connected-campaign operating model and up to 12 approved Salesforce campaigns can be prepared or connected for the included funnel. A consistent campaign-member status approach can be applied where supported so marketing engagement can be reviewed alongside Salesforce campaign and opportunity activity. Historical campaign reconstruction, large-scale campaign migration, custom attribution models, and correction of incomplete legacy influence data are outside the fixed scope.

Measure Engagement with One Scoring Model

One baseline prospect-scoring model is configured with up to 20 approved activity-based adjustments using supported Account Engagement behavior such as form submissions, landing-page engagement, email interaction, file access, or tracked website activity. The scoring structure is designed to indicate interest, not guarantee buying intent. Predictive scoring, Einstein behavior scoring, account scoring, custom machine-learning models, and advanced multi-product scoring frameworks require separate scope and may require additional licenses.

Measure Fit with One Grading Profile

One grading profile with up to eight approved fit criteria is configured around the client’s ideal-customer definition, such as role, industry, company size, location, product interest, or another available prospect field. Up to eight straightforward supporting automation rules can be used where required to apply or update grading from prospect data. The quality of grading depends on complete, accurate, and consistently synchronized source information supplied or approved by the client.

Segment and Qualify Prospects Consistently

Up to eight approved segmentation lists, including up to four dynamic lists, and up to 10 straightforward automation rules can be configured for qualification, segmentation, assignment, notification, or focused data hygiene. One approved marketing-qualified-lead threshold and handoff approach is aligned with the included scoring and grading structure. Complex branching qualification models, custom code, external enrichment, account-based orchestration, and high-volume data repair remain separate.

Nurture One Core Audience with Engagement Studio

One focused Engagement Studio nurture program with up to 15 approved steps and up to four client-approved email templates can be configured for the included audience. The program can use supported send actions, waits, engagement triggers, rules, and list logic to guide prospects toward an agreed sales or marketing outcome. The client supplies approved email copy, offers, legal language, sender information, audience criteria, and brand assets. Additional nurture programs, extensive content production, advanced personalization, multilingual journeys, and deliverability consulting remain separate.

Give Sales Clearer Context and Handoff Visibility

One prospect-assignment approach, up to five straightforward sales or marketing notifications, and focused Engagement History or related visibility settings can be prepared for up to 15 named users where supported. The goal is to help sales users understand which prospects are qualified, what marketing interactions occurred, and which campaign or nurture activity influenced the handoff. Sales process redesign, Sales Cloud implementation, custom Lightning development, advanced territory routing, and sales-sequence configuration are separate.

Report, Test, Train, and Launch

Up to 10 approved Salesforce or Account Engagement reports and one B2B marketing dashboard with up to eight supported components are configured using the available synchronized data and licensed reporting capabilities. We run one controlled test cycle across up to 20 agreed scenarios covering capture, synchronization, campaigns, scoring, grading, lists, automation, nurture, assignment, visibility, and reporting, followed by one fixed-scope correction round when the approved requirements remain unchanged. The client receives an Account Engagement configuration summary, two 60-minute handoff sessions, and 21 calendar days of launch support. Salesforce and Account Engagement licenses, additional business units, Data Cloud, Marketing Cloud Next, B2B Marketing Analytics or CRM Analytics licensing, Einstein, Agentforce or AI, additional email or prospect capacity, dedicated IP services, data migration, custom development, integrations, and third-party fees are separate.
