WHAT YOU WILL GET

Professional, consistent, ready-to-use branding for your business.

This package gives your business a complete visual identity foundation for your website, social media, business cards, email communication, documents, presentations, and marketing materials.

Package Overview

The Complete Brand Identity Package is designed for businesses that need a professional, consistent, and ready-to-use visual identity.

This is not just a logo design service. It is a complete visual identity package created to make your business look polished, professional, and consistent everywhere your customers see your brand.

The process starts with a brand discovery questionnaire so we can understand your business, audience, style preferences, competitors, and overall brand direction.

We then begin logo concept development and continue creating or refining logo directions until the final visual direction is selected. Once the final logo direction is approved, we polish the selected logo and build the full brand identity system around it.

Logo Concept Development Until Final Direction Is Selected

We do not limit the branding process to only one or two logo concepts.

Your business will receive logo concept development until a final logo direction is selected. We will continue creating and refining logo directions based on your feedback until we identify the visual style that fits your business, industry, audience, and brand positioning.

Salesforce Complete Business Transformation

Make Salesforce the operating system for your customer business.

Transform one customer lifecycle across data, acquisition, sales, service, automation and leadership reporting—with an AI-ready foundation for knowledge, governance and future scale.

Begin with the business model, not a list of Salesforce features

A complete Salesforce transformation should make the customer journey easier to run, not simply add configuration. We align one approved business unit around its primary lifecycle: how a prospect becomes known, demand is qualified, sales moves it forward, service continues the relationship and leaders measure the result. The outcome is one practical operating model with clear owners, information requirements, decision points and handoffs—not a redesign of every department at once.

Create one reliable customer and CRM foundation

The implementation establishes a controlled Salesforce structure around the approved lifecycle using relevant records for leads, accounts, contacts, opportunities, cases, campaigns, activities and supported related information. We define the included fields, statuses, record types, relationships and visible context so people recognize the same customer and understand what happened. Prepared client data can be imported after approved mapping and validation. This is a focused CRM foundation, not a broad enterprise data program.

Turn acquisition into accountable sales work

New interest has value only when it reaches the right owner with enough context to act. The acquisition foundation connects approved lead sources, campaign information, qualification statuses, ownership rules and follow-up expectations. Assignment rules, required data and activity prompts show where a lead came from, what response is due and when it is ready to become an opportunity. Qualification decisions stay visible instead of buried in inboxes or spreadsheets.

Give sales a deliberate path from interest to opportunity

Sales configuration is built around the agreed commercial path, not a generic pipeline. Included opportunity processes define stages, required information, ownership changes, next actions and management signals. Focused Lightning workspace and record-page refinements put customer, campaign, activity and service context close to the seller. Native validation, tasks and approved automation reinforce discipline without unnecessary clicks. Advanced CPQ, order management, billing and complex revenue operations remain separate scopes.

Make service part of the customer relationship

Service is designed as a connected continuation of the customer story rather than an isolated queue. The included case foundation defines agreed intake, ownership, status, escalation and resolution for the selected service model. Agents work from an organized workspace with relevant customer and commercial context, while queues, routing and notifications make responsibility clear. A focused Knowledge foundation can make client-provided guidance available where supported. Complex service-center transformation remains separate.

Connect marketing activity to meaningful lifecycle signals

The marketing foundation aligns campaigns, campaign-member statuses, response signals and sales-handoff decisions around the customer lifecycle. Where the client has appropriate Salesforce marketing capabilities, one approved journey, response or handoff pattern can be configured for the selected use case. This gives sales and leadership a reliable view of which engagement generates qualified work. Campaign creative, email production, paid media, content creation and large-scale audience activation remain client-controlled or separately scoped.

Automate repeatable work with clear controls

Native Salesforce Flows and approval processes support repeatable steps in the approved model, including controlled updates, routing, notifications, task creation, information checks and internal approvals. Each automation has a defined result, owner, exception path and test scenario. This reduces manual follow-up while preserving visibility into why a record changed and who must act next. Complex orchestration, external API connections, custom Apex and high-volume automation require separate technical design.

Build access and governance into the solution

A trusted system needs access that matches responsibility. The implementation establishes the approved role hierarchy, permission sets or groups, selected sharing controls and user-access approach for included teams. Naming, documentation and change-control standards help administrators understand the configuration and review future changes. The client retains responsibility for final policies, user assignments, compliance and security decisions. External-user portals, SSO and multi-entity security architecture remain outside this scope.

Prepare the data, knowledge and controls AI will depend on

AI readiness begins with trusted business context, not an agent switch. The program documents approved customer data, knowledge, ownership, escalation and human-review expectations that an AI-supported experience would need. It identifies data-quality, permission, action and governance assumptions to resolve before a future Agentforce or Data 360 initiative. Where licenses permit, readiness can align with authorized Salesforce data assets. It does not include a production agent, external data ingestion or identity-resolution engineering.

Give leadership one connected view of performance

Reports and executive dashboards turn the approved operating model into visible management signals. Included reporting brings together lead response, qualification movement, pipeline health, campaign contribution, service demand, case progress, ownership, handoff performance and selected lifecycle trends where data supports them. Leaders can move from a total to the records and process conditions behind it. Dashboards are paired with ownership, metric definitions and a cadence for reviewing what the numbers mean.

Test the complete journey before launch

Testing follows the customer journey across the included configuration: acquisition, qualification, sales progression, service activity, automation, approval, access and reporting. Agreed scenarios check record creation, required information, ownership, user visibility and report outcomes. Stakeholder testing lets process owners confirm that the system works for day-to-day decisions, not only in a technical demonstration. One fixed-scope correction round addresses confirmed gaps within approved requirements; late changes are planned separately.

Launch a Salesforce operating system your team can run

The final handoff provides configuration documentation, agreed data and process decisions, access assumptions, automation notes, testing record and administrator guidance. Enablement sessions help leaders and administrators understand included workflows, reporting and governance responsibilities, while launch support addresses approved implementation issues. The organization leaves with a documented customer operating model to guide future marketing, service, data and AI investments. Salesforce licenses, usage, paid add-ons, third-party tools and future expansion remain client-provided and separately governed.
