WHAT YOU WILL GET

Professional, consistent, ready-to-use branding for your business.

This package gives your business a complete visual identity foundation for your website, social media, business cards, email communication, documents, presentations, and marketing materials.

Package Overview

The Complete Brand Identity Package is designed for businesses that need a professional, consistent, and ready-to-use visual identity.

This is not just a logo design service. It is a complete visual identity package created to make your business look polished, professional, and consistent everywhere your customers see your brand.

The process starts with a brand discovery questionnaire so we can understand your business, audience, style preferences, competitors, and overall brand direction.

We then begin logo concept development and continue creating or refining logo directions until the final visual direction is selected. Once the final logo direction is approved, we polish the selected logo and build the full brand identity system around it.

Logo Concept Development Until Final Direction Is Selected

We do not limit the branding process to only one or two logo concepts.

Your business will receive logo concept development until a final logo direction is selected. We will continue creating and refining logo directions based on your feedback until we identify the visual style that fits your business, industry, audience, and brand positioning.

Salesforce Customer & Partner Portal Suite

Give the right external users the right Salesforce experience.

Launch one secure Experience Cloud site for either customers or partners, with controlled CRM access, Cases, Knowledge and a defined collaboration path—so people can get work done without exposing the CRM.

Start with One Approved Portal Audience

A good portal is designed for one clear audience and one clear job. We begin by defining whether the site is for customers or partners, the records they need, the questions they should answer themselves and the actions they should complete without emailing your team. This suite configures one Experience Cloud site around that approved scenario, keeping it useful, secure and simple rather than serving every external audience at once.

Map the External Journey Before Building Pages

We map how a person moves from invitation or registration to sign-in, navigation, record access, case work, Knowledge and the approved collaborative action. It identifies what users see first, where they go next, which details they provide and when an internal Salesforce user takes ownership. This keeps page design, sharing decisions and automation tied to a real business process instead of disconnected portal features.

Create One Branded Experience Cloud Site

Your approved Experience Cloud site is configured as a focused authenticated destination using Salesforce-supported templates, navigation and standard components. The structure brings together essential pages, menu items and record-entry points for the selected audience, using client-provided brand assets and copy. The result is a portal users understand quickly, with clear navigation to the records, service options and resources that apply to them.

Establish a Practical Identity and Access Model

External users need a dependable way to enter the correct site with the right level of access. We configure one approved native invitation, activation or self-registration approach supported by the client’s active Experience Cloud license and authentication setup. Access groups, external profiles or permission sets, and approved account or contact relationships are aligned to the user model. Enterprise SSO, custom identity providers, advanced lifecycle management and complex delegated administration remain separate scope.

Share CRM Data Without Overexposing It

Access to CRM records is planned deliberately, not granted broadly. We create one documented sharing framework for the selected external-user scenario, using the native combination supported by the active license: sharing sets, sharing rules, roles, permissions and organization-wide defaults. It defines which approved Accounts, Contacts, Cases, Knowledge and related records users may view or update, preserving internal-only information and records belonging to other organizations.

Give External Users a Useful CRM View

The portal exposes approved CRM records in a way that supports the chosen journey rather than duplicating the internal Salesforce workspace. Relevant record pages, fields, related lists and focused actions help users find their own information, follow an approved request or collaborate around the permitted process. Field visibility, editable details and record actions follow the sharing framework, so portal convenience never weakens the rules that protect the CRM.

Connect Case Submission and Service Visibility

For customer self-service or partner support, one approved portal case process connects an external request to the internal service operation. Users can submit an authorized case type, provide agreed information and review cases they are allowed to access. Internal teams retain a structured service record with clear ownership, history and follow-up. Supported acknowledgement, notifications and status visibility help users understand progress without exposing internal notes or unrelated cases.

Make Knowledge Easy to Find and Trust

Salesforce Knowledge becomes part of the portal experience rather than a separate library. The suite organizes approved client-provided articles around the questions, tasks and services that matter to the selected audience. Categories, visibility and portal placement are configured where supported so users can locate current guidance before opening a case or completing the approved process. This gives the internal team a clear starting point for maintaining content after launch.

Support One Defined Collaborative Process

A portal can be more than a place to read information. This suite configures one approved native collaboration process, such as exchanging updates on a permitted record, participating in a supported discussion area or submitting required information for internal review. The process has clear ownership and visibility, so external users know what they can contribute and internal teams know how to respond. Deal registration, incentive management and custom partner programs remain separate services.

Automate the Predictable Handoffs

Native Salesforce Flow automation is used for selected repeatable moments: creating a task, notifying an owner, updating an approved status, routing a request or prompting a follow-up when a condition is met. Each automation serves a documented business rule and is tested against the portal journey. The goal is to remove routine handoffs while keeping exceptions and judgment with the team. Complex orchestration, custom Apex, external integrations and unapproved workflows are outside this scope.

Measure Adoption, Demand and Service Outcomes

Reporting helps administrators and leaders see whether the portal supports the intended experience. Approved Salesforce reports and dashboards can surface registered users, portal case volume, status trends, Knowledge use, request categories, ownership and response patterns based on available data and licenses. These views use the delivered configuration, giving leaders practical visibility into adoption and service demand without turning the project into a separate analytics engagement.

Test the Experience, Then Launch with Control

Before go-live, controlled scenarios validate the external journey from access to record visibility, case submission, Knowledge, the approved collaborative process, automation and reporting. We correct confirmed fixed-scope issues, document the configuration and provide handoff sessions for administrators and operational owners. Launch support gives the team time to stabilize the approved experience. Your organization provides licenses, decisions, source data, brand assets, Knowledge content and authorized users; the suite delivers one launch-ready portal foundation.
