WHAT YOU WILL GET

Professional, consistent, ready-to-use branding for your business.

This package gives your business a complete visual identity foundation for your website, social media, business cards, email communication, documents, presentations, and marketing materials.

Package Overview

The Complete Brand Identity Package is designed for businesses that need a professional, consistent, and ready-to-use visual identity.

This is not just a logo design service. It is a complete visual identity package created to make your business look polished, professional, and consistent everywhere your customers see your brand.

The process starts with a brand discovery questionnaire so we can understand your business, audience, style preferences, competitors, and overall brand direction.

We then begin logo concept development and continue creating or refining logo directions until the final visual direction is selected. Once the final logo direction is approved, we polish the selected logo and build the full brand identity system around it.

Logo Concept Development Until Final Direction Is Selected

We do not limit the branding process to only one or two logo concepts.

Your business will receive logo concept development until a final logo direction is selected. We will continue creating and refining logo directions based on your feedback until we identify the visual style that fits your business, industry, audience, and brand positioning.

Salesforce Revenue Cloud Setup

Turn products and pricing into a controlled path to revenue.

Configure Salesforce Revenue Cloud around a governed product catalog, consistent pricing, structured quotes, commercial approvals and clear downstream handoffs—so sellers can prepare stronger transactions while revenue and operations teams retain visibility and control.

Start with One Controlled Commercial Process

We begin by confirming how the business defines products, establishes prices, prepares quotes, reviews discounts, secures approval, accepts commercial terms, and hands an approved transaction to the next operational team. Salesforce Revenue Cloud is then configured around one approved commercial process so product selection, pricing, quoting, approval, contracting, and revenue visibility follow one shared operating model instead of disconnected spreadsheets and informal exceptions.

Build One Governed Product Catalog

One client-provided Salesforce org with active Revenue Management licenses is configured with one primary product catalog and up to six approved catalog categories or subcategories. Up to 40 client-approved products or services can be created, refined, or loaded using the information supplied by the client. Product names, codes, descriptions, active dates, selling models, units, and other supported commercial attributes are organized so users can find the right offer without relying on inconsistent free-text entries.

Structure Offers and Product Relationships

Up to five straightforward product bundles or grouped offers can be configured where supported, together with up to 12 approved product relationships, eligibility conditions, or compatibility rules in total. The included structure is intended for a focused product portfolio with clear commercial relationships. Large configurable-product models, complex option hierarchies, nested bundles, engineering configuration, industry-specific product models, and custom Product Configurator development remain separate.

Create a Clear Price Architecture

One base price architecture is prepared using one primary price book or supported pricing context and up to 40 approved base price entries. Up to two additional focused price books, catalogs, or market variations can be configured when the client supplies complete approved pricing. Currency availability, effective dates, units, rounding, decimal precision, and supported pricing records are aligned with the selected Revenue Management features. Multi-entity pricing, complex localization, tax determination, foreign-exchange automation, and external pricing integrations remain separate.

Apply Controlled Pricing Adjustments

One focused pricing procedure or approved default Revenue Management pricing procedure is enabled and refined for the included process where supported. Up to eight straightforward price adjustments, discount schedules, matrices, or approved pricing rules can be configured using available native capabilities. These can support a limited set of volume, customer, product, promotional, or term-based conditions. Advanced consumption pricing, usage rating, ramp deals, complex tiering, multidimensional pricing, custom pricing code, and high-volume price simulation require separate scope.

Give Sellers One Structured Quote Journey

One core quote process with up to eight approved statuses is configured for the included commercial team. The quote experience can include product discovery, line editing, quantities, approved pricing behavior, discount capture, commercial dates, customer context, and totals supported by the client’s licenses. Up to 25 approved quote and quote-line fields and up to six focused page or line-editor refinements can be configured. Multi-site quotes, complex amendments, renewals, co-termination, asset-based ordering, and custom transaction interfaces remain separate.

Standardize Quote Output

One straightforward customer-facing quote document template can be configured using client-provided logo files, approved commercial copy, legal language, payment terms, signature language, and supported quote data. The template is intended for one primary brand and one commercial format. Advanced document generation, conditional clause libraries, multilingual documents, redlining, negotiated document collaboration, electronic-signature platforms, custom PDFs, and legal drafting remain separate unless specifically included through another licensed Salesforce product.

Control Discounts and Commercial Exceptions

One focused quote-approval process with up to three approval levels and up to eight straightforward approval conditions can be configured using the approval capabilities available in the client’s org. Conditions can consider discount, quote value, margin data supplied by the client, term, product, or another approved field. Advanced Approvals, parallel approval chains, delegated authority matrices, dynamic approver services, legal review orchestration, Slack approvals, and custom approval development depend on additional licensing or separate scope.

Connect Approved Quotes to Contracts

One focused quote-to-contract journey can be prepared where Salesforce Contracts or the applicable Revenue Management contract capabilities are licensed and enabled. Up to one contract template or supported contract record structure and up to 15 approved contract fields can be aligned with the included process. The setup can establish a clear handoff from approved commercial terms to a contract record. Full contract lifecycle management, clause authoring, redlining, negotiation portals, obligation management, renewals, amendments, and legal-document migration remain separate.

Create One Revenue Handoff

One straightforward approved-quote handoff to an order, contract, opportunity stage, fulfillment status, or another supported downstream record can be configured for the included process. Up to eight approved handoff mappings, field updates, notifications, or controls can help the receiving team understand what was sold, at what approved terms, and what must happen next. Billing, invoicing, payments, revenue recognition, tax, ERP fulfillment, provisioning, inventory, usage mediation, and finance-system integrations are not included.

Align Access and Revenue Visibility

Basic access alignment is configured for up to 15 named product, sales, approval, or operations users using up to six approved permission sets or permission set groups, subject to the licenses assigned by the client. Up to 12 approved Salesforce reports and one commercial-management dashboard with up to eight supported components are configured using available data. Reporting can cover catalog activity, quote volume, quote status, discount levels, approval cycle, product mix, contract or order handoff, and another approved commercial measure supported by the client’s licensed features.

Test, Train, and Launch the Commercial Process

We run one controlled test cycle across up to 25 agreed scenarios covering catalog navigation, product selection, price calculation, discounts, quotes, approvals, document output, contract creation where included, revenue handoff, permissions, reports, and dashboard results. One fixed-scope correction round is included when the approved requirements remain unchanged. The client receives a Revenue Cloud configuration summary, two 60-minute handoff sessions, and 21 calendar days of launch support. Salesforce and Revenue Management licenses, Revenue Cloud Billing, Advanced Approvals, Salesforce Contracts or CLM features not expressly included, additional catalogs or business units, complex subscriptions, usage or consumption pricing, ramp deals, amendments, renewals, asset lifecycle management, tax, invoicing, payments, revenue recognition, ERP or finance integrations, Data Cloud, Agentforce or AI, data migration, custom development, legal review, and third-party fees are separate.
