WHAT YOU WILL GET

Professional, consistent, ready-to-use branding for your business.

This package gives your business a complete visual identity foundation for your website, social media, business cards, email communication, documents, presentations, and marketing materials.

Package Overview

The Complete Brand Identity Package is designed for businesses that need a professional, consistent, and ready-to-use visual identity.

This is not just a logo design service. It is a complete visual identity package created to make your business look polished, professional, and consistent everywhere your customers see your brand.

The process starts with a brand discovery questionnaire so we can understand your business, audience, style preferences, competitors, and overall brand direction.

We then begin logo concept development and continue creating or refining logo directions until the final visual direction is selected. Once the final logo direction is approved, we polish the selected logo and build the full brand identity system around it.

Brand Discovery Questionnaire

Before the design process starts, we collect the key information needed to build your brand identity.

  • Business name
  • Industry
  • Target audience
  • Brand style

Logo Concept Development Until Final Direction Is Selected

We do not limit the branding process to only one or two logo concepts.

Your business will receive logo concept development until a final logo direction is selected. We will continue creating and refining logo directions based on your feedback until we identify the visual style that fits your business, industry, audience, and brand positioning.

Once the final direction is approved, we will polish the selected logo and prepare the complete logo suite for web, print, social media, and business use.

The included Copyright / IP Ownership Transfer Document covers the final approved logo and final approved brand identity assets created and delivered as part of this project after full payment is received.

Trademark registration is not included. If you want to legally register your business name, slogan, or logo as a trademark, that should be handled separately through a qualified trademark attorney or trademark filing service.

Website design, landing pages, social media management, advertising setup, CRM setup, and marketing automation can be added separately.

Logo concept development continues until the final direction is selected, based on the original business brief and project scope. Major changes to the business name, industry, offer, target audience, or creative direction after approval may require additional work and may be quoted separately.

PROJECT DELIVERY OPERATIONS

Turn a Closed Deal Into an Organized Client Project

A four-app Zoho foundation that carries approved customer context into a reusable project plan, shared client files, team ownership, and a clear signing path.

Build a Clear Sales-to-Project Handoff

We begin by agreeing what makes an approved deal ready for delivery: the handoff point, the project name convention, the project owner, the customer context the delivery team needs, and the next action after the sale. One approved operational handoff is configured around the client’s sales process so the transition out of CRM is clear, repeatable, and owned.

Organize the CRM Context Before Delivery Starts

The core customer and deal information used by delivery is reviewed in Zoho CRM. Up to 10 approved shared handoff fields can be mapped where supported, with one delivery-ready view and one approved update process. This keeps the project team focused on the customer details, service scope, contacts, and ownership that need to travel with the work.

Configure a Reusable Project Template

One Zoho Projects portal and one reusable project template are configured for the approved service-delivery model. The template can include up to five milestones, 10 task lists, 50 tasks, and 10 dependencies, using client-approved names, timings, task owners, and status values. The result is a dependable starting point whenever a new client project is opened.

Assign Ownership and Plan the Work

We configure access for up to five named delivery users and up to two client users, subject to the client’s Zoho plan and licensing. Project ownership, task assignment, status tracking, and the core Gantt view are set around the agreed delivery process, so the team can see what is next, who owns it, and which work depends on something else.

Create a Client File Structure in WorkDrive

Zoho WorkDrive is connected to Zoho Projects to provide one approved project-file structure. This includes one Team Folder model, up to six top-level folders, and mapped access roles for the configured project profiles. Project teams can keep working documents and client-facing files organized in the project context instead of scattering attachments across inboxes and drives.

Keep Agreements and Signed Documents Visible

Zoho Sign is connected to Zoho CRM for one approved document-signing flow. Up to two client-provided document templates, with up to two signer roles each, can be prepared for sending and tracking from the agreed CRM record context. A clear signed-document visibility convention is established so the team knows where to find the completed agreement and its status.

Make Project Progress Easier to See

Three practical Zoho Projects reports and one manager dashboard are configured for the agreed delivery priorities, such as project status, task ownership, and upcoming work. These views support day-to-day project coordination; they are not a replacement for a bespoke BI, resource-planning, or financial-reporting system.

Test, Refine, and Hand Off

We test the approved handoff with one client-supplied test record, project template, file structure, and signing scenario where available. The setup is refined within the agreed scope, then handed to the client’s administrator in one 90-minute live session so the team can confidently run the foundation after launch.
