WHAT YOU WILL GET

Professional, consistent, ready-to-use branding for your business.

This package gives your business a complete visual identity foundation for your website, social media, business cards, email communication, documents, presentations, and marketing materials.

Package Overview

The Complete Brand Identity Package is designed for businesses that need a professional, consistent, and ready-to-use visual identity.

This is not just a logo design service. It is a complete visual identity package created to make your business look polished, professional, and consistent everywhere your customers see your brand.

The process starts with a brand discovery questionnaire so we can understand your business, audience, style preferences, competitors, and overall brand direction.

We then begin logo concept development and continue creating or refining logo directions until the final visual direction is selected. Once the final logo direction is approved, we polish the selected logo and build the full brand identity system around it.

Brand Discovery Questionnaire

Before the design process starts, we collect the key information needed to build your brand identity.

Logo Concept Development Until Final Direction Is Selected

We do not limit the branding process to only one or two logo concepts.

Your business will receive logo concept development until a final logo direction is selected. We will continue creating and refining logo directions based on your feedback until we identify the visual style that fits your business, industry, audience, and brand positioning.

The included Copyright / IP Ownership Transfer Document covers the final approved logo and final approved brand identity assets created and delivered as part of this project after full payment is received.

Trademark registration is not included. If you want to legally register your business name, slogan, or logo as a trademark, that should be handled separately through a qualified trademark attorney or trademark filing service.

Website design, landing pages, social media management, advertising setup, CRM setup, and marketing automation can be added separately.

Logo concept development continues until the final direction is selected, based on the original business brief and project scope. Major changes to the business name, industry, offer, target audience, or creative direction after approval may require additional work and may be quoted separately.

GoHighLevel Forms, Surveys & Quizzes Setup

Turn every response into a useful next step.

Build branded HighLevel forms, surveys or quizzes that capture the right information, guide respondents through appropriate questions, and deliver approved data, notifications and follow-up into your CRM.

Build One Purposeful Lead-Capture Process

We begin by mapping one approved capture process: what the business needs to learn, who should complete it, which responses matter, how a respondent should move through the experience, and what must happen after submission. The result is a practical HighLevel setup built for inquiries, applications, assessments, feedback, or qualification—not a collection of disconnected questions.

Configure Up to Three Capture Assets

Up to three approved native HighLevel forms, surveys, or quizzes are configured within one sub-account (location). The included assets may be any agreed mix of short forms, multi-step surveys, or quizzes, provided they support the same approved business process. Each asset is prepared with an approved title, purpose, public URL or available embed option, and basic submission settings.

Organize Up to Twenty-Four Fields and Questions

Across the included assets, we configure up to 24 standard fields, questions, answer choices, consent checkboxes, instructions, or rating elements. We organize their order, required status, basic validation, and client-facing labels so people can complete the experience with less friction. The client supplies the final questions, answer options, consent language, policies, and any required legal wording.

Apply a Consistent Branded Capture Experience

One shared HighLevel styling direction is applied across the included assets using the client’s approved logo, colors, type choices, images, and basic visual settings available in the native builder. This creates a clean and consistent capture experience without promising custom front-end design. Original design concepts, custom CSS or JavaScript, illustration, photography, and conversion copywriting are separate services.

Set Up Approved Conditional Paths

Up to six approved native conditional-logic rules are configured across the package. Depending on the selected asset and available HighLevel capability, the rules can show or hide an appropriate field, display a message, redirect a respondent, disqualify an unsuitable submission, or route a survey respondent to a different slide. Complex scoring models, decision engines, and multi-system eligibility logic are scoped separately.

Map Key Responses Into the CRM

We map up to eight approved answers or contact details into existing or newly approved HighLevel contact or custom fields, so the information needed by the team is visible on the contact record. We also configure basic tags, source details, or submission labels where appropriate. Large-scale data architecture, advanced segmentation, historical-data cleanup, and broad CRM redesign belong in the CRM Setup & Automation package.

Configure Submission Confirmation and Delivery

Each included asset is configured with one approved default post-submission outcome, such as a confirmation message or redirect. We also prepare the available shareable link or embed option for the client to place on their own website, funnel, email, ad, or message. Website placement, funnel construction, landing-page production, tracking-pixel setup, and advertising work are outside this setup.

Build Two Controlled Follow-Up Workflows

Up to two native HighLevel workflows are configured to support approved submissions. A workflow may apply a tag, notify an internal user, assign a task, update an approved field, create an opportunity, send a client-approved acknowledgement, or begin a basic follow-up path. Each workflow is limited to six standard actions; AI agents, bulk campaigns, advanced sales automation, external API actions, and new copywriting are separate services.

Set Team Notifications and Ownership

We configure one practical notification and ownership approach for the included process so the right person knows when a qualified response arrives. This may include a named recipient, standard assignment rule, internal notification, or task where supported by the client’s account and approved process. The client supplies the responsible users, notification recipients, approved internal messages, and escalation decisions.

Test Every Included Journey

One controlled test cycle is completed for each included capture asset using approved sample submissions. We verify question flow, conditional paths, required-field behavior, CRM mapping, confirmation behavior, notifications, workflow outcomes, and contact visibility before handoff. One fixed-scope correction round is included when the original approved process has not changed.

Hand Off a System Your Team Can Use

The client receives a concise configuration summary, published links or available embed guidance, and one 60-minute live handoff session for the administrator or responsible team member. We explain how to review submissions, find the resulting contact data, and manage the delivered assets within the agreed scope.

Keep the Scope Clear After Launch

The package includes 14 calendar days of post-launch support for questions and minor corrections within the delivered scope. HighLevel subscriptions, phone, SMS, email, WhatsApp, AI or other usage, paid applications, custom integrations, payment processing, legal or compliance review, external services, and third-party fees are purchased or quoted separately.
