WHAT YOU WILL GET

Professional, consistent, ready-to-use branding for your business.

This package gives your business a complete visual identity foundation for your website, social media, business cards, email communication, documents, presentations, and marketing materials.

Package Overview

The Complete Brand Identity Package is designed for businesses that need a professional, consistent, and ready-to-use visual identity.

This is not just a logo design service. It is a complete visual identity package created to make your business look polished, professional, and consistent everywhere your customers see your brand.

The process starts with a brand discovery questionnaire so we can understand your business, audience, style preferences, competitors, and overall brand direction.

We then begin logo concept development and continue creating or refining logo directions until the final visual direction is selected. Once the final logo direction is approved, we polish the selected logo and build the full brand identity system around it.

Before the design process starts, we collect the key information needed to build your brand identity.

Logo Concept Development Until Final Direction Is Selected

We do not limit the branding process to only one or two logo concepts.

Your business will receive logo concept development until a final logo direction is selected. We will continue creating and refining logo directions based on your feedback until we identify the visual style that fits your business, industry, audience, and brand positioning.

The included Copyright / IP Ownership Transfer Document covers the final approved logo and final approved brand identity assets created and delivered as part of this project after full payment is received.

Trademark registration is not included. If you want to legally register your business name, slogan, or logo as a trademark, that should be handled separately through a qualified trademark attorney or trademark filing service.

GoHighLevel Social Planner Setup

Give every social post a clear place, owner and publishing plan.

Connect selected social profiles into one HighLevel publishing workspace, then organize categories, calendar planning, approvals, notifications and reporting—so your team can publish consistently without scattered tools.

Map One Practical Social Publishing Process

We begin by mapping one approved social publishing process: the profiles that matter, the audiences they serve, the business purpose of each content type, the posting rhythm, the person who prepares content, the person who approves it, and the person responsible for reviewing performance. The goal is a repeatable operating system for your team—not a generic content calendar that becomes abandoned after launch.

Prepare One Social Planner Workspace

One HighLevel sub-account is organized as the central Social Planner workspace for the approved process. We configure the agreed working conventions, account labels, basic publishing settings, and team responsibilities so posts can move from preparation to approval and scheduling in one clear place. Multi-location rollout, agency-level administration, social-account creation, and broad permission redesign are separate services.

Connect Up to Five Supported Social Profiles

Up to five client-owned profiles or pages are connected where HighLevel and the selected network support the connection. The client provides the required administrator access, credentials, app passwords, and platform approvals. We verify that the selected profiles appear in Social Planner and are ready for the included publishing process; platform verification, token issues, account restrictions, profile recovery, and unsupported channels remain controlled by the relevant social platform.

Set a Clear Publishing Standard

We establish the practical conventions your team will use for social posts: approved account selection, content ownership, caption structure, link use, hashtag approach, media handoff, and the intended publishing rhythm. This gives everyone a shared standard before posts reach the calendar. The client provides brand rules, final messaging, legal language, links, images, videos, and any platform-specific requirements; original strategy, copywriting, design, and media production are not included.

Organize Up to Five Content Categories

Up to five approved content categories are configured around the kinds of posts your business needs to publish consistently, such as education, service highlights, proof, offers, team stories, or announcements. We use these categories to make the calendar easier to scan and to support one agreed category queue where available. Complex editorial governance, large content libraries, recurring campaign strategy, and topic research are outside the package.

Build One 30-Day Launch Calendar

One practical 30-day publishing calendar is set up around the approved profiles, categories, timing, and content cadence. The calendar gives your team a visible starting plan rather than an empty planner. Ongoing monthly calendar management, seasonal campaign planning, trend monitoring, paid advertising, and delivery guarantees are separate services.

Prepare Up to Six Reusable Post Frameworks

Up to six reusable post frameworks are prepared for the approved categories so your team can create future content more consistently. A framework can establish the intended structure, call to action, publishing destination, and required asset type for a recurring post format. These are operational templates, not original campaign copy or graphic designs; the client supplies all final publish-ready content and media.

Schedule Up to Ten Approved Launch Posts

Up to ten client-provided, client-approved launch posts are prepared and scheduled into the included 30-day calendar. We apply the selected connected profiles, agreed date and time, approved caption, available links, hashtags, media, and category within the platform capabilities. Posts that require new copy, custom visuals, video editing, complex multi-platform variants, bulk imports, or platform-specific troubleshooting beyond the included set are scoped separately.

Configure One Clear Approval Path

One native HighLevel post-approval process is configured for the approved publishing workflow. A designated reviewer can receive a post for review, approve it for the calendar, reject it with feedback, or reschedule it where the available account feature supports that action. The client decides who has approval authority and remains responsible for the accuracy, legality, brand suitability, and final authorization of every post.

Set Up Key Publishing Notifications

We configure the relevant available Social Planner notification preferences for the included process, such as a request for approval, approval or rejection outcome, failed post, or expiring social-account connection. These notifications help the responsible team member notice an exception promptly. They do not provide continuous monitoring, guaranteed publishing, or response management after a post goes live.

Make Social Performance Easier to Review

We prepare one simple reporting routine using the available Social Planner analytics and agreed profile or platform filters. The routine helps your team review relevant available indicators such as posting volume, impressions, reach, engagement, likes, comments, or followers, depending on the connected platform. Analytics availability and metric accuracy are determined by HighLevel and each social network; performance analysis, optimization, attribution, and growth guarantees are not included.

Test, Hand Off and Support the Launch

One controlled test cycle is completed to review profile visibility, category use, the launch calendar, approval routing, notification settings, scheduled-post readiness, and reporting access within the delivered scope. The client receives a concise operating summary and one 60-minute handoff session for the administrator or publishing owner, followed by 14 calendar days of launch support for questions and minor scope-preserving corrections. HighLevel subscriptions, social-platform access and approvals, AI usage, original content, design, paid applications, custom integrations, and third-party fees are purchased or quoted separately.
