WHAT YOU WILL GET

Professional, consistent, ready-to-use branding for your business.

This package gives your business a complete visual identity foundation for your website, social media, business cards, email communication, documents, presentations, and marketing materials.

Package Overview

The Complete Brand Identity Package is designed for businesses that need a professional, consistent, and ready-to-use visual identity.

This is not just a logo design service. It is a complete visual identity package created to make your business look polished, professional, and consistent everywhere your customers see your brand.

The process starts with a brand discovery questionnaire so we can understand your business, audience, style preferences, competitors, and overall brand direction.

We then begin logo concept development and continue creating or refining logo directions until the final visual direction is selected. Once the final logo direction is approved, we polish the selected logo and build the full brand identity system around it.

Logo Concept Development Until Final Direction Is Selected

We do not limit the branding process to only one or two logo concepts.

Your business will receive logo concept development until a final logo direction is selected. We will continue creating and refining logo directions based on your feedback until we identify the visual style that fits your business, industry, audience, and brand positioning.

The included Copyright / IP Ownership Transfer Document covers the final approved logo and final approved brand identity assets created and delivered as part of this project after full payment is received.

Trademark registration is not included. If you want to legally register your business name, slogan, or logo as a trademark, that should be handled separately through a qualified trademark attorney or trademark filing service.

Website design, landing pages, social media management, advertising setup, CRM setup, and marketing automation can be added separately.

Logo concept development continues until the final direction is selected, based on the original business brief and project scope. Major changes to the business name, industry, offer, target audience, or creative direction after approval may require additional work and may be quoted separately.

HubSpot Portal Audit & Optimization

Make HubSpot work the way your business does.

Review the configuration, data, processes, and adoption behind your HubSpot portal; receive a prioritized action plan, then correct the high-impact issues your team agrees to address first.

Start With the Problems That Matter Most

We begin with a focused discovery session to define the business problems the portal needs to solve first. Together, we identify up to five approved priority areas—such as data quality, lead management, sales execution, customer service, automation, reporting, or user adoption—and document the users, records, processes, and outcomes that matter most. This keeps the review practical and tied to the way your team actually works.

Review the Core CRM Configuration

We assess the relevant HubSpot record structure across up to five standard objects, such as contacts, companies, deals, tickets, products, or quotes where available in the portal. The review can cover lifecycle stages, pipelines, associations, ownership logic, record views, key required fields, and up to 75 important properties. We flag structures that make records harder to use, create duplicate work, or prevent the team from seeing reliable customer context.

Check Data Quality and Practical Usability

We review the data patterns that affect the approved priority areas, including blank critical values, inconsistent dropdown options, duplicate risk, outdated stages, unclear ownership, missing associations, and fields that are no longer useful. The package includes a controlled review of up to 10,000 standard records using available HubSpot tools and representative samples. It is designed to identify usable cleanup rules—not to replace a full data-migration or enrichment project.

Assess the Processes Behind the Records

Up to five customer-facing or internal processes are reviewed to understand how work moves through the portal. This can include lead capture and qualification, sales follow-up, deal progression, sales-to-service handoff, ticket handling, customer retention, renewal tracking, or internal task management. We identify unclear stages, manual handoffs, stalled ownership, duplicated effort, and steps that the current configuration does not properly support.

Review Automation, Forms, Lists, and Dependencies

We examine up to five relevant workflows, five forms, five lists, and the related properties, pipelines, notifications, or record actions that influence the approved processes. The purpose is to identify overlapping automation, unsafe enrollment conditions, outdated logic, unnecessary notifications, broken handoffs, and configuration dependencies that could create unreliable results. A full rebuild of unrelated automation or custom-coded functionality is outside this fixed scope.

Review Reporting, Access, and Available Usage Signals

We review up to two existing dashboards, 10 relevant reports, and the access setup for up to 15 named users or approved teams where needed for the priority areas. We assess whether the available dashboards answer useful management questions and whether records, pipelines, ownership, and reporting definitions are being used consistently. This is a configuration and adoption review, not an employee-performance assessment or a complete security audit.

Deliver a Prioritized Issue Report

You receive a concise issue report with up to 25 documented findings. Each finding identifies the affected area, observed problem, likely operational impact, recommended action, priority level, and whether it can be addressed within the included optimization scope. The report separates quick, high-value improvements from larger recommendations that need a separate project, additional data work, new licenses, or cross-team decisions.

Agree on the First Optimization Sprint

After reviewing the findings, we jointly select the most valuable improvements to complete now. The package includes up to 20 agreed standard cleanup or configuration actions across the approved priority areas. Examples can include property organization, pipeline or lifecycle adjustments, field-value standardization, ownership or routing refinements, selected workflow corrections, form and list improvements, record-view changes, dashboard cleanup, or practical access adjustments—using features available in the client’s HubSpot subscription.

Complete Targeted Cleanup and Configuration Improvements

We implement the approved optimization sprint in one controlled HubSpot portal. Where an agreed cleanup rule can be applied safely in bulk, the package can include updates to up to 2,000 standard records. All changes stay within the approved issue report and optimization plan; manual record-by-record research, historical reconstruction, large-scale deduplication, custom development, and material process redesign are scoped separately.

Validate Changes Before Handoff

Each completed improvement receives one validation cycle using representative records, approved test scenarios, and the affected team’s feedback. We check that updated fields, stages, routing, workflows, forms, lists, views, reports, and access settings behave as agreed. One fixed-scope correction round is included when the original business decisions and approved optimization plan remain unchanged.

Document the Improvements and Support the Team

The client receives the prioritized issue report, an optimization summary, a change log, and a practical next-step roadmap for work outside the package. One 60-minute handoff session is included for the administrator or relevant team lead, along with 14 calendar days of post-optimization support for questions and minor corrections within the original scope. HubSpot subscriptions, seats, credits, paid applications, third-party fees, custom APIs, integrations, custom code, large-scale migration, and work beyond the agreed optimization sprint are purchased or quoted separately.
