WHAT YOU WILL GET

Professional, consistent, ready-to-use branding for your business.

This package gives your business a complete visual identity foundation for your website, social media, business cards, email communication, documents, presentations, and marketing materials.

Package Overview

The Complete Brand Identity Package is designed for businesses that need a professional, consistent, and ready-to-use visual identity.

This is not just a logo design service. It is a complete visual identity package created to make your business look polished, professional, and consistent everywhere your customers see your brand.

The process starts with a brand discovery questionnaire so we can understand your business, audience, style preferences, competitors, and overall brand direction.

We then begin logo concept development and continue creating or refining logo directions until the final visual direction is selected. Once the final logo direction is approved, we polish the selected logo and build the full brand identity system around it.

Before the design process starts, we collect the key information needed to build your brand identity.

Logo Concept Development Until Final Direction Is Selected

We do not limit the branding process to only one or two logo concepts.

Your business will receive logo concept development until a final logo direction is selected. We will continue creating and refining logo directions based on your feedback until we identify the visual style that fits your business, industry, audience, and brand positioning.

HubSpot Team Training Package

Help your team use HubSpot with confidence every day.

Build a live, role-based HubSpot training session around the tools, records and everyday processes your people need to use.

Start With the Work Your Team Does Every Day

We begin with a focused training-planning conversation for one HubSpot portal and one approved role-based participant group. Together, we identify the records, tools, recurring tasks, common questions, and practical outcomes that matter most to that group. The result is training built around the team’s actual day-to-day work—not a generic tour of HubSpot.

Create a Role-Based Training Agenda

Before the session, we prepare one tailored agenda for up to 12 named participants in the selected role or team. The agenda can focus on up to three approved everyday processes, such as managing contacts and companies, qualifying leads, updating deals, using tasks and activities, working tickets, reviewing dashboards, or following an agreed handoff. Processes and features are selected based on the client’s active HubSpot subscription and existing configuration.

Use Your Real HubSpot Environment

Training takes place inside the client’s live HubSpot portal whenever practical. Participants see the actual properties, pipelines, views, tools, workflows, and reports they will use after the session. We can use approved sample records for demonstrations when the client prefers not to expose live customer information in the training or recording.

Show Each Participant Where Their Work Begins

We show the selected team how to find the records, queues, views, dashboards, tasks, and notifications relevant to their role. The session explains what information they should check first, what should be updated, when an owner needs to take action, and how to keep customer context visible for the next person in the process.

Teach Clear Record and Data Practices

Participants learn the agreed way to use the included HubSpot records and key properties in their daily work. We cover the practical standards behind accurate updates, meaningful notes, activity logging, ownership, lifecycle or pipeline changes, and associations where relevant. This helps the team keep reports, handoffs, and customer history reliable after the training ends.

Walk Through Up to Three Everyday Processes

During the live session, we guide the group through up to three approved processes from start to finish. Depending on the chosen role, this can include receiving a new lead, progressing a deal, completing a task, logging a customer interaction, creating or updating a ticket, using a meeting link, reviewing a report, or passing a record to another team. The exact walkthroughs are confirmed in the agenda before training.

Make Handoffs and Next Actions Easier to Follow

Training makes the team’s next action clear: who owns the record, which status or stage should be used, what information needs to be completed, when a task is due, and when another team should be involved. We explain the included handoffs using the client’s existing approved HubSpot configuration; redesigning pipelines, properties, workflows, or business processes is outside this training package.

Run a Live Guided Working Session

The base package includes one 90-minute live guided working session. Rather than only presenting slides, we demonstrate the selected processes in HubSpot, pause for practical examples, and give participants a chance to follow along where appropriate. One presenter and one approved role-based group are included; additional roles, teams, workshops, or sessions can be added separately.

Give the Team Time for Real Questions

Dedicated live Q&A is included throughout the session and at the end. We answer questions connected to the approved agenda, day-to-day use of the portal, and the workflows demonstrated during training. Questions that uncover a configuration defect, unbuilt feature, new process design, data cleanup need, or subscription limitation are documented for follow-up and scoped separately when needed.

Record the Session for Future Onboarding

When the client provides an approved meeting platform and recording permission, the live session is recorded for internal replay and future onboarding. The recording captures the agreed training content and Q&A, subject to the client’s own privacy, consent, and retention policies. The client receives the recording link or file through the selected meeting platform; long-term hosting and learning-management administration are not included.

Provide a Practical Handoff Summary

After the session, the client receives a concise training handoff with the agenda, topics covered, key operating reminders, participant questions, and documented follow-up items. This gives the administrator or team lead a simple reference for reinforcing the process, onboarding later hires, and deciding whether any additional HubSpot configuration or role-based training is needed.

Support Initial Adoption After Training

Seven calendar days of post-training support are included for agenda-related questions and minor clarification of the material covered in the session. Training starts at $599 for one HubSpot portal, one role-based group of up to 12 participants, and one 90-minute live session. HubSpot subscriptions, seats, paid applications, portal configuration, data cleanup, custom development, custom training materials, additional role tracks, and third-party meeting-platform fees are purchased or quoted separately.
