WHAT YOU WILL GET

Professional, consistent, ready-to-use branding for your business.

This package gives your business a complete visual identity foundation for your website, social media, business cards, email communication, documents, presentations, and marketing materials.

Package Overview

The Complete Brand Identity Package is designed for businesses that need a professional, consistent, and ready-to-use visual identity.

This is not just a logo design service. It is a complete visual identity package created to make your business look polished, professional, and consistent everywhere your customers see your brand.

The process starts with a brand discovery questionnaire so we can understand your business, audience, style preferences, competitors, and overall brand direction.

We then begin logo concept development and continue creating or refining logo directions until the final visual direction is selected. Once the final logo direction is approved, we polish the selected logo and build the full brand identity system around it.

Logo Concept Development Until Final Direction Is Selected

We do not limit the branding process to only one or two logo concepts.

Your business will receive logo concept development until a final logo direction is selected. We will continue creating and refining logo directions based on your feedback until we identify the visual style that fits your business, industry, audience, and brand positioning.

Salesforce Field Service Setup

Give every field-service job a clear path from request to completion.

Configure Salesforce Field Service around structured work orders, territories, resources, scheduling, dispatch and mobile execution—so office and field teams can coordinate service work with clearer ownership, availability and operational visibility.

Start with One Defined Field-Service Operating Model

We begin by confirming how field work enters the business, what information is required before scheduling, how jobs should move from intake to completion, who dispatches work, what mobile workers must record, and what managers need to measure. Salesforce Field Service is then configured around one approved service team and one core field-service process so work orders, appointments, resources, territories, mobile execution, and reporting follow one shared operating model.

Build the Core Field-Service Data Foundation

One client-provided Salesforce org with active Salesforce and Field Service licenses is organized around the standard records required for the included process. The structure can use Account, Contact, Asset where applicable, Case where applicable, Work Order, Work Order Line Item, Work Type, Service Appointment, Service Territory, Service Resource, Assigned Resource, and Activity records. Up to 35 approved custom fields and up to six focused page-layout refinements can be configured across the included standard objects.

Give Every Job a Clear Work-Order Lifecycle

One core work-order and service-appointment process with up to 10 approved statuses is configured around the client’s operating steps. Up to 10 straightforward validation rules can reinforce required information, ownership, scheduling readiness, completion details, or closure requirements. The goal is to give office and field teams a consistent definition of what is requested, ready, scheduled, dispatched, in progress, completed, unable to complete, or closed without creating unnecessary administrative complexity.

Standardize Repeatable Work with Work Types

Up to six approved Work Types can be configured for recurring categories of service using agreed duration, skills, status, and work instructions supported by the client’s org. Up to 12 client-provided checklist, instruction, or preparation items can be organized within the included work structure where supported. Large work-plan libraries, advanced maintenance programs, preventive-maintenance automation, complex dependencies, and industry-specific managed packages remain separate.

Define Territories and Operating Availability

Up to four approved Service Territories and one primary operating-hours structure with up to three approved variations can be configured for the included team. Territories may represent geographic or functional areas where work is delivered, subject to the client’s available address, location, and business-rule data. Polygon mapping, advanced geospatial design, large territory hierarchies, multi-country calendars, complex holiday programs, and third-party mapping data are outside this fixed scope.

Set Up Resources, Memberships, and Skills

Basic Field Service resource configuration is included for up to 15 named dispatchers, technicians, or approved service resources, subject to the licenses assigned by the client. Up to 20 territory memberships, up to 12 approved skills, and up to 30 straightforward resource-skill assignments can be configured. Crews, capacity-based contractor networks, shift-management programs, large subcontractor populations, automated provisioning, and workforce-optimization design remain separate.

Create One Focused Scheduling Policy

One primary scheduling policy can be configured with up to six straightforward approved work rules or service objectives supported by the client’s Field Service edition and data. Scheduling can consider factors such as territory membership, operating hours, resource availability, required skills, appointment windows, priority, or travel where supported. Advanced optimization, predictive travel, complex weighted objectives, emergency orchestration, multi-resource jobs, overnight work, and high-volume scheduling simulations require separate scope.

Give Dispatchers a Practical Scheduling Workspace

One Field Service dispatch or scheduling console experience is prepared for the included team with up to six focused configuration refinements. The workspace can support viewing service appointments, available resources, territories, appointment status, and assignment information using the capabilities licensed in the client’s org. Custom console extensions, advanced map layers, bespoke Gantt behavior, large-scale optimization programs, and third-party dispatch integrations are not included.

Prepare the Mobile Workflow for Field Execution

One focused Salesforce Field Service mobile experience is configured for up to 12 named mobile workers. Up to eight approved mobile actions, page refinements, or status-related settings and one straightforward mobile flow can be prepared where supported. The included workflow can help technicians review assigned appointments, access customer and work information, update status, record approved completion details, add notes or photos where enabled, and communicate progress back to Salesforce. Offline behavior, device support, operating-system limitations, and available actions depend on Salesforce’s current mobile capabilities and the client’s configuration.

Capture Completion and Service Documentation

One focused completion structure is configured using up to 12 approved completion, outcome, labor, customer-confirmation, or service-result fields. One straightforward service-report template can be prepared using client-provided logo, text, terms, and approved record information where the required Salesforce feature is licensed and supported. Complex quoting, invoicing, payment collection, signatures beyond supported standard capabilities, regulatory forms, document generation platforms, and custom PDF development remain separate.

Align Access and Make Operations Visible

Basic access alignment is configured for up to 15 named users using up to six approved permission sets or permission set groups, subject to the Salesforce and Field Service licenses assigned to each role. Up to 12 approved Salesforce reports and one field-service management dashboard with up to eight supported components are configured using the included data. Reporting can cover work-order volume, appointment status, territory workload, resource assignment, scheduling, completion, exceptions, duration, or another approved operational measure supported by the available records and licenses.

Test, Train, and Launch the Field-Service Process

We run one controlled test cycle across up to 25 agreed scenarios covering work-order creation, work types, territories, resource availability, skills, scheduling, dispatch, mobile access, status updates, completion, service reporting, permissions, reports, and dashboard results. One fixed-scope correction round is included when the original approved requirements remain unchanged. The client receives a Field Service configuration summary, two 60-minute handoff sessions, and 21 calendar days of launch support. Salesforce, Service Cloud, and Field Service licenses, dispatcher or technician licenses, login or usage charges, additional teams or territories, contractor networks, inventory and parts logistics, preventive maintenance, complex crews or shifts, advanced scheduling optimization, maps or location add-ons, Appointment Assistant, Remote Assistance, Experience Cloud, Digital Engagement, Data Cloud, Agentforce or AI, data migration, custom development, integrations, and third-party fees are separate.
