WHAT YOU WILL GET

Professional, consistent, ready-to-use branding for your business.

This package gives your business a complete visual identity foundation for your website, social media, business cards, email communication, documents, presentations, and marketing materials.

Package Overview

The Complete Brand Identity Package is designed for businesses that need a professional, consistent, and ready-to-use visual identity.

This is not just a logo design service. It is a complete visual identity package created to make your business look polished, professional, and consistent everywhere your customers see your brand.

The process starts with a brand discovery questionnaire so we can understand your business, audience, style preferences, competitors, and overall brand direction.

We then begin logo concept development and continue creating or refining logo directions until the final visual direction is selected. Once the final logo direction is approved, we polish the selected logo and build the full brand identity system around it.

Logo Concept Development Until Final Direction Is Selected

We do not limit the branding process to only one or two logo concepts.

Your business will receive logo concept development until a final logo direction is selected. We will continue creating and refining logo directions based on your feedback until we identify the visual style that fits your business, industry, audience, and brand positioning.

Once the final direction is approved, we will polish the selected logo and prepare the complete logo suite for web, print, social media, and business use.

The included Copyright / IP Ownership Transfer Document covers the final approved logo and final approved brand identity assets created and delivered as part of this project after full payment is received.

Trademark registration is not included. If you want to legally register your business name, slogan, or logo as a trademark, that should be handled separately through a qualified trademark attorney or trademark filing service.

Website design, landing pages, social media management, advertising setup, CRM setup, and marketing automation can be added separately.

Logo concept development continues until the final direction is selected, based on the original business brief and project scope. Major changes to the business name, industry, offer, target audience, or creative direction after approval may require additional work and may be quoted separately.

Salesforce Flow Automation Setup

Automate repetitive work without losing control.

Configure Salesforce Flow around clearly mapped processes, controlled record automation, guided user actions, approvals, notifications, exception handling and testing—so repetitive work moves forward consistently while users retain visibility into decisions and outcomes.

Start with the Process Before Building the Flow

We begin by documenting the repetitive work, trigger, expected outcome, decision points, exceptions, ownership, timing, and records involved. The included automation is designed around up to three approved process maps so Salesforce Flow supports a defined business rule instead of reproducing an unclear manual process. New requirements discovered after approval are reviewed separately rather than inserted into an active build without scope control.

Choose the Right Automation Pattern

Each included requirement is matched to the appropriate Salesforce automation pattern, such as a before-save record-triggered flow for focused field updates, an after-save flow for related actions, an autolaunched flow for reusable background logic, or a screen flow for guided user interaction. Scheduled automation, platform-event flows, Data 360-triggered flows, Flow Orchestration, and specialized industry flows are included only when expressly listed and supported by the client’s licenses.

Build Focused Record-Triggered Automation

Up to three approved record-triggered or autolaunched flows can be configured across the included process. These flows may update approved fields, create or update related records, assign ownership, apply straightforward decision logic, launch reusable subflows, or send supported notifications. Large data-processing jobs, complex recursive automation, high-volume architecture, advanced asynchronous processing, custom Apex, and replacement of extensive legacy automation remain separate.

Guide Users with Screen Flows

Up to two focused screen flows can be configured to guide users through approved questions, record selection, data entry, confirmation, and completion steps. The included screens use standard Salesforce Flow components and client-approved labels, help text, and instructions. Custom Lightning Web Components, complex responsive interfaces, public forms, Experience Cloud journeys, payment collection, digital signatures, and advanced document generation are outside this fixed scope.

Reuse Logic with Subflows and Shared Resources

Up to three straightforward subflows can be configured where reusable logic materially reduces duplication across the included automation. Approved formulas, variables, constants, decisions, assignments, record lookups, record updates, and collections are organized with practical naming and descriptions. Enterprise automation frameworks, custom metadata-driven engines, large utility libraries, invocable Apex, external services, and cross-org orchestration require separate scope.

Control Decisions and Exceptions

Up to 15 approved decision outcomes, entry criteria groups, or straightforward exception conditions can be distributed across the included flows. The automation is designed to stop, skip, route, or request user input when required information is missing or an approved exception occurs. Complex rules engines, dynamic policy evaluation, advanced entitlement logic, AI-based decisions, legal determinations, and business rules that have not been approved by the client are not included.

Create One Approval Journey

One straightforward approval journey can be configured using a standard Salesforce approval process or a Flow Approval Process when the required feature is available in the client’s edition. The included journey supports up to three approval levels and up to six approved entry, routing, approval, rejection, or reassignment conditions. Parallel approvals, large authority matrices, advanced delegation, legal negotiation, Slack orchestration, and multi-object approval programs remain separate.

Send Timely Notifications and Guided Actions

Up to eight approved notifications, task creations, record alerts, or guided user actions can be configured across the included automation using supported Salesforce capabilities. Client-provided message copy, recipients, conditions, and required record information are applied to the approved process. Marketing communications, high-volume email delivery, SMS, WhatsApp, telephony, Digital Engagement, external notification platforms, and complex template production are separate.

Apply Access and Execution Controls

The included flows are reviewed against the executing user context, object access, field access, sharing, and required system permissions. Basic access alignment is included for up to 15 named users using up to four approved permission sets, permission set groups, or custom permissions. Flow configuration does not override the need for a valid Salesforce security model, and production behavior remains dependent on the client’s licenses, permissions, sharing rules, data quality, validation rules, and other active automation.

Add Fault Handling and Operational Visibility

Each included flow receives focused fault handling appropriate to its risk and complexity. Up to six approved error notifications, fallback paths, user-facing messages, or logging actions can be configured across the package. The setup aims to make failures visible without exposing sensitive technical details to end users. Enterprise logging platforms, custom monitoring objects, external observability, automated incident management, and remediation of unrelated Salesforce errors remain separate.

Test the Happy Path and the Exceptions

One controlled manual test cycle covers up to 25 approved scenarios across triggers, screen input, decisions, record changes, approvals, notifications, permissions, exceptions, and fault handling. Where Salesforce automated flow testing supports the included flow type, up to three automated flow tests can be configured for eligible record-triggered or autolaunched flows. One fixed-scope correction round is included when the approved requirements remain unchanged. Testing reduces risk but cannot eliminate failures caused by later configuration changes, integrations, permissions, source data, or platform limits.

Document, Train, and Hand Off

The client receives a process and exception map, flow inventory, trigger and dependency summary, approval outline, testing record, deployment checklist, configuration documentation, two 60-minute handoff sessions, and 21 calendar days of launch support. Salesforce licenses, Flow Orchestration, paid automation or approval add-ons, additional environments, large legacy automation conversion, Process Builder or workflow-rule migration beyond the included scope, Apex, custom Lightning components, external APIs, MuleSoft, third-party integrations, data migration, continuous administration, and third-party fees are separate.
