Pinterest Opens More Ad Inventory to Amazon, Google and Yahoo Buyers

Pinterest is expanding how advertisers reach its audience. On October 26, 2026, the company announced broader availability of Programmatic Deals, allowing enterprise media buyers to purchase selected Pinterest video and display placements through external advertising platforms.

The rollout brings Pinterest inventory into systems that agencies and brands already use to coordinate campaigns across multiple media channels.

Buying access expands across three regions

Supported buying platforms include Amazon Ads, Google Display & Video 360, Yahoo DSP and DeepIntent. Programmatic Deals are available in selected markets across North America, South America and Asia Pacific.

Magnite is the principal supply-side partner, providing the connection between Pinterest’s available placements, audience information and participating buying platforms. Google Ad Manager also supports the supply side in Latin America and Asia Pacific.

The arrangement gives media teams a way to incorporate Pinterest placements into their existing planning, purchasing and measurement processes.

Moroccanoil campaign provides early results

Pinterest highlighted a June 2026 campaign by haircare brand Moroccanoil as an example of the offering in use. The brand added Pinterest placements to an existing video and display campaign through Amazon Ads, with Magnite supporting the transaction.

According to Pinterest, the campaign generated 15% incremental reach with just 1% audience overlap. Its click-through rate was also 20% above Moroccanoil’s average across video and display campaigns.

The campaign combined Amazon audience segments with contextual targeting around beauty content on Pinterest.

Building on an earlier Amazon partnership

The announcement extends Pinterest’s work with external advertising partners. In April 2023, Pinterest selected Amazon as its first partner for third-party advertising demand, connecting product discovery on Pinterest with shopping on Amazon.

The latest rollout adds further buying options as Pinterest seeks a larger role in enterprise advertising campaigns. The company says its platform now attracts 640 million monthly active users and handles more than 80 billion searches each month.

Advertisers seeking access to Programmatic Deals are being directed to their Pinterest sales representatives.
