AI Document Processing & Data Extraction Setup is a fixed-scope service for one document family, one input source, one output destination, and up to ten extraction fields.

Turn a repeatable document intake process into structured information that a team member can review and use.

Define the Document Family and Fields

We review up to 30 representative documents from one agreed family, such as one invoice format or one standard intake form. Each sample may contain up to 10 pages, with a maximum of 150 sample pages in total.

Configure Extraction and Structured Output

We prepare one supported extraction workflow from one source to one destination. The output follows the approved field structure. OCR is configured only when available in the selected tool and suitable for the supplied documents.

Prepare Validation and Human Review

Client Requirements

Before work begins, the client must provide the information, access, and approvals required for the selected service.

• Final approved business information, source material, and required wording
• Permission to use the supplied material and appropriate access to the selected accounts
• A named business owner for approvals and consolidated feedback
• A compatible document-processing or automation platform
• Up to 30 representative sample documents with approved reference values
• An agreed field list and output destination
• A named reviewer and approved document-access permissions

Delivery and Revisions

Standard delivery is 10–15 business days after all required content, access, account capabilities, and approvals are received. External account, carrier, or vendor approval delays are outside this delivery window.

One consolidated correction round is included. Corrections cover the approved role, sources, and quantities. New use cases, changed requirements, additional integrations, or replacement source material are separately scoped.

The package includes 14 calendar days of setup support after client acceptance for questions and minor corrections within the delivered scope. This support does not include continuous monitoring or new functionality.

Important Scope Boundaries

The following items are not included unless specifically stated:

• Multiple document families or highly variable document layouts
• Historical document backlogs or custom OCR development
• Autonomous payment, accounting approval, or regulated decision-making
• Software subscriptions, AI model or API usage, hosting, telephony, and paid connector fees
• Additional languages, channels, sources, or work beyond the stated quantities
• Ongoing monitoring, maintenance, or content updates after the included support period

AI-generated answers, classifications, and extracted information may be incorrect. The client’s responsible team member reviews outputs and approves sensitive actions. This service does not promise error-free or fully autonomous operation.
