Service Scope

AI Knowledge Base & Internal Search Setup is a fixed-scope service for one internal knowledge collection, one assistant, and one team access group.

Organize approved company information into a searchable AI knowledge resource for routine internal questions and document lookup.

Review and Organize the Source Material

We inventory up to 50 supplied source items and organize them by topic. One item is one document of up to 20 pages, one approved page, or one FAQ entry. The overall document limit is 250 pages.

Configure the Knowledge Collection and Search

We configure one knowledge collection and one internal assistant using the selected platform’s available retrieval features. Source references are enabled where supported, and the response instructions require an explicit fallback when approved information is unavailable.

Prepare Team Access and Maintenance

We configure one supported team access group and document how the administrator can add, replace, or remove sources. Existing platform permissions are used without custom access-control development.

Client Requirements

Before work begins, the client must provide the information, access, and approvals required for the selected service.

• Final approved business information, source material, and required wording
• Permission to use the supplied material and appropriate access to the selected accounts
• A named business owner for approvals and consolidated feedback
• A compatible knowledge-search platform with the required plan
• Final approved and readable company source material
• A named information owner and administrator
• Approved access permissions for the intended team

Delivery and Revisions

Standard delivery is 10–15 business days after all required content, access, account capabilities, and approvals are received. External account, carrier, or vendor approval delays are outside this delivery window.

One consolidated correction round is included. Corrections cover the approved role, sources, and quantities. New use cases, changed requirements, additional integrations, or replacement source material are separately scoped.

The package includes 14 calendar days of setup support after client acceptance for questions and minor corrections within the delivered scope. This support does not include continuous monitoring or new functionality.

Important Scope Boundaries

The following items are not included unless specifically stated:

• Writing or extensively cleaning company documentation
• Large file migration, complex permission hierarchies, or custom search development
• Continuous synchronization with additional business systems
• Software subscriptions, AI model or API usage, hosting, telephony, and paid connector fees
• Additional languages, channels, sources, or work beyond the stated quantities
• Ongoing monitoring, maintenance, or content updates after the included support period

AI-generated answers, classifications, and extracted information may be incorrect. The client’s responsible team member reviews outputs and approves sensitive actions. This service does not promise error-free or fully autonomous operation.
