AI Strategy & Readiness Assessment is a fixed-scope service for one business and up to three candidate business processes.

Review the Business and Existing Systems

We hold one 60-minute discovery session and review the client’s current tools, recurring tasks, information sources, and team responsibilities.

Prioritize the Practical Use Cases

We assess each candidate process for business relevance, available information, implementation effort, and the need for human review. The recommendations identify where a standard tool is sufficient and where a separate integration would be needed.

Prepare the Implementation Roadmap

You receive one written roadmap with up to three recommended use cases, a proposed tool approach for each, access and information requirements, and an outline of the next implementation stage.

Client Requirements

Before work begins, the client must provide the information, access, and approvals required for the selected service.

• Final approved business information, source material, and required wording
• Permission to use the supplied material and appropriate access to the selected accounts
• A named business owner for approvals and consolidated feedback
• A short description of the business and current processes
• A list of existing tools and account plans
• Representative process documents or task examples
• A named decision-maker for the roadmap

Delivery and Revisions

Standard delivery is 3–5 business days after all required content, access, account capabilities, and approvals are received. External account, carrier, or vendor approval delays are outside this delivery window.

One consolidated correction round is included. Corrections cover the approved role, sources, and quantities. New use cases, changed requirements, additional integrations, or replacement source material are separately scoped.

Important Scope Boundaries

The following items are not included unless specifically stated:

• AI tool configuration or deployment
• Custom development or live integrations
• Detailed financial forecasting or a guaranteed return on investment
• Software subscriptions, AI model or API usage, hosting, telephony, and paid connector fees
• Additional languages, channels, sources, or work beyond the stated quantities
• Ongoing monitoring, maintenance, or content updates after the included support period

AI-generated answers, classifications, and extracted information may be incorrect. The client’s responsible team member reviews outputs and approves sensitive actions. This service does not promise error-free or fully autonomous operation.
