Service Scope

AI Team Training & Usage Guidelines is a fixed-scope service for one team of up to ten participants, one selected AI tool, and up to three approved use cases.

Help your team use a selected AI tool consistently with practical exercises, source checks, and clear review responsibilities.

Review the Team’s Tasks and Starting Point

We review one selected tool and up to three recurring tasks. The training uses client-approved examples, account capabilities, and internal information-sharing rules.

Deliver the Practical Training Sessions

We deliver two live online sessions of up to 60 minutes each. Topics include writing a useful request, providing source context, checking the result, and using a human review process. Exercises follow the agreed use cases.

Provide the Reusable Team Guide

You receive one written usage guide, up to five reusable example prompts, and one practice exercise for each approved use case. Any company policy text is supplied and approved by the client.

Testing and Quality Review

We review the delivered configuration or materials against the approved scope and representative examples.

Client Requirements

Before work begins, the client must provide the information, access, and approvals required for the selected service.

• Final approved business information, source material, and required wording
• Permission to use the supplied material and appropriate access to the selected accounts
• A named business owner for approvals and consolidated feedback
• Access to the selected AI tool for the participating team
• A list of participants and their agreed use cases
• Approved task examples and information-sharing rules
• A team owner to coordinate the sessions and feedback

Delivery and Revisions

Standard delivery is 5–7 business days after all required content, access, account capabilities, and approvals are received. External account, carrier, or vendor approval delays are outside this delivery window.

One consolidated correction round is included. Corrections cover the approved role, sources, and quantities. New use cases, changed requirements, additional integrations, or replacement source material are separately scoped.

Important Scope Boundaries

The following items are not included unless specifically stated:

• AI software implementation or custom integrations
• Training for additional teams, tools, or use cases
• Creation of legal, privacy, or company-policy advice
• Software subscriptions, AI model or API usage, hosting, telephony, and paid connector fees
• Additional languages, channels, sources, or work beyond the stated quantities
• Ongoing monitoring, maintenance, or content updates after the included support period

AI-generated answers, classifications, and extracted information may be incorrect. The client’s responsible team member reviews outputs and approves sensitive actions. This service does not promise error-free or fully autonomous operation.
