Keep Your Business Data Moving in the Right Direction
Connect the Applications You Already Use
We connect two approved business applications that currently require repeated manual updates, duplicate data entry, or disconnected record management.
Define the Primary Data Flow
We identify which application provides the source information, which application receives the updates, and how the synchronized data should support the business process.
Choose the Primary Data Object
The integration covers one primary data object, such as contacts, leads, customers, tasks, appointments, orders, or another approved record type supported by the selected applications.
Map Important Fields
Up to twenty fields can be mapped between the connected applications. We define where names, email addresses, statuses, dates, owners, identifiers, and other approved information should be stored.
Match Existing Records
Basic matching rules help identify whether an incoming record should update an existing record or create a new one. Matching logic is based on available fields and platform capabilities.
Synchronize New and Updated Records
The integration can synchronize new records and approved changes so information remains more consistent across the connected applications.
Choose a Supported Sync Direction
Depending on the applications, the integration may use one-way synchronization or basic two-way synchronization. Available options depend on native connectors, permissions, record structures, and platform limitations.
Apply Basic Filters
Basic conditions can limit which records are synchronized based on status, category, owner, source, date, or another clearly defined business rule.
Protect Data Consistency
We review required fields, data formats, record identifiers, status values, and update rules to reduce incomplete transfers and unnecessary duplicate records.
Test the Data Movement
The integration is tested with approved sample records to verify field mapping, record matching, synchronization timing, filters, updates, and expected results in both applications.
Launch With a Clear Handoff
After testing, the integration is activated or prepared for activation according to the access and platform requirements. The client receives an explanation of the data flow and basic operating expectations.
Expand the Integration When Needed
This service covers one primary data object and one application integration. Additional data objects, advanced synchronization logic, custom APIs, data migration, conflict resolution, monitoring, and ongoing administration can be scoped separately.
