BREVO ABANDONED CART AUTOMATION

Recover Eligible Carts With a Timed Email Sequence

Create a three-email Brevo cart recovery sequence that uses supported cart data, stops after purchase or cart deletion, and gives eligible shoppers a clear route back to checkout.

Service Scope

Brevo Abandoned Cart Email Automation Setup is a fixed-scope Brevo email marketing service for one business, one Brevo account, one supported e-commerce store, and up to three abandoned cart emails.

The service configures one cart event trigger, approved entry filters, up to three emails with dynamic cart content when supported, timing rules, and purchase or cart-deletion exits.

The objective is to create a reliable and understandable recovery workflow for eligible identified contacts without duplicating store-generated reminders or contacting customers after conversion.

Configure Cart Entry Rules

We review the supported cart event, identified-contact requirements, email eligibility, minimum cart criteria, delay before the first reminder, and re-entry controls.

  • Cart updated trigger
  • Marketing eligibility
  • Optional cart-value filter
  • Initial delay
  • Frequency and re-entry settings

Build the Recovery Sequence

We configure up to three emails using approved copy, imagery, offers, product data, cart links, and timing. Discount creation is not included; any offer must be supplied and approved by the client.

Add Conversion Exit Logic

We configure supported rules intended to stop reminders after a completed order or deleted cart and review whether existing store-generated cart emails should be disabled to prevent duplicates.

Testing and Validation

We perform a controlled cart test and review the visible cart event, dynamic content, exit conditions, links, sender settings, and automation path.

  • Cart event visibility
  • Contact eligibility
  • Dynamic cart content
  • Checkout links
  • Order or cart-deletion exit
  • Activation status

Implementation Summary

At handoff, the client receives a concise implementation summary covering the completed work and any visible platform limitations or unresolved third-party dependencies.

  • Automation and store used
  • Trigger and delays
  • Emails and offers configured
  • Exit and re-entry rules
  • Test results
  • Known connector limitations

Client Requirements

Before work begins, the client must provide the following access, information, and approvals:

  • Brevo administrator access
  • The required website, store, DNS, or source-platform access for the approved scope
  • Final brand assets, business information, and implementation instructions
  • Timely review and approval of proposed settings and test results
  • Administrator access to one supported store
  • A working integration with cart and order events
  • Final content, images, approved offers, and links
  • Representative products and a safe test checkout path
  • Written activation approval

Delivery and Revisions

Standard delivery is 7–10 business days after the store integration, event data, final content, and test path are ready.

One consolidated correction round is included when submitted within seven days of delivery and remains within the approved scope. New content, a replacement brief, additional assets, or a materially different configuration is treated as separate work.

Important Scope Boundaries

The following items are not included in this service:

  • Store integration or custom event development
  • Discount-code creation or promotion strategy
  • More than three emails
  • Consent implementation or legal review
  • Copywriting or custom creative production
  • Advanced branching or experimentation
  • Ongoing optimization
  • Guaranteed recovery revenue, delivery, or inbox placement
