Build a Clean Foundation for Brevo
Service Scope
Brevo Account Setup & Configuration is a fixed-scope service for one business, one Brevo account, one primary contact list, and one approved email sender identity.
The service creates or reviews the account’s essential foundation, configures the available business and campaign settings, prepares a basic contact structure, organizes user access, and validates readiness for future email marketing work.
Contact imports, campaigns, templates, automations, integrations, and domain authentication are separate services.
Create or Review the Brevo Account
We configure one new Brevo account or review one existing account supplied by the client.
The account review covers:
- Account ownership and administrator access
- Available Brevo plan and feature limits
- Business and organization information
- Account language and regional settings
- Existing users and permissions
- Visible sender identities
- Existing contact lists and attributes
- Default email campaign settings
- Obvious configuration gaps
The Brevo account remains registered to and controlled by the client.
Review the Brevo Plan
We review the client’s active Brevo plan against the immediate account-setup requirements.
The review may identify whether the selected plan supports the required number of users, sending volume, contact storage, reporting, Brevo branding options, or other relevant email features.
Any Brevo subscription, additional user seat, sending credit, add-on, or plan upgrade must be purchased directly by the client and is not included in the service price.
Configure Business Information
We review and configure the available account information using details supplied and approved by the client.
This may include:
- Business or organization name
- Business address
- Account contact information
- Website address
- Default regional information
- Other available account-level business details
The client is responsible for ensuring that all supplied business and contact information is accurate and legally appropriate for its email communications.
Establish the Primary Contact Structure
We create or organize one primary contact list that can serve as the foundation for future email marketing.
We also configure up to five approved core contact attributes. These may include:
- First name
- Last name
- Company name
- Customer type
- Lead source
- Location
- Signup source
- Other approved contact information
This service prepares the structure only. Importing, updating, cleaning, enriching, deduplicating, or segmenting contact records is not included.
Configure One Sender Identity
We create and verify one approved sender identity using a working email address supplied by the client.
The sender configuration includes:
- One From name
- One From email address
- One default reply-to email address
- Available sender verification
- Basic sender consistency review
The client must be able to receive and approve any verification message sent by Brevo.
DNS configuration, Brevo domain authentication, DKIM, DMARC, dedicated IP setup, and sender-reputation remediation are not included in this service.
Review Subscription and Consent Settings
We review one intended method through which the client expects email contacts to enter the Brevo account.
We identify the appropriate subscription status, list destination, and available consent-related contact information required for the planned email use.
The client is responsible for confirming that its contacts have the necessary permission to receive marketing emails. This service does not provide legal advice, determine regulatory compliance, or create a complete signup form or consent-management system.
Configure Default Campaign Settings
We review and configure the available default settings used when future Brevo email campaigns are created.
Depending on the client’s active plan and available account options, this may include:
- Default sender identity
- Default reply-to address
- Basic campaign tracking preferences
- Available organization information
- Basic email footer readiness
- Other directly related campaign defaults
This service does not include campaign strategy, copywriting, email design, recipient selection, testing, scheduling, or campaign launch.
Configure User Access
We invite or review access for up to three client-provided users.
Where supported by the active Brevo plan, we assign available roles or permissions according to each user’s approved responsibilities.
Additional user seats, custom permission architecture, Admin account configuration, sub-organizations, and access across multiple Brevo accounts are not included.
Validate Account Readiness
After configuration, we complete one final account-readiness review.
The validation covers:
- Account ownership and access
- Business information
- Primary contact list
- Core contact attributes
- Sender verification status
- Default reply-to configuration
- User invitations and permissions
- Available campaign defaults
- Visible in-scope configuration issues
Validation confirms that the agreed account foundation has been configured. It does not guarantee account approval, email delivery, inbox placement, campaign performance, or access to features outside the client’s active Brevo plan.
