BREVO BACK-IN-STOCK AUTOMATION

Notify Interested Shoppers When Products Return

Connect one supported store’s product alert data to a Brevo email that notifies eligible subscribers when an out-of-stock item becomes available again.

Service Scope

Brevo Back-in-Stock Email Automation Setup is a fixed-scope Brevo email marketing service for one business, one Brevo account, one supported Shopify or WooCommerce store, and one back-in-stock notification email.

The service reviews the standard product alert source, configures one inventory-availability trigger and one email, applies available duplicate-send and eligibility controls, and completes a controlled product test.

The objective is to create a reliable standard notification path for shoppers who explicitly request an alert without expanding the project into custom inventory or storefront development.

Review the Product Alert Source

We confirm that the selected store’s supported Brevo connector or product alert feature can capture interested shoppers and make the required product and inventory event available.

  • Alert signup availability
  • Contact identification
  • Product reference
  • Inventory event
  • Email eligibility

Build the Notification Email

We configure one branded email using final client content and the available dynamic product information, including the product name, image, destination link, or other supported fields.

Configure Eligibility and Duplicate Controls

We review the available entry, re-entry, and duplicate-notification settings so the alert is limited to eligible subscribers and the relevant product event.

Testing and Validation

We use one approved test product and alert signup to review the subscriber record, inventory trigger, dynamic content, product link, and workflow status.

  • Alert signup record
  • Product reference
  • Inventory event
  • Dynamic email content
  • Duplicate-send controls
  • Activation status

Implementation Summary

At handoff, the client receives a concise implementation summary covering the completed work and any visible platform limitations or unresolved third-party dependencies.

  • Store and alert source
  • Automation trigger
  • Email and product fields
  • Eligibility controls
  • Test result
  • Known connector limitations

Client Requirements

Before work begins, the client must provide the following access, information, and approvals:

  • Brevo administrator access
  • The required website, store, DNS, or source-platform access for the approved scope
  • Final brand assets, business information, and implementation instructions
  • Timely review and approval of proposed settings and test results
  • Administrator access to one supported store
  • A working Brevo connector and product alert feature
  • Accurate test inventory and one approved product
  • Final email copy, assets, and links
  • Written activation approval

Delivery and Revisions

Standard delivery is 7–10 business days after the connector, product alert feature, test inventory, and final content are ready.

One consolidated correction round is included when submitted within seven days of delivery and remains within the approved scope. New content, a replacement brief, additional assets, or a materially different configuration is treated as separate work.

Important Scope Boundaries

The following items are not included in this service:

  • Store integration or theme customization
  • Custom product alert widget development
  • Inventory-system repair
  • Custom event or API development
  • More than one notification email
  • Copywriting or creative production
  • Ongoing inventory monitoring
  • Guaranteed alert delivery, engagement, or revenue
