Service Scope

Brevo Birthday & Anniversary Email Automation Setup is a fixed-scope Brevo email marketing service for one business, one Brevo account, up to two approved date attributes, and two total automation emails.

The service configures up to two date-based workflows, one email in each workflow, the approved advance or same-day timing, annual recurrence, basic eligibility filters, and personalization using data already stored in Brevo.

The objective is to create a dependable, easy-to-maintain date-based email touchpoint without attempting to repair missing or inconsistent customer date data.

Review Date Attributes

We review up to two existing birthday, anniversary, renewal, or other approved date attributes and confirm that representative values use a Brevo-supported date format.

Configure the Date-Based Workflows

We configure one email per workflow and the approved timing, such as a specified number of days before the date or on the date itself. Final copy, personalization, and any offer are supplied by the client.

Add Eligibility and Frequency Controls

We apply available filters so only eligible email contacts with valid date values can enter and review the annual recurrence and duplicate-entry behavior.

Testing and Validation

We use controlled test records and adjusted dates where practical to review trigger recognition, timing, personalization, links, and workflow status.

Client Requirements

Before work begins, the client must provide the following access, information, and approvals:

• Brevo administrator access
• The required website, store, DNS, or source-platform access for the approved scope
• Final brand assets, business information, and implementation instructions
• Timely review and approval of proposed settings and test results
• Up to two correctly formatted date attributes
• Final email copy, approved offers, images, and links
• Representative contacts with valid test dates
• Authorized sender details
• Written activation approval

Delivery and Revisions

Standard delivery is 5–7 business days after the date attributes, final content, and test records are ready.

One consolidated correction round is included when submitted within seven days of delivery and remains within the approved scope. New content, a replacement brief, additional assets, or a materially different configuration is treated as separate work.
