BREVO BROWSE ABANDONMENT

Reconnect With Identified Shoppers After Product Views

Create a focused Brevo email sequence for eligible, identified visitors who view products but leave without adding to cart or purchasing, using supported store and tracking data.

Service Scope

Brevo Browse Abandonment Email Automation Setup is a fixed-scope Brevo email marketing service for one business, one Brevo account, one supported e-commerce store, and up to two browse abandonment emails.

The service configures one supported product-view trigger, appropriate delays, purchase and cart exclusions, up to two emails, and dynamic product content when the connected store makes it available.

The objective is to create a controlled browse follow-up path for eligible contacts without sending to anonymous visitors or contacts who do not meet the approved email permission rules.

Confirm Tracking and Entry Conditions

We review the connected store, visitor identification, supported product-view event, and the contact conditions required to enter the workflow.

  • Identified contact requirement
  • Supported product-view event
  • Marketing email eligibility
  • Minimum delay after browsing
  • Frequency and re-entry controls

Build the Browse Follow-Up Sequence

We configure up to two emails using approved content and available product data. The workflow can remind the contact about viewed items and provide a second follow-up within the approved timing.

Add Exit and Suppression Logic

We add supported conditions intended to stop or exclude contacts who purchase, progress to a cart-based journey, are no longer eligible for marketing email, or exceed the approved frequency rules.

Testing and Validation

We use a controlled identified test profile and supported product-view event to review entry, product data, exclusions, links, and visible workflow progression.

  • Product-view event visibility
  • Contact eligibility
  • Email content and product data
  • Cart or purchase exclusions
  • Links and sender settings
  • Activation status

Implementation Summary

At handoff, the client receives a concise implementation summary covering the completed work and any visible platform limitations or unresolved third-party dependencies.

  • Automation and store used
  • Trigger and delay rules
  • Emails configured
  • Exclusions and frequency controls
  • Test results
  • Known tracking limitations

Client Requirements

Before work begins, the client must provide the following access, information, and approvals:

  • Brevo administrator access
  • The required website, store, DNS, or source-platform access for the approved scope
  • Final brand assets, business information, and implementation instructions
  • Timely review and approval of proposed settings and test results
  • Administrator access to one supported store
  • An active Brevo store integration and tracker
  • Final email copy, images, offers, and links
  • Representative product and test-profile data
  • Written activation approval

Delivery and Revisions

Standard delivery is 7–10 business days after the store integration, tracking, final content, and test data are ready.

One consolidated correction round is included when submitted within seven days of delivery and remains within the approved scope. New content, a replacement brief, additional assets, or a materially different configuration is treated as separate work.

Important Scope Boundaries

The following items are not included in this service:

  • Store integration or tracker implementation
  • Anonymous visitor identification
  • Custom event or application development
  • More than two emails
  • Consent collection or legal review
  • Advanced branching or experimentation
  • Copywriting or custom template design
  • Guaranteed identification, delivery, or revenue
