Connect One Business System to Brevo With Clear Data Rules
Service Scope
Brevo CRM & API Integration is a fixed-scope Brevo email marketing service for one business, one Brevo account, one external CRM or application, and one approved integration method.
The service maps up to fifteen fields and configures up to two source triggers and three destination actions through one supported native connector, API, or webhook pattern. It includes controlled testing with up to twenty-five records or events.
The objective is to automate one clearly defined data exchange while limiting duplicate, consent, credential, and error-handling risks. It is not a full custom software or enterprise data-platform project.
Define the Integration Contract
We document the source, destination, direction, objects, fields, triggers, actions, identifiers, permission handling, and expected failure behavior before configuration begins.
- Up to fifteen field mappings
- Primary record identifier
- Up to two source triggers
- Up to three destination actions
- Create-versus-update behavior
- Email permission and blocklist handling
Configure Authentication and Data Flow
We authorize one supported connector or configure one approved API or webhook workflow. Credentials are stored only in approved client-controlled settings or secret storage and are not embedded in public code.
Review Safeguards and Error Handling
We review duplicate risk, retry behavior, visible error logs, rate limits, required fields, status mapping, and a practical method for identifying failed records.
Testing and Validation
We test representative create, update, and failure scenarios with up to twenty-five approved records or events and compare the visible source and destination results.
- Authentication
- Trigger recognition
- Field mapping
- Create or update behavior
- Status and permission handling
- Visible error or retry behavior
Implementation Summary
At handoff, the client receives a concise implementation summary covering the completed work and any visible platform limitations or unresolved third-party dependencies.
- Systems and method used
- Field map
- Triggers and actions
- Credential location
- Test results
- Known limits and support responsibilities
Client Requirements
Before work begins, the client must provide the following access, information, and approvals:
- Brevo administrator access
- The required website, store, DNS, or source-platform access for the approved scope
- Final brand assets, business information, and implementation instructions
- Timely review and approval of proposed settings and test results
- Administrator and developer access to one external system
- Current API, webhook, or connector documentation
- Approved field, trigger, action, and permission mappings
- Up to twenty-five safe test records or events
- An authorized technical contact for acceptance testing
Delivery and Revisions
Standard delivery is 15–20 business days after technical access, complete documentation, mappings, and a working test environment are received.
One consolidated correction round is included when submitted within seven days of delivery and remains within the approved scope. New content, a replacement brief, additional assets, or a materially different configuration is treated as separate work.
Important Scope Boundaries
The following items are not included in this service:
- More than one external system or integration method
- More than fifteen fields, two triggers, or three actions
- Large historical data migration
- Custom middleware hosting or full application development
- Complex bidirectional or real-time synchronization
- Payment, health, or regulated-data architecture
- Ongoing monitoring or support
