BREVO DEDICATED IP SETUP

Prepare a Controlled Path to Dedicated Sending

Connect one Brevo dedicated IP to an approved subdomain and translate real audience and volume data into a staged warm-up plan with clear monitoring and pause criteria.

Service Scope

Brevo Dedicated IP Setup & Warm-Up Planning is a fixed-scope Brevo email marketing service for one business, one eligible Brevo account, one purchased dedicated IP, and one approved sending subdomain.

The service configures the dedicated IP and subdomain association, reviews the primary sender mapping and historical sending context, and prepares an initial warm-up plan covering up to thirty calendar days.

The objective is to create a technically valid and operationally controlled starting point. Warm-up execution must remain responsive to real delivery and engagement results and cannot be guaranteed on a fixed timeline.

Configure the Dedicated IP and Subdomain

We associate one purchased Brevo dedicated IP with one approved sending subdomain and configure or guide the required DNS records shown in the account.

  • IP and subdomain association
  • DNS record installation
  • Primary sender mapping
  • Authentication status
  • Basic routing context

Assess Warm-Up Readiness

We review the client’s historical volume, recent cadence, engaged audience size, bounce and complaint context, planned campaign frequency, and content availability before proposing send stages.

Create the Warm-Up Plan

We prepare an initial staged plan for up to thirty days that prioritizes the most engaged eligible contacts, increases volume gradually, and defines checkpoints for delivered volume, bounces, complaints, engagement, deferrals, and unexpected provider response.

Testing and Validation

We review the visible Brevo configuration and confirm that the plan’s starting volumes, audience tiers, cadence, and monitoring thresholds are consistent with the client’s supplied data.

  • IP and subdomain status
  • Sender association
  • Authentication status
  • Starting audience tier
  • Planned volume stages
  • Pause and escalation criteria

Implementation Summary

At handoff, the client receives a concise implementation summary covering the completed work and any visible platform limitations or unresolved third-party dependencies.

  • Dedicated IP and subdomain configured
  • DNS and sender status
  • Warm-up readiness findings
  • Up to thirty-day plan
  • Monitoring checklist
  • Conditions requiring plan adjustment

Client Requirements

Before work begins, the client must provide the following access, information, and approvals:

  • Brevo administrator access
  • The required website, store, DNS, or source-platform access for the approved scope
  • Final brand assets, business information, and implementation instructions
  • Timely review and approval of proposed settings and test results
  • An eligible Brevo plan and purchased dedicated IP
  • DNS access for one approved subdomain
  • Historical campaign, volume, bounce, and complaint data
  • A permission-based engaged audience
  • Planned send calendar and content capacity

Delivery and Revisions

Standard delivery is 7–10 business days after the dedicated IP is available and all DNS, volume, audience, and schedule information is received.

One consolidated correction round is included when submitted within seven days of delivery and remains within the approved scope. New content, a replacement brief, additional assets, or a materially different configuration is treated as separate work.

Important Scope Boundaries

The following items are not included in this service:

  • Brevo plan or dedicated IP fees
  • Contact cleanup or verification
  • Campaign design, copywriting, or launch
  • Daily warm-up execution
  • Real-time deliverability monitoring
  • Blacklist removal or reputation repair
