BREVO DELIVERABILITY AUDIT

Understand the Risks Affecting Your Email Delivery

Examine one Brevo sending environment and receive a prioritized remediation plan grounded in visible authentication, campaign, contact-health, cadence, and sender-reputation evidence.

Service Scope

Brevo Deliverability Audit & Sender Reputation Review is a fixed-scope Brevo email marketing service for one business, one Brevo account, one primary sending domain, and up to twenty recent email campaign reports.

The service is a read-only diagnostic review of authentication, sender identity, campaign delivery metrics, bounce and complaint patterns, engagement, audience source, and sending cadence, followed by up to twelve prioritized recommendations.

The objective is to identify the most credible technical and operational contributors to current delivery risk without promising a specific mailbox-provider or inbox-placement outcome.

Review Authentication and Sender Alignment

We examine the visible status of one primary sending domain, including DKIM, DMARC, SPF context, From address alignment, reply-to settings, and any obvious DNS conflicts.

  • Domain authentication status
  • Sender and reply-to alignment
  • Visible DMARC policy
  • SPF structure and conflicts
  • Shared or dedicated IP context

Analyze Campaign and Contact Signals

We review up to twenty recent reports for patterns in delivered volume, hard and soft bounces, complaints, unsubscribes, engagement, and blocklisting, then compare those signals with the client’s audience sources and maintenance practices.

Assess Sending Cadence and Reputation Risk

We review recent frequency, volume changes, inactive periods, spikes, content patterns, and other visible behaviors that can affect mailbox-provider expectations and sender reputation.

Testing and Validation

We cross-check the report’s conclusions against account evidence, DNS observations, and campaign data, and distinguish confirmed findings from informed hypotheses.

  • Authentication evidence
  • Campaign pattern evidence
  • Contact-source context
  • Cadence and volume changes
  • Priority and effort of each recommendation
  • Unknowns requiring further testing

Implementation Summary

At handoff, the client receives a concise implementation summary covering the completed work and any visible platform limitations or unresolved third-party dependencies.

  • Deliverability risk summary
  • Authentication findings
  • Campaign and contact-health analysis
  • Up to twelve recommendations
  • Suggested remediation order
  • Forty-five-minute findings call

Client Requirements

Before work begins, the client must provide the following access, information, and approvals:

  • Brevo administrator access
  • The required website, store, DNS, or source-platform access for the approved scope
  • Final brand assets, business information, and implementation instructions
  • Timely review and approval of proposed settings and test results
  • DNS visibility for one primary sending domain
  • Up to twenty recent campaign reports
  • Audience acquisition and consent context
  • Recent sending-volume and cadence history
  • Known delivery incidents or provider notices

Delivery and Revisions

Standard delivery is 7–10 business days after account access, DNS context, and campaign history are received. The findings call follows the written report.

One consolidated correction round is included when submitted within seven days of delivery and remains within the approved scope. New content, a replacement brief, additional assets, or a materially different configuration is treated as separate work.

Important Scope Boundaries

The following items are not included in this service:

  • DNS implementation or domain authentication changes
  • Contact cleanup or third-party verification
  • Dedicated IP warm-up
  • Blacklist removal or mailbox-provider escalation
  • Campaign or content redesign
  • Sender-reputation repair
  • Ongoing monitoring
  • Guaranteed inbox placement, delivery, or recovery
