Service Scope

Brevo Migration Service is a fixed-scope Brevo email marketing service for one business, one Brevo account, one source email platform, and up to 10,000 email contacts.

The service prepares one approved source export, maps up to fifteen contact attributes, recreates up to ten lists or reproducible segments, reviews available unsubscribe or suppression data, and transfers up to three compatible email templates without creative redesign.

The objective is to establish a controlled Brevo starting point while preserving known marketing restrictions and clearly identifying unsupported or non-transferable historical data.

Audit the Source Export and Migration Map

We review one final source export and create a mapping plan for the approved Brevo contact attributes, lists, statuses, and reusable assets.

Prepare and Import the Contact Database

We prepare the approved file for one controlled Brevo import and map up to fifteen contact attributes. Contacts identified as unsubscribed or otherwise restricted are not intentionally reactivated.

Brevo can reject, skip, merge, or restrict records based on platform rules and source data quality.

Transfer Selected Reusable Assets

We transfer up to three existing email templates when the source HTML or export method is compatible. Minor import formatting adjustments are included; redesign, copy changes, and extensive code repair are separate services.

Testing and Validation

After import, we compare the visible Brevo results with the approved source totals and review representative records, lists, attributes, statuses, and transferred templates.

Implementation Summary

At handoff, the client receives a concise implementation summary covering the completed work and any visible platform limitations or unresolved third-party dependencies.

Client Requirements

Before work begins, the client must provide the following access, information, and approvals:

• Brevo administrator access
• The required website, store, DNS, or source-platform access for the approved scope
• Final brand assets, business information, and implementation instructions
• Timely review and approval of proposed settings and test results
• Administrator or export access to one source email platform
• One final approved contact export
• Documented permission for contacts marked as subscribed
• A clear list and attribute migration map
• Source files for up to three compatible templates

Delivery and Revisions

Standard delivery is 7–10 business days after all final exports, access, mappings, and approvals are received. Source-platform limitations can extend the schedule.

One consolidated correction round is included when submitted within seven days of delivery and remains within the approved scope. New content, a replacement brief, additional assets, or a materially different configuration is treated as separate work.

• Campaign, analytics, or automation history
• Automation workflow rebuilding
• Creative template redesign or copywriting
• Custom API or integration development
• Domain authentication or deliverability remediation
• Third-party verification or data enrichment
• Guaranteed transfer of unsupported data
