Turn Approved Content Into a Polished Newsletter
Service Scope
Brevo Newsletter Design & Setup is a fixed-scope Brevo email marketing service for one business, one Brevo account, and one newsletter email campaign draft.
The service formats one client-approved newsletter with up to eight content sections, configures the available campaign settings, selects one approved list or segment, and completes one test send. Final scheduling or sending is not included.
The objective is to provide a complete, professional newsletter draft that the client can approve and launch through a separate campaign service or their own authorized account user.
Build the Newsletter Layout
We organize the supplied copy and images into a clear newsletter structure that supports one primary communication goal.
- Header and preheader
- Hero or lead story
- Supporting content blocks
- Calls to action
- Optional product or service highlights
- Social links
- Required footer content
Configure Campaign Settings
We review the campaign name, subject line, preview text, sender name, From address, reply-to address, and one approved recipient list or saved segment.
The client remains responsible for the accuracy, permission status, and final approval of the recipients.
Review Tracking and Links
We check destination links, button labels, available campaign tracking, and approved UTM settings when requested and supported.
Testing and Validation
We use Brevo’s available previews and one controlled test send to review the newsletter before handoff.
- Subject and preview text
- Sender details
- Recipient selection
- Content and image placement
- Links and buttons
- Basic desktop and mobile presentation

At handoff, the client receives a concise implementation summary covering the completed work and any visible platform limitations or unresolved third-party dependencies.
