Build a Trusted Brevo Sending Foundation
Service Scope
Brevo Sending Domain Authentication & Deliverability Setup is a fixed-scope Brevo email marketing service for one business, one Brevo account, one business-owned sending domain, and one primary sender identity.
The service configures the domain authentication records presented by Brevo, reviews one DMARC record and related visible email DNS, aligns one sender, and validates the status after DNS propagation.
The objective is to establish a technically authenticated sending foundation. Authentication supports deliverability, but it cannot guarantee inbox placement or compensate for poor permission, content, volume, or reputation practices.
Configure Brevo Domain Authentication
We add or guide the installation of the records required by the Brevo domain setup available in the client’s account. This can include DKIM and the Brevo domain verification record shown by the platform.
- Record names and values reviewed
- DNS host formatting checked
- Existing conflicting records identified
- Brevo authentication status monitored after propagation
Establish or Review DMARC
We review the existing DMARC configuration and add or update one conservative DMARC TXT record when the current sending environment allows it.
Aggressive enforcement, multi-platform alignment, aggregate report analysis, and policy escalation are not included.
Align the Sender Identity
We review one primary From address, sender name, and reply-to address so the visible identity is consistent with the authenticated business domain.
Testing and Validation
After the records are recognized, we review the visible Brevo authentication status and complete one controlled test send to up to three client-provided inboxes.
- Domain status reviewed
- Primary sender confirmed
- Test message sent
- Visible authentication results checked
- One standard in-scope troubleshooting round
Implementation Summary
At handoff, the client receives a concise implementation summary covering the completed work and any visible platform limitations or unresolved third-party dependencies.
- Domain configured
- DNS records installed or provided
- Authentication status at handoff
- Sender identity reviewed
- Unresolved third-party dependencies
Client Requirements
Before work begins, the client must provide the following access, information, and approvals:
- Brevo administrator access
- The required website, store, DNS, or source-platform access for the approved scope
- Final brand assets, business information, and implementation instructions
- Timely review and approval of proposed settings and test results
- DNS access or an authorized DNS administrator
- One working email address hosted on the owned domain
- A list of other legitimate services sending from the domain
- Up to three inboxes for the controlled test
Delivery and Revisions
Standard delivery is 3–5 business days after access and sender information are received. DNS propagation and third-party provider delays may extend final validation.
One consolidated correction round is included when submitted within seven days of delivery and remains within the approved scope. New content, a replacement brief, additional assets, or a materially different configuration is treated as separate work.
Important Scope Boundaries
The following items are not included in this service:
- Domain registration, renewal, or nameserver changes
- Mailbox creation or migration
- Additional domains or sender identities
- Dedicated IP configuration or warm-up
- List cleaning or campaign creation
- Blacklist removal or sender-reputation repair
- Ongoing DMARC reporting or deliverability monitoring
- Guaranteed inbox placement or delivery rates
