Welcome New Subscribers With a Consistent Email Journey
Service Scope
Brevo Welcome Email Automation Setup is a fixed-scope Brevo email marketing service for one business, one Brevo account, one approved signup trigger, and up to three welcome emails.
The service creates one welcome automation, configures one list or supported form trigger, builds up to three emails using final client content, adds approved delays and basic eligibility filters, and completes controlled testing.
The objective is to give new email subscribers a timely, consistent introduction while keeping the workflow understandable and maintainable after handoff.
Configure the Welcome Trigger and Eligibility
We start the automation from one approved Brevo list addition, form submission, or other standard supported signup trigger.
- Approved entry source
- Email subscription eligibility
- Re-entry setting
- Basic exclusion conditions
- Authorized sender identity
Build the Welcome Sequence
We configure up to three emails and the approved delays between them using client-provided copy, images, offers, and destination links.
- Immediate welcome or confirmation message
- Brand, product, or service introduction
- Next-step or conversion-focused follow-up
Prepare the Automation for Activation
We review links, personalization fields, timing, eligibility, and exit behavior before requesting final written approval to activate the workflow.
Testing and Validation
We use controlled test contacts to review entry, delays where practical, email content, personalization, and the visible automation path before activation.
- Trigger recognition
- Eligibility filters
- Email order
- Links and personalization
- Sender settings
- Active or launch-ready status
Implementation Summary
At handoff, the client receives a concise implementation summary covering the completed work and any visible platform limitations or unresolved third-party dependencies.
- Automation name
- Trigger and entry rules
- Emails and timing
- Exclusions and re-entry behavior
- Test results
- Activation status

Before work begins, the client must provide the following access, information, and approvals:
- Brevo administrator access
- The required website, store, DNS, or source-platform access for the approved scope
- Final brand assets, business information, and implementation instructions

One consolidated correction round is included when submitted within seven days of delivery and remains within the approved scope. New content, a replacement brief, additional assets, or a materially different configuration is treated as separate work.
