Service Scope
ChatGPT Ads Reporting & Insights Setup is a fixed-scope reporting implementation for one ChatGPT Ads account, one business, and one approved existing reporting destination or client-owned reporting environment.
The service creates a practical performance-reporting foundation using available ChatGPT Ads Manager data and, where account access and technical readiness allow, the ChatGPT Ads Insights API. It is designed for businesses that need a clearer way to review delivery, spend, engagement, campaign structure, and available conversion outcomes before moving into ongoing optimization or management.
This service sets up reporting direction and initial reporting views. It does not create campaigns, install conversion tracking, manage media spend, make ongoing campaign changes, or provide recurring reporting analysis after delivery.
Reporting Objectives and Metric Framework
We review the client’s approved business objective, active or planned campaign structure, available account data, and the reporting questions the business needs to answer. We then define a focused metric framework for the approved scope.
The reporting framework can include impressions, clicks, spend, click-through rate, cost per click, cost per thousand impressions, campaign status, date range, and available delivery metadata. Where eligible conversion tracking is already active, the reporting direction can also include available attributed conversion data.
The selected metrics are intended to help the client understand what was delivered and how campaigns are performing within the available platform data. Metrics do not, by themselves, establish profitability, lead quality, sales revenue, customer lifetime value, or business performance outside the approved reporting environment.
Account, Campaign, and Ad-Level Views
We configure a structured reporting direction across the available ChatGPT Ads hierarchy. This can include an account-level overview, a campaign-level performance view, and one lower-level performance view at the approved ad-group or ad level.
The account-level view provides a broad picture of delivery and spend. The campaign-level view helps the client compare approved campaigns against one another. The lower-level view provides a more detailed way to review approved ad-group or ad performance when that level of detail is useful for future decision-making.
The implementation includes up to three approved reporting views within the original scope. Additional dashboards, campaign groups, custom executive reports, or multi-account rollups are separate services.
Insights API and Reporting Connection Direction
Where the client has approved API access and an existing supported reporting environment, we configure one practical Insights API reporting direction. This can include the approved endpoint scope, aggregation level, time granularity, reporting fields, date-range structure, filters, sorting, and one approved optional breakdown.
Available reporting can be aggregated at the ad-account, campaign, ad-group, or ad level. Depending on account availability and approved reporting needs, one breakdown by country, device, or product may be included.
This service does not build a custom reporting application, data warehouse, proprietary dashboard platform, multi-account reporting system, CRM reporting integration, or unrestricted automated reporting infrastructure. It also does not create new Google, Looker Studio, database, cloud, or business-intelligence accounts.
Conversion and Attribution Reporting
Where an active approved measurement setup is already available, we configure one conversion-insight reporting direction within the approved scope. This can include available attributed conversion totals and the practical relationship between click-through and view-through reporting when the account supports those views.
View-through reporting is treated as a separate supplemental reporting metric. It is not presented as the same measure as click-through conversions, and it should not be interpreted as a guarantee of incremental sales, lead quality, or campaign profitability.
Measurement Pixel setup, Conversions API setup, event configuration, event deduplication, CRM connection, offline conversion import, call tracking, historical attribution repair, and custom revenue reporting are not included. These require separate services or approved technical scope.
Data Review and Quality Assurance
We review the available reporting output to confirm that the approved views return the expected account, campaign, ad-group, or ad data at the time of setup. This includes practical checks for selected fields, time range, timezone direction, metric visibility, reporting level, and the approved breakdown where applicable.
Platform processing, delayed reporting, account permissions, campaign status, available data volume, measurement conditions, API availability, and changes to platform features can affect reporting after delivery. Quality assurance confirms the approved setup at the time of completion; it does not guarantee that every future report will contain every metric or match third-party analytics exactly.
Handoff and Scope Boundaries
You receive a concise implementation summary identifying the reporting views configured, selected metrics, available conversion direction, reporting limitations, quality assurance completed, and recommended next steps for ongoing review.
One consolidated clarification round is included when submitted within seven days of delivery and remains within the original approved scope. Standard delivery is 5–7 business days after all required information, account access, reporting-destination access, and approved reporting direction are received.
Ongoing reporting, scheduled recurring reporting management, performance analysis, optimization recommendations, campaign management, budget changes, creative testing, tracking implementation, external dashboard development, CRM integration, and additional reporting destinations are separate services.
