Client Requirements

Before work begins, the client must provide the brand, content, platform access, and approvals required for the selected design service.

• Final approved logo and brand assets
• Final approved copy, links, and CTA destinations
• Access to the selected email marketing platform when implementation is included
• Approved brand colors and typography or permission to establish an email-specific visual direction
• Timely review and consolidated feedback
• Clear priorities for the three specialized template types

Delivery and Revisions

Standard delivery is 12–18 business days after all required content, assets, access, and approvals are received.

One consolidated correction round is included unless otherwise stated. New concepts, replacement content, extra templates, additional modules, or materially different layouts are quoted separately.
